Hi, I  just updated dimension to V3.2. After I updated, I can not open any file, or create new files. I reinstall the software, still have the same problem.

I have a brand new Dell XPS 8960, NVidia 4070Ti - Din=mension will not load a model or open a new project. The hour glass just spins - I am WAY above specs and use 3DS Max extensively but like jumping on Dimension whenI had something quick to do. NO LUCK the progam will not launch - HELP I specifically upgrade to a new systems because a some of the Adobe Cloud apps would no longer work on my old system so I bought the top of the line DELL so there would be no issues... 

Hi! I'm having trouble using Dimensions. When I was using the free trial it worked just fine. But now that I've purchased it it wont let me create a new file. The initial window pops up that includes the "create new" and "open" buttons, but when clicking on either button it loads for a long time until eventually quitting. I've tried restarting my computer, using older versions of dimensions, and uninstalling dimensions as well as the creative cloud app all together and redownloading/ installing but nothing seems to work. Assistance would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Kann mir hier jemand sagen warum ADOBE Dimension nach dem Start des Programms nicht funktioniert ??? Ich kann es zwar ganz normal starten, aber dann geht absolut nichts mehr weiter. Sehr ärgerlich.

I'm trying to embed a model I created onto one of our private company sites, for security purposes we can't have it link to any external sites. Yet everytime I export my file there is a small icon in the lower left corner that I can't get rid of which links to a site for BabylonJS, our network security won't allow this and I would just like to be able to export without it.

I exported the object circled in red as a dn model and when I reimport the model it is much larger (The scale is still the same but the dimensions are much larger and the decals have shrunk). Is there a workaround for this? I have the same problem when exporting to obj. 

Hello, I'm the user of Intel's ARC A770 GPU, and this is the error code which i get trying to open Dimension. After clicking OK, program is closing.Open GL version in this card is 4.6.0.I'm running Windows 11, 22H2.The only possibility to open Dimension now is to move gpu-sniffer-core.exe away from main folder, but then Dimension is not using GPU to render the scene. 

 When I'm working on a dimension file the file size becomes very huge. The content of the file is very low.  I deleted all the content on file, still the size looks very huge.. please help me this 

Hi, I have a 3D mug shape (created in illustrator, exported as .obj and put into dimension) and I want to add a beveled image to the front of the mug. Same idea as a decal but I want it to be modeled into the curved surface of the mug, not flat like the decal material option. Is this possible?  Thanks!

O programa não abre de jeito nenhum, fica na tela de criar arquivo. Já formatei o pc, desinstalei várias vezes e nada mesma coisa. Meus drivers estão nas últimas versões. Meu sistema é: Ryzen 7 5700x / 24 Gb DDR4 3200 / GTX 1070 O que pode ser?

A new updated version of Adobe Dimension (Version 2.3) refuses to re-open saved documents. After restarting the application it does not want to open documents that are saved before restarting the programm (saving process was not terminated and was completed successfully.) Same issue on Windows and on Mac. I've submitted log file to suggested e-mail, but thought to write about this issue here as well. It relates to my 8+ hour work and besically I've failed to produces renderings for a very important presentation because of this bug. Please help to resolve this problem asap.thanks.

  So everytime I try to get a link to embed into Behance I get this message. Also the image of the model does not pop up when I click on it in my Creative Cloud. How can I fix this?

I have to rollback Dimension to use it! Please investigate. I know it's the most recent version of Dimension. You click to open a project or start a new one and it just doesn't respond. You can click infinitely. Just doesn't do anything. Very weird. My workaround was to rollback to previous version. I love the software so I really hope it gets fixed and more models get added. Thanks.

I've had Dimension on my computer for the last couple of months and up until last week, it worked perfectly.  This is my current situation/dilemma with Dimension: I am able to open Dimension.  Upon clicking New Project or on a Recent Project the spinning blue ball appears and the software does not open or change from the home screen.  My troubleshooting so far includes:Restarting computer.Uninstalling and reinstalling Dimension (current version and previous versions).  I'm working with a 2021 Macbook Pro with the M1 chip. If anyone has any tips to get this working again, that would be greatly appreciated. 

My Adobe Dimension is telling me that I'm not logged in. But I am logged in to Adobe CC and can use other CC programs. How do I fix this as I can't currently cloud render. 

Is Dimension meanwhile actually using nvidia´s tensor cores for raytracing?

when i export 3d .obj file in dimension its's not giving me png texture files  like oil texture in dimension 

Hi guys, I cant seem to open a new dimension project since updating. It gets stuck on the spinning blue wheel, someone please help!

I am trying to place a pattern that runs vertically on a chair, using the fill, and it gets placed beautifully at the front, but on the sides and back, the pattern is placed horizontally!Is there a way I can keep the pattern to be placed in the same direction (vertically!) all around the chair? (Also,  on this specific object, the pattern ends up on the legs too)
