English support Adobe by phone
Adobe Support is EMBARRASSING and it's a complete shock that Adobe would allow such dreadful service to be associated with their name.
I understand that the sheer number of people requesting help is huge but it seems it has been outsourced to India nationals who don't care at all and just like wasting your time. Just getting the email address spelled correctly to check the account is a challenge, next thing you have to wait a minutes for them to get your account details. Then being forwarded to the next poorly English speaking customer 'service' person and then the connection is disconnected halfway the conversation.. Seems that they haven't been trained properly and don't have a clue what they are doing.. I like the products but the customer service is a sheer embarrassment and doesn't fit the company.. With the amount of money spend every month I would expect a proper contact with customer service support.
My issue (Moving a license to a different user without deleting a user..) can't be that difficult that i have to spend over 6 hours to resolve (still unresolved).
Adobe Products: 5 stars
Adobe Support: half a star
Adobe Company: half a star, cause you're only as strong as your weakest link. Invest in your support instead of the next software update! (Indian nationals who make the fake Microsoft phishing calls have a better understanding of the English language than the people working at support for Adobe, better HR department/pay..?)
