No consigo actualizar diversas aplicaciones. Empieza la descarga y cuand está a punto de acabar me da un mensaje de error, me ofrece la posivilidad de reiniciar, lo hago... y otra vez igual!Así llevo 5 veces. ¿Alguna idea?

I attempted to download and install the 7-day free trial of Adobe photo shop and Adobe Creative Cloud. I downloaded and installed but when attempting to launch the Adobe Creative Cloud I get a System Error that says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP130.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" and "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.DII was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I attempted to redownload and reinstall but it keeps giving me the same issue. I also attempted the "repair" and that didn't work. When I attempted to uninstall through control panel it claims I cannot unistall because there are other apps that need it. I don't know what else to try. I am using Windows 10.

Hey so after I went on free trial on photoshop & lightroom my checkout tab says "DUE TODAY $10.99", and I don't understand why does it say that. I never bought anything from Adobe just so we clear the "You already claimed a free trial" topic.This is for personal use, region Croatia. If someone could help me out with this it would be appreciated!! Kind Regards,Recent.

Hello there,I have tried to download creative cloud as well related programs (lightroom, photoshop) and keep getting the same problem: after signing in the installation process "loops". What I get is repeated windows opening, giving the same message "now you can start where you were". I have tried turning off virus protection and have enabled firewall access but without any success. I came across the same problem on all my devices (desktop, laptop and macbook). Any help appreciated.

witam wszystkich bardzo serdeczniezwracam sie do Was z problemem przy instalacji aplikacji. mam laptopa z systeme win7 (64bit) procesor i5 2,60 GHz oraz 4 Gb RAMu. wesrja Photoshop 2019 (7-dniowa) pracowała bez zarzutu ale czas się skończył. w szkole otrzymaliśmy możliwość instalacji wersji dla szkół. i tu zaczyna sie problem: instalacja zgodnie z wszystkimi prawidłami zaczyna się od instalacji Creative Cloud Desktop i potem nakazuje wybór wersji PS zgodny z możliwościami laptopa i z wynikiem zgodności dla ver. 21.2.4 i prócz wersji wyższej 22.1 dla win10, nie mam mozliwości innego wyboru. po długotrwałej instalacji wyskakuje komunikat: "brak możliwości uruchomienia aplikacji" i brak jest szeregu plików z rozszerzeniem .dll, np. takich:api-ms-win-core-localization-I1-1-0.dllapi-ms-win-core-localization-I1-1-1.dllapi-ms-win-core-localization-I1-2-0.dlljak sobie poradzić z problemem? a może jednak należy przejść na win10? w szkole nikt nie informował nas o konieczności korzystania z win1

I´ve to free space in hard disk drive and i notified double copies of all Adobe applications in hard disk drive (photoshop 2020 AND 2021 etc). All of these apps are over 1Gb and removing old ones could help me with my problem. Is it ok to remove/uninstall older ones? Shouldn´t that be automized? 

Hi, I'm having trouble installing Adobe XD on my computer. The account is paid for using a student discount and have had no issues with any other app or Adobe since starting to use Creative Cloud. When I open the Creative Cloud desktop app, in the section 'All apps' Adobe XD does not show up on the list. I have tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud app as well as refreshing the 'Check for app updates' page many times. When I go to browser version of Creative Cloud and manually download the Adobe XD set up, it shows up in my downloads folder and opening it (clicking on it) opens the Creative Cloud desktop app, that once again doesn't show Adobe XD anywhere. I've also tried the 'Run app as administrator' when opening the Adobe XD set up, but it leads down the same path. I really need access to XD as soon as possible and have talked to collegues who use the same type of account, and have the same circumstances of using Creative Cloud (students at my programme who also use the discounted s

I bought an annual license on December 4, 2020 and up today I can not install it and operate the programs. Who can help me?

I will purchase this creative cloud on 9 December this year but giving me some kind of errors again and again The <removed by moderator> will guide me all about this and suggest me to purchase this.

