I recently upgraded my Adobe Account from just having paid for Premire Pro to now paying for all the Creative Cloud-apps. But when I click the "Access your apps and services", it won't let me enter; the same if I go directly to the page for the various programs I want to download; for instance Photoshop it just sends me to a page that won't load. What to do? It's quite frustrating.

My iPad Pro keeps popping up "device has no storage" when I'm trying to use brushes and things like that. I have 100 GB and I have only used 3 GB. I do not understand what is going on. It's fustrating because I'm trying to get designs done for my shirt business but its just refusing to do anything. I can upload a picture to it but that's about it. I even got a flash drive and moved all my current work to it and cleared it all out. So I'm not sure what is going on or how to fix it.

Somewhere on here there was a post about moving the software to an external drive and running it from there to solve the problem but I cannot find it now! I cannot afford a new computer so this was the only other option. The software runs painfully slow, almost unusable, and I have work to get done. Please advise!

Trying to re-load CS Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection on my new Mac Airbook 2015 and have tried different browsers with the same result...“Install” is on the disk image “Illustrator_15_1_LS1.dmg”.  Have also tried downloading individula programs like Illustrator & Dreamweaver with the same result.A button appears: eject disk image or cancel.  help would be appreciated... I have never been so frustrated as an Adobe customer than I am this month.After some of the latest updates, all my key Adobe products are UNUSEABLE. After Effects and Premiere are crashing EVERY TIME I open them. After about 5 minutes of use, both my monitors shut off, and I no longer have a working graphics card. I have to restart my computer. I cannot export anything from Premiere anymore due to the same issue. I tried to upgrade Creative Cloud, but the upgrade process hangs and crashes. I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud Destktop but I get an error - you still have programs installed that need Creative Cloud. So I tried to uninstall those programs (premiere, after effects) but it opens Creative Cloud which crashes. How a software suite could be so disfunctional when they literally are a multi-billion dollar monopoly is mind boggling to me. I am ready to completely leave the Adobe name. I CANNOT DO ANY WORK FOR MY CLIENTS BECAUSE I CANNOT EVEN REPAIR/UNINSTALL AN

I have Photoshop Elements 15 on my PC. It was originally installed on 2 earlier but now broken & unusable PCs so I cannot deactivate them. I have failed miserably to contact Adbobe directly for help and can see no way forward. What can I do to resolve this?

Hey there,I own the Dreamweaver CC & CS6. CS6 worked. Then installed the CC App, deinstalled DW CS6 and installed DW CC. Dreamweaver CC crashes while "initializing files" (i dont even see the main menu). Now i deinstalled CC and installed the CS6 version which crashes too now!Please help me! Thanks.

Recently, I had to update my Creative Cloud software, (the Photoshop/Lightroom package). Now when I open either software, I get a dialog box that says: cannot validate and I need to update my applications manager and go to adobe.com/go/applicationsmanager. This sends me to an error page.  How do I update my applications manager so that I don't get this dialog box?

O windows 11 aparece na instalação do Creative Cloud que está demorando muito, e pede pra reiniciar, e fica nisso, já desinstalei e instalei novamente e sempre faz a mesma coisa, não consigo instalar nenhum app

Hello,     Over the weekend I was attempting to manage my account, and was looking at a different package. I accidently cancelled my account. It's still active until later this month, but I can't find a place to revert the cancellation.  I see many other cases similar to this in which support was able to simply revert the cancellation request. Again, all I'm trying to do is remain a paying customer and keep my subscription as-is.  How do I go about doing that?Thanks!

I can't download DC from the Creative Cloud.  I paid for DC, but I can't get it on my new Chromebook.  There is no person to talk to about this.  No help.  Totally confusing.  What a rip-off!

Hello Adobe Support:I purchased adobe creative suite 6 design & web premium in 2013 (I LEGALLY purchased this software & would be more than happy to provide verification through my VISA and/or amazon account invoice if it is so required by Adobe ... I would be more than happy to do this if it would solve the issue I am currently having). I recently purchased a new computer and have migrated the contents of the old computer (which is 9-10 years old and has been behaving klunky recently. I already replaced the graphics card once a couple years ago. I want to get all my stuff up & running on the new computer before the old one crashes). Most of my software has been successfully migrated & is up and running (except for Adobe & Mcafee .. aside, I had to temporarily uninstall my Mcafee in order for the Zinstall app to fully migrate my stuff from old to new computer; I plan on reinstalling it after I get Adobe working on my new computer). Hi guys, I recently started a new job so I updated my adobe account with the new bank details for my company and new email address. Pretty straight foreward.  But I was charged from my old account and the new one.  The adobe representative said I bought a new license - but how could there be two set of details in my account? When I look there wasn't and now they are saying they won't refund me.  Has anyone encoutered this issue? I'm so mad they won't refund me - it seems like a pretty clean cut case and adobe are usually so good on customer service. I've this account for 8 years btw and changed it with different company details etc.  Please help! 

Recently I was unable to start my Photoshop CS6 software. Adobe Bridge seems to be working fine, but not PS CS6. I tried downloading and reinstalling from my Adobe Licencing Website. For some reason the CS6 version does not appear on my Adobe Account management page, which seemed to stop at CS5). However, I got the following message when trying to install it: “Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. “ As related by others in the Community, this is a futile suggestion as the Advisor doesn’t seem to exist anymore. So, I contacted Adobe Support for help. To cut a long two day story of online chats and telephone calls short, despite valiant attempts to help they were unable to do so. After downloading the Mac version of Photoshop CS6 using Download Assistant, I attempted to install it as a trial. When I launch the Photoshop CS6 install app, it comes back with "We've encountered the following issues -- installer failed to initialize." It suggested Adobe Support Advisor be downloaded to detect the problem. I downloaded and ran that. It comes back with "Inspection could not identify any issues. Hi. I've downloaded CS3 to my new laptop (dell i7 processor) running on Windows 10 but the program won't start. My old laptop runs on Windows 7 and I have no problem. Is there a compatibility issue with my new laptop?

I am running MAc OS Sierra, 10.12.6 and would like to install Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. I am not willing to upgrade my Mac but want to find older, CC2019 versions, since I am paying Adobe every month my subscription fee. Didn't get much help from their agent, does anybody here know where should I look? Thankx in advance.
