can't use ps id in other country how can I use ps .i.payed.for???

my Chinese company bought ps for my id , now im in russia and when I download ps it says that I can use it only for Chinese language versions of ps and it will open in Chinese for next time. ok. but noting happened its still opens in Russian and don't let me use it. my MacBook os in Chinese, I based in russia. my ps id is Chinese. how. can. I . use . ps. which. I . payed. for ?????

but that time my Mac OS was Russian , so even I downloaded it from Chinese adobe PS was in Russian and dint let mr use it. so I deleted it and did Chinese language Mac OS , downloaded ps agian but PS is still in russia and I can't use it
