Problem:When I publish my scene, deleted bookmarks show up anyway!?You can add, delete, rename, refresh your camera bookmarks easily.But you publish all of them? So I recreated my scene, set two new camera bookmarks and now there is a third bookmark in my published scene named "render_camera_n3d" at first position of my bookmarks!? Is it a bug?

Hi everyone, I can't seem to render in Adobe Dimension, I have version 3.1.1. I am trying to render a PNG image and it starts for two minutes then gives me an error. After the error, it keeps trying to render but stills says estimating.

Hi Guys, new to Dimension, recently testing to embed 3D scenes on website, but it keeps saying "unable to publish" in the "create public link".After serveral trials, I have even reinstalled the whole adobe CC, but it is still having the same "unable to publish", see if anyone have the same problem? Any clue to fix it? Many thanks!    

Hello, I'm using DN 3.1.1 at Windows 10 and I've created a DN-file. The file opens without problems and the preview in the DN welcome-screen seems promising. But when the file is opened, nothing shows, eventhough the components of my model are listed in scenes. I've tried to fit to selection, fit to canvas, zoom in and out, move to ground, but the screen keeps empty.                                          I've installed a previous version of DN (3.1) but still no luck.This version tells me that this file was renamed, deleted or moved (which it was not) so there's an error. I tried to start over, but even a new document prevents me of being able to see anything happening. So basically I'm stuck. Does anybody have thoughts?    [image size changed ussnorway]

Hi there,Is it possible to import a 3D object => apply Addobe assets materials => save and close the .dn file => open the .dn file => apply my own materials?If I import a 3D object, I can easily change the textures / materials using my own materials or an Adobe Asset material. However, if I apply an asset material, the materials options disappear and only the asset's options remain and it is not possible to apply my own materials to the same object.Any idea?Thank you in advance.  

Hello, the same kind of thing for me...I need to render a scene for a print project (and I'm awfully late since I spent countless hours trying different settings, resolution, amount of objects in the scene, etc...) The render keeps failing, locally or in the cloud.I need a 2000x1500 pixels (200 - 300dpi) render.I really counted on Dimension... 😞[branched and title added ussnorway]

My beloved Adobe Dimension (Version 3.1.1.) refuses to re-open saved documents. After restarting the application it does not want to open documents that are saved before restarting the programm. I tried re-installing, re-downloading, and of course several re-starts. This problem appeared out of nothing! I sent a mail as requested to tickets@adobedimensions.com but the mail was refused.  I found out that a similar bug was mentioned in Aug 2019 (see link below) but was fixed. Hi,How do I add a tranparent window to an object? Like the food pouch for example? 

I have said it before but it keeps coming up so guys... be aware that exporting your models as Dn will make them corupt when you change systems for example; lets say you have a model you want to save so you select export and Adobe tells you that Dn is a great idea... indeed everything works dinky die while you stay on the same system

good morning,I have a problem when i try to load 2 .obj files, all others .obj files i use work correctly.When i import these files i can see only the "scene window" with all the surfaces but the drawing seems not loaded and remains the blank screen.I can send a screenshot if needed.Tnx

So recently i started working on dimensions. I wanted to make a custom size box and add my design on it. I grabed a cube box, resize to requred proportions , but when i want to put a design on it, it scales acording to the scaling i made from the cube box. I want my  design grpahic to go from one side to another, without scaling issues. I notice this problem ocurs only if i mess around with box proportions. Is there a way to ignore the custom proportions while aplying a design? Sincerely,Marius

I'm new to playing with 3D so forgive my imporper terms.  I have watched serveral Dimension vidoes and they all show a window with an X and a grid.  I don't see that.  I looked to see if I had turned it off and didn't know it but could find nothing.Thanks

I am wanting to create an interactive 3D mockup for customers to customize through our company website. Does Adobe Dimension have this capability? If not, what software would be best for what I am trying to achieve?

Hi, Previously, I've published 3d models using Vectary and Sketchfab, which both have the option to auto rotate the model within the iframe code. ie: =monkforest&turntable=-3" frameborder="0" width="100%" height="480"></iframe> Is this option available in dimension? Cheers, Simon

but when i save it.  thats the only way i saw what is inside the work frame.here below is the saved file.  

I know I can right clicl>hold and adjust the ground plane, but it's kinda wonky.Is there a more precise way to adjust?I want to put a background image behind my render.

has anyone found a way to use dimension on linux as i chosses linux over windows or mac but they have adobe stuff

Hy! Why my program don't open? The both version, 2.3.1 and 3.0 don't open. Just stay "Loading application".My IOS is High Sierra 10.13.6 Can someone help me?

Hi There everyone, I was hoping i could get some advice on the best way to remove the squares you can see in the image below. I have tried to use the Filter > Noise > "reduce noise" function aswell as enlarged the image and also attempted the "image size" and "preserve details 2.0" with reduce noise set to 100%. So far nothing helps. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a mill

Hey guys i need help with something. so when i go to adobe dimensions and render a project on 32 bit PSD file format with (High slow) render quality and i take that to Ps it ends up losing lots of quality vs if i just render as jpg. but i need it as a PSD file so i can remove the background and do some extra work on it.

I rendered the moon model in Dimention using the sun and crescent. However, the shadow area is not round but square. 

Hi there,when i create a rendering, i always get white/transparent blocks in the result. Same at PSD and PNG and on WIN and MAC:I did not had this problem in 2.3 ... and yesterday, i also made a rendering from exactly the same file in 3.1 ... and it works! Today ... not!In  Photoshop file, the problem occours only in the layer "noise reducted". So it seems to be a problem with the de-noising!?Best regards, Ralf
