Installation of CC on Catalina 10.15.2

Hi, 

 

I purchased the plan Photography, trying to download the Creative Cloud but it is stuck sometimes at 5% other times at 21,5%. I cleaned the computer from previous versions, I also downloaded straight from the website. I did everything suggested in the Support Summunity but nothing works, dunno what can I do more. Frustrating. I am using MAC with Catalina 10.15.2

Problem solved, there were some files hidden in some folders from previous Adobe. After delete everything I was finally able to download it!

Thanks for finally giving me an answer to my problem of Creative Cloud install freezing. I was giving many differnet solutions, but none worked. I searched for Adobe files on my hard drive, deleted all, most from other early versions, and the install worked. Thanks again!