Hi, I am attempting to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop on my Windows 10 PC. As I begin to install the app, the loading bar for the app starts off slowly, filling in about 1% every 5 seconds, before suddenly filling up all the way and attempting to launch the app.The problem is, the app never loads. After about 2 minutes of buffering the app will crash, giving me an error box that looks like this: If I quit, then nothing happens. If I attempt to repair my install, I instead will get this error box: Here is a list of options I have tried so far:- I have restarted my computer several times, no change- I have disabled my anti-virus software, no change- I have attempted to un-install and re-install the program using the previous two strategies simultaneously. However, the error still happens even with a fresh re-install- I have attempted using the Creative Cloud Cleaner, it says that it cleaned my Creative Cloud. Hello Adobe team. So I found out I wish not to pay for your products at the moment! I have tryied and altough very usefull there are other solutions that are more money compatible with my profile! As for the moment I wich to unistall all your products from my system as well all the unecessary windows vulnerable downloads you have made in my system C++ from 2009 to 2018. As they corrupt my system. Where is the all unistall adobe products button or apps? Many thanks for your efforts.

I tried to DL using the app and after 45 minutes it still says waiting. I tried to DL it directly and I get a part zip file. What is going on? How can I get PS back. It's no longer on my computer. Thank you for any help.  

Hello,I currently have a windows 10 system running on Build 16299 and its x64 bit. I do not understand why some applications are not able to be downloaded. Illustrator is the one I want specifically but im not able to download becuase it says "Not Compatible" where the download button should be.Thanks.

I am trying to download photoshop through crative cloud but everytime i start it, it will freeze at 7% and will never go past that.

I had to wipe my hard drive and have backed up mostly everything, but would very much like to redownload MY purchased version of Lightroom.  The download link is still on my account page but when I click on it I get sent to another page that says the download is no longer available.  Seriously?  I bought it straight from Adobe.  It should still be available in my opinion.  What gives?  Don't have the ability to do the monthly plan, nor do I like that all these programs have switched to that model.  I'm sure I can locate an archived download on my other computer, but it SHOULD still be available on the website.

My Creative Cloud starts in English, but switches to French after 1-2 seconds.  I have ensured my preferences are set to English.  I do I stop Creative Cloud from switching to French?

this has a been an issue for me for probably the past 2 months at this point. it started out as maybe i was signed out once or twice a week but its gotten to the point that every 30 minutes if im not actively using photoshop or illustrator then it will sign me out of my creative cloud. this doesnt happen on any other adobe software its just photoshop and illustrator that this occures. now i thought if i un-installed and reinstalled every. single. adobe. software. which took way longer than it should have, it wouldve fixed the issue. but now the day after i used photoshop for the whole day on and off and it didnt sign me out. just now i was sat here afk and a "save project before exiting" message popped up, i clicked save and photoshop closed. when i re opened it i was once again signed out of creative cloud. im not sure why this is happening but if anyone has anything to help me out with it i would really appreciate it. as i said everything was re installed yesterday so is the newest v

Hi! I have an Adobe Creative Cloud paid account. I just bought an iPad Pro and I was looking forward to work with Photoshop. However, when I try to login to my account on the iPad it still asks me to pay for a monthly subscription. Is there a way to link my Adobe Creative Cloud account to my iPad in order to avoid paying twice to use Photoshop? Thanks!

I have been using Photoshop Elements 11 and Lightroom 6 (both non-subscription versions) on my Windows 10 PC for months.  Elements suddenly stopped launching.  If I uninstall it in order to reinstall it as a last ditch effort, will anything get messed up with Lightroom during the uninstall process?

I'm having the same issue after formating my computer. My old photoshop version is CS2 and I used to be able to download it directly from a link provided by Adobe. I am no longer able to find it.

My computer has been out of commission for a while.  When I finally got it working again, it started with that pop-up.  Which I don't understand.  I bought the whole adobe set from the school I was attending.  I'm guessing it's because they got rid of the stand alone programs for the "Cloud" and charge everyone a monthly fee.  Honestly, I don't use them enough to justify paying for a subscription.   It just doesn't seem fair that I bought the suite and now it tells me I have a version I can't use anymore.
