Creative Cloud "Installation Failed."

My teacher had put the creative cloud folder on my laptop to download, but when I install it says that it failed and gives no explanation as to why. I don't know if this has anything to do with the issue, but I already have photoshop on my laptop. I tried following what others have said but either it doesn't work or it doesn't show up the same. HELP?

download the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, install it and use it to install your cc programs.

I cant open any adobe product for couple days . I subscribe to adobe from march this year for year. if I enter to the program it write me sign in required. I make sign in and again it write me the same " sign in required " .   what I can do?
