CS5 is fairly old - 9 years old to be precise - and Adobe doesn't support their older software anymore. In fact, there was a huge change done just two months ago regarding download links for older versions. Read more about it below:

» Adobe Limits Software Version Downloads, Incl. Some Direct Links - ProDesignTools

If you still have the DVDs for CS5, buy an external DVD drive. They are inexpensive and may be handy for future situations.
If you don't have the DVDs anymore, then upgrading to the Creative Cloud (see all plans) might be the best option.

How to get a previous version... Read reply #10 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2620448

    -Also read https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html

    -And https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-downloaded-file-app.html

    -OR... Go to https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

-click on the Chat bot on the bottom right hand corner of the first screen

--the chat bot is the circle with a funny looking box with 3 dots inside

-click on Downloading or Installing, then type Agent

If none of that works, an external DVD drive at Best Buy is about $20
