Creative Cloud keeps alerting me to an available update but whenever I try to install it it tells me there is another installer running which must be shut down first.I've now shut down and restarted the Mac completely and nothing else is running but it still gives me the same error (Error code: 81). See screen shot below.I'm running Mavericks (OSX 10.9.4). How do I resolve this?

IT's been a week, and after multiple calls to adobe tech support, there seems to be an unfixable error... I rely heavily on the CC Libraries panel.  It is showing a blank white space with "%DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAME" on the tab.  Right click inside gives view page source, and the crux of that information is:<script>window.nodeRequire = (window.cep_node && window.cep_node.require) || window.require || function () {};window.process = window.process || (window.cep_node && window.cep_node.process);</script> This panel also does not work for InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop... Is there a fix, or do I REALLY have to wipe my machine and start from a Fresh install of Windows...??  

I am attempting to download adobe premiere pro. I get this error screen which says:"We are unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then click "Retry". (Error Code: P206)"I have internet connection and the firewall is turned off. I have a MacBook Pro (retina 13in) running on macOS Sierra 10.12.3Does anyone know how to overcome this error?

I have a MacBook Pro with version 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5) , I use the Adobe DesignPremium_CS5_5_LS4,does the Adobe version also works with Mac Monterey?

I got this error while trying to reinstall Lightroom 6, but it seems to appear for much of Adobe's pre-CC software (that we paid good $ for). There are many forum posts and Adobe "help" pages which did not work for me, but this one did: https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html I hope this helps someone, good luck everyone (we need it!) -MG

Have hit a brick wall trying to install Creative Cloud on my mac running Win10 via parallels.When I try to run the executable (even when right clicking to "Run as Adminstrator") I get the following error message."We've encountered the following issues:This application cannot be run from a network drive. Pleasecopy it to a local folder and re-launch it.  (Error Code: 71)"I don't see any options to download the entire executable.  I've tried downloading from IE, Edge and Chrome.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance.

How do I get my Premier Elements back?  I have the card with the redemption code but when I type it in it says it is invalid. I still have Elements 14 working but not the Premier. I hope someone can help 🙂

And our IT team is changed. They cannot find the activation account as well. Could you please help us to activate and use the program please. I've installed Creative Cloud on my new laptop but I cannot get it to finish loading no matter what I try. It sits on the "Loading Creative Cloud..." screen with the spinning icon and eventually times out and asks me to repair the installation. I've tried:Reinstalling creative cloud with a full wipe of all Adobe data using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.Wiping my ODBC folder.Applying all Windows, C++ and .Net framework updates.Restarting (many times).Disabling firewall and anti-virus. Nothing is working. I've seen several topics about this, though none in the past 6 months, many of which never seem to have been resolved. This is kind of ridiculous for the amount of money I'm paying for this software. I'd like some offical support on this if possible.

I know this has been posted ad nausem.  Well, equally tiresome is that Adobe, after years of this issue being reported, hasn't solved it.  And their lame abnegation of the issue with these finger-pointing excuses about Windows credential manager or internet security programs being at fault is pathetic.  Your software is the ONLY program that has ever had this issue, and it's continued like this for something like 4 years now.  Every other day: SIGN IN, SIGN IN.  Every program.  And none of these solutions Adobe posts work.  Figure it out.  It's your software causing the issue.

Every time I turn on my laptop, I get a pop-up box for signing into Adobe Creative Cloud. If I sign in, it just offers me 10 free stock images. It's very annoying. Why does it happen and how do I make it stop?

Dear community,when I am connected to my Adobe account there is a loading circle for about a minute or two.After that I cannot change my account details, see my products or even change language. There is always a error "Unable to load data". I attached a screenshot.I can't find any support information on the website so I give this forum a try. Since yesterday Photoshop will open but is unable to save, even a new empty file, due to the disk being full message. Hard drive open space is 260gb. Ran Disk Utilities multiple times without sucesss. Out of desperation, Photoshop was uninstalled from Creative Cloud. But installing it now fails due to "Error code 116: The download is damaged"; per Adobe this is caused by anti-virus software. However there is no anti-virus software installed on my computer. Advise please,david ---Adobe Cloud 5.6.5.58260 gb free spaceMac OS 12.2.1iMac late 2015

I have Adobe Elements 2020 and am looking at now going to Premiere Elements 2022. I am running OSX 10.14 Mohave on my mac. I see in the 2022 specs that you need to have mac OSX 10.15 or 10.11. So does this mean that version 2022 will not run with OSX 10.14. If not, what is the last version of premiere elements that will run with 10.14 and can this still be purchased and downloaded

I have my mac Mini with an external HD attached via Thunderbolt. I use to have two different OS, one in the internal HD and one on the external (eg Catalina and Big Sur). Will installing LR on both OS  be considered as two computers? I also need to use LR and PS on my MacBook Pro.Thanks for your input.

I accidentally purchased Premiere Elements for my new PC in a Mac OS, Windows, Apple iOS format. Is there any way to load this onto my PC?

We have a volume license for Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard purchased a in 2013. The product was successfully installed on a MS Windows PC and activated.Due to some hardware problems on that PC, the Windows installation was restored on new hardware. Afterwards, when Adobe Acrobat was started for the first time, it complained about the activation of the software. The user entered licensing information in Adobe Acrobat and it continued to work fine.Later on, the Windows installation was moved back to the original PC. The user ten realised that Adobe Acrobat was complaining again about the activation while other applications from the Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, ...) worked fine.In January this year Adobe CS was deactivated and uninstalled from that PC and installed again. After activation procedure the software reported it was still in trial mode but for next 32767 days - see screenshot1.png in the attachment.The user continued to use the software successfully in trial

HiIn windows 10, when using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I get this situation:User opens a doc and instead of his account icon, sees the icon as no user has sign in. You click there and see the account info (email, name...) if you click sign out, Acrobat Crashes. If in the document you try to do modifications, adobe crashes. It looks as if the program wanted to prompt the user to enter credentials but was unable to display anything. All adobe products will mostly do the same (Creative Cloud, etc)Also, when I try to reach URLs as account.adobe.com or auth.adobe the issue is the same. I get a never ending circle, no redirections happens and I'm unable to sigh in or log out. Nothing is displayed but the circle. In the dev area all I can see suspicious is Http error: status code 403The situation is the same trying different windows accounts, uninstalling everything and installing back.Setting new conection parameters, disabling Antivirus, adding addresses to the whitelist, etc didnt help

I was previously signed in to adobe creative cloud through my schools subscription. However, that email account has been deleted. I have since purchased a new subscription, and have tried signing in, however every time creative cloud is opened I get a message saying I've been signed out, with a choice to sign in. When I push the sign in button, it loads for a second and then the same message appears, without giving me a chance to even attempt to sign in. I have uninstalled Lightroom and Photoshop, I've uninstalled the Creative Cloud, I've deleted the OOBE files, I've restarted my computer. I have tried contacting ADOBE customer care but was told that phone care wasn't available. I have literally done everything I can think of. Im using the newest version of windows. Please Help.
