Bought a new plan for CC, and it's not showing up, i can't use my apps and adobe support is not helping
I've bought a new plan because i couldn't add a payment information to my previous plan for god knows what reason.
And yes, I've contacted adobe support for this lack of ability to want to give my money to them, and the response was to wait until my plan expires.
So I tried doing that but i couldn't add payment information to that anyway, so I tried purchasing a new plan. Which Adobe gladly took the money without giving me my plan. So now i'm left with an expired plan, work to do without access to their apps which have been paid for, and a hole in my pocket. It's been 6 days since I've paid Adobe and still nothing..
Contacting support multiple times just results in similar replies asking me to wait for senior support to get back to me, which so far has never happened.
This is basically adoberobbery.
PLEASE HELP.
