How can i download creative cloud or Photoshop?? It says disable firewall and antivirus software and i did that and still cant install them. I Ask for help on contact but i am waiting for 2 hours and noone is helping me. I need photoshop.

I cleaned my SSD and reinstalled Windows 10 and am downloading all my apps back on my computer. I've reinstalled Adobe CC, but half the apps say "Not Compatible" now. Clicking on that gives me this: Update required:You must updated your system to install [program]. Please check the following:-Windows 10 version 1809 or later (Of course, [program] is where the name of the program I clicked would be.)I've already went into Windows update a few times and updated until it wouldn't let me update anymore, ran Windows update troubleshooter, even went into Command Prompt on Administrator and did a system scan, and I'm still met with the same issue of saying that I'm apparently not updated. What should I do?

Já vi no site adobe dicas para instalar o photoshop da versão antiga através da nuvem criativa, não achei o botão das outras versões (só diz que meu sistema não é compatível) e não consegui instalar, me mande um link para instalar ou alguma forma de baixar, pois se não funcionar, vou cancelar uma assinatura

oi pessoal, estou tendo um problema com meu aplicativo Adobe Creative Cloud, recentemente assinei este programa para usar o Premiere Pro, mas ele não abre em tudo, eu tentei todas as formas de reparo que o site da Adobe fornece para esse problema específico, mas o programa só continua carregando e nunca abre, então eu não posso abri-lo desde quando eu assinei , o aplicativo basta mostrar essa interface de carregamento, alguém pode me ajudar? (já desinstalei e reinstalei o aplicativo muitas vezes, tentei excluir o conteúdo da pasta OOBE, mas nada corrigi-lo), não sei mais o que posso fazer para corrigir esse problema, e realmente preciso usar esse programa, estou ficando louco

Es ist eine Frechheit das eine Softwareentwicklungsfirma nicht einmal die eigene Shoplösung im Griff hat. So eine Fechheit hab ich noch nie erlebt. Beim Buchen auf der Kreditkarte wart Ihr schnell. Ich habe auf meinen Account bereit eine Teamlösung laufen und wollte jetzt eine Lizenz für mein neues Notebook kaufen. Es lässt sich die Lizenz nicht auf meinen Account dazuschalten damit ich gemeinsam die Lizenz nutzen kann.   

Hey guys, i tried to contact the adobe support about 10 times in the last two weeks via chat and i never get any response... pretty bad support!  My problem is the following: My Creative Cloud Desktop App keeps logging off... I do a login, and some time later i am automaticly logged off... this is so anoying! so i am not able to work... because when I relogin with the CC-App every programm (like ps, id, ai) will be closed and i have to open every single file again! Sometimes the CC-App loggs off every 5 minutes and sometimes one time in an hour...  I reinstalled all programm and the CC-App .. but the problem is still the same!  can sb help me?

I am trying to revert back to CC2019 (or any other), this did not remain on my Win10 PC with current auto updates, I have been trying for days to resolve this, the recommended approach is through Creative Cloud App but that only works if it is still on your PC. So, how can I get back to another version please?

Hi! i had a harddrive crash and changed over to a ssd in my old imac. so i have to reinstall everything on my osx10.7.5 i have the DesignStandard_CS5_5_LS4.dmg and was able to install it with my 5.5. license. where can i get the cs6 upgrade installation file? it is not available through adobe so i need the community to help me out. I have an Adobe Design Standard CS6 6.0 MLP Upgrade License from cs5.5.    

I've tried installing After Effects trial and have received the error: "After Effects can't continue: Error while accessing the preference files inside "/Users/Kelly/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/13.5", please verify the file permissions and try again."I'm unable to verify file permissions because this file path doesn't exist.I'm on a 2013 15" Retina Macbook Pro running OSX 10.9.5Premiere Pro successfully downloaded. After Effects wont open and wont allow me to start a trial (because it thinks I've already started it?)Thanks for any help ya'll can offer!

After being prompted to update my adobe products through Creative Cloud, I now have both the 2020 versions and 2019 versions of the multiple applications. (see photo below)  The newer versions doesn't have "CC", does that mean its not in my creative cloud? Which version should I remove?

Why is my serial number not working anymore? Until Christmas everything was working fine . Around new year CS6 stopped working. Serial number is not accepted. After deinstallation I try to install again. But my serial (also listed in my Adobe account) does not work.Regards,Gerard Kip

Creative Cloud Installer does not complete installation on Big Sur. It stops at 78% and then completely overuns all resources preventing any input whatsoever to the MacBook Pro. The Mac Book has to be powered off! When the MacBook is powered up a few minutes elapses before Adobe demand action and the resource over run re-commences. This means the MacBook cannot be used for any other work. To stop this I have had to clear the machine of all Adobe Apps in the few minutes immediately after power up before Adobe again hogs the Mac. I can now do some work. To say the least I am not impressed. Surely Adobe has tested their primary installer on Big Sur?

Hi,On my creative cloud desktop app appear 4 updates, Ps 22.1 , LrC, Lr and Camera raw.But the links are disabled.I checked in the system iOS Big Sur the apps had a full access to the disk.  

I live in Canada and want to purchase Adobe Photoshop subscription here. I travel a lot to the UK and have a computer there. Can I download photoshop onto my computer here in Canada and also download it on my computer in the UK (using my two allocated devices)? 

Hello, please help. The instalation is stuck at 5% and then I get the error 182.I tried every solution I found on the web, but nothing works (installing from desktop, cleaning with cc etc.)What should I do? 

tried to download Adobe Acrobat DC and it says install failed.   It said that I dont have the space to download and i tried to load on a different drive and it wouldnt .  I have 920 GB on one drive and not sure what I need to do. 

Hello, posting on behalf of my wife here. I just bought her a laptop capable of her photo-editing needs and we are wanting to move her creative cloud and other apps to this laptop off of my desktop.  Installed creative cloud (and plan to install PS, Lr, etc... thru creative cloud) and install seems fine. Open Creative Cloud and get an infinite loading screen that eventually says "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to open........." Tried all the options in the help link provided in that pop-up. I have completely uninstalled with the Adobe uninstaller program as well as the cleaner tool, and reinstalled to the exact same issue. I have read previous several forum posts and attempted to clear my hosts folder, used the Adobe limited access repair tool, cleaned out every Adobe process available in task manager and restarted, checked my activation status (only button available in the CC App is the "help" button at the top and it is saying I am signed in already, and will no
