cannot register CS3

Hi Guys - Ive bought a new IMac and have loaded up my CS3.  BUT I cannot register it.  The old computer has had it so I cannot unregister.....HELP please.  Thanks CLIVE

If you mean you are not able to "activate" it using the serial number instead of "register" it (which only needs to be done once, ever) then you might need to contact Adobe support thru chat and have them deactivate the old installations.  I used plural for that because you are allowed to have two activated installations.  If the older machine is the only other one that the software has been installaed on, then you might have another problem.  Is the old machine also a Mac?

Hiya - I have activated it but on loading I get the registration screen.  So went to register and the Adobe registration screen will not accept the serial number!  All works though but I would have preferred it to be registered.  The old machine was a Mac but I also had versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, Go Live, Acrobat etc on PCs.  C.

If you check your Adobe account online and you see the software already listed there, it is already registered.
