Hi Adobe,

Our company credit card is set up for automatic renewal for 15users (15 individual licences)

However, we can only recognise 13 of them. Is there a way that I can get a list of users that is set up on the same credit card.

Please advise.

Regards

Eddy

I suppose you have individual licenses vs CC for teams licenses. This works fine for 2 or 3 people but starts to get unmanageable for more. I strongly recommend to change to a teams license. It's a little bit more expensive, but it allows for active user management. A user leaving your company takes the license with him... at least until you control the user id attached.

If you have no idea what license is attached to what id and you didn't track that rigorously you have a problem finding the userid attached.Anyhow, you need to Contact Customer Care , may be they can help to identify the userid behind the transaction.

Hi,

No ,no way to see that by yourself but you can contact Adobe and give the credit card ,they can find all the charges and give you the 15 Adobe ID charged on this credit card .
