Hi All, I have a new MacBook Pro running Catalina. For some reason, I cannot add any Adobe apps to the dock at the bottom. I have tried dragging and dropping and it won't let me, but other programs (i.e. Microsoft Word) add perfectly.Is there any reason for this? Duncan

Hi, first I wish a merry x-mas to all of you. I use a creative cloud full version, annual plan. I mainly use my PC, but sometimes I need to use my laptop and my Surface tablet.I can have two installations active, why only two? It is really annoying to switch activation all the time. Wouldn`t it be a better solution to lock the licence to a Microsoft Account? Why limit the activations? I have no problem with the limitation of using only one device at the same time, beacause I am only able to one device at the same time 😉 Other users with the same issue? best regardsMarc 

I get an annoying popup that tells me "Creative Cloud wants to make changes" and asks for my CC password. But when I enter the password it won't accept it. But if I press CANCEL, the popup returns in five seconds. I know the password is correct because I can log into CC and also my adobe account. I thought maybe it was a virus, but if so, it has infected both my work and home Macs. The only way to rid myself of this popup (which sits on top of everything) is to quit creative cloud. I have asked Adobe for help but they've shrugged their shoulders.Anyone else had this issue?

hello everyone,i'm an art major and require photoshop for my classes. my college provides a discount that allows us to get the creative cloud for $50. i have purchased this, and have the creative cloud desktop app.my computer is very old, it's a 2011 macbook pro. the current version of photoshop is not compatible with my OS. my macbook runs OS X El Capitan, but the current version of photoshop requires Sierra or higher i believe. my macbook is literally unable to update any higher than el capitan, so my only other option is to install a previous version of photoshop. i've looked at several tutorials to download an earlier version of photoshop, but these options do not show up for me. I have gone into my preferences in the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and selected "show older apps", and some older apps did come up, but it still won't let me see the older versions of photoshop. Since PS isn't compatible with my computer, it says "Not Compatible" rather than "Open" or "Insta

So I have an older Macbook Pro (mid2010) which I have been told from Apple is vintage now. I need to update my lightroom classic and Photoshop, but its saying i need a better update. How long can i go without updating and still have these adobe apps be reliable?

So I have a MacBook Air 2019 and a few weeks ago i signed into my Adobe account. I downloaded Creative Cloud and proceeded to download After Effects, but i didn't have enough storage. So yesterday and today i have been making space on my computer and tried to download again but it wouldn't work. I deleted all Creative Cloud files such as the media encoder, the After Effects Installer and alias and tried downloading it again, thinking it wasn't working becuase i already had the files but nope it still isn't working. I need these apps for school and they are not downloading and i'm panicking that i won't be able to do my work. Please help me

I have installed, uninstalled,. installed, uninstalled and installed Creative Cloud but continue to get two error messages that prevent me from opening Creative Coud. Screenshots of the two meessages are attached. Can anyone help resolve this probvlem? Thanks for your help. Mike Gaudette

I, of course, double checked the numbers but they are correct.  What to do?  I notice in my purchase history, this does not even show up.

I have installed, uninstalled and installed again Creative Cloud, it worked for a couple of times and then again the message warning (the message is in italian) me that the software is missing or it is damaged. I both tried to repair and install again, but nothing to do.Does anybody know how to solve it?Thank you!Giuseppe  

Any time I try to open the Creative Cloud desktop app, I am required to sign in. Sometimes I'm even required to click on a button so that Adobe can email me a verification code, which I then have to retrieve via email and enter into Cloud. Then I still have to sign in. In all the time I've been using the Creative Cloud app and several apps including Photoshop and Illustrator, I never had to sign into the desktop app until probably late October. Is there something I need to resolve or change on my computer in order to once again be allowed to open the Creative Cloud desktop app without having to sign in? (Note: if I do not go into Creative Cloud first, and want to directly access Illustrator or Photoshop (or another app), I have the same problem.) I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's annoying when I want to get to something quickly and I have to stop to sign in (or worse by have to enter a verification code via email on top of it). I also use Creative Cloud and se

Hey people, I need some help, my Illustrator doesn't work and I don't understand why, the window with error 206 keeps poping up, tryed everything, other internet connections, turned off firewall, turned off antivirus software, even reinstalled my windows, nothing works for me, sometimes it opens browser for me, that shows to turn off because log in is done, then it keeps doing the same thing over and over..

Previously I have used an older version of photoshop and it has worked incredibly well on my computer (Macbook Pro 2018, 8gb RAM). However, after installing Photoshop 2021 it consistently crashes and takes an incredibly long time to peform simple tasks. I have tried to download previous version through the creative cloud application, but when I click the three dots next to the photoshop name there is no option for other versions. Any help would be greatley appreciated 🙂 Thank you in advancePhelim

Hey guys, A friend of mine (John) is having difficulties with getting the 2021 CC app (and apps) to install. Recently, his computer had a problem and his son-in-law (computer whiz) had to repair the Windows 10 installation.Well, now that was taken care of, but he no longer had the newest CC apps, but the ones from 2018.His son-in-law spent an hour on the phone with Adobe tech support last night as was not able to resolve the issue. Bought my license some years ago. My 7 year old laptop has been retired and am now installing all software on this new one. However, when I have finished installing Acrobat XI and inserted the license number it returns "invalid". Now what? Thanks!

I am running Win 7 and all CC worked just fine till yesterday afternoon. I tried to open Photoshop and the error message I got was "The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-|1-2-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I uninstalled Photoshop and deleted the folder. Re installed Photoshop and got the same message. I the second time I selected the older version due to the fact that I have Win 7 OS. Where can I get the api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-|1-2-0.dll 

it is through the firewall and times alright ive also done all the troubleshooting steps but it won't work? pls help 

I'm well aware Adobe Encore is extremely out of date and no longer supported, but it was still great for throwing stuff together. The classic trick to hang onto Encore was to install Premiere Pro CS6 from the creative cloud app, which would bring Encore back with it. Today I tried opening Encore CS6 and I got a popup asking for a Premiere Pro serial number. This never happened before when installing CS6 from the CC app. I fished out my old boxed version of CS6, but could not enter my serial number because it starts with letters, and the popup would not type letters (yes, I am positive it's my serial number and not a redepmtion code. It's a group of 6 with 5 letters, then 4 groups of 4 numbers. This copy was an education edition, which probably has a special serial number they also no longer support yaaaaay). Regardless, I can't open Encore, can't enter my unicorn of a serial number, and can't even see where the option to retain CS6 is in the creative cloud app anymore. I bought the new Mac mini, downloaded the Creative cloud app but, unlike with other windows PC, I don't see the marketplace item to download the plugins. Is such a thing normal? Should I download the beta version or continue to work with the classic based on intel?
