Lightroom 4 - Can LR 4 run on any 7" tables or must I buy a laptop for LR while traveling?

Will Lightroom 4 run on any currently available 7" tables or do I have to buy a laptop to run LR?  I'm currently running LR on iMac but need something very portable for traveling. My objective is to downl load my RAW (DNG) files from the camera to the table/laptop, edit within LR, and the either store on table/laptop or to an external drive. Uploading to cloud storage may not be possible in the areas I'm traveling to. Suggestion on tables or low-cost laptops appreicated. I will buy a second LR license for different OS if needed. Thanks.

Since most tablets run on ARM processors and Android or iOS respectively, the answer is No in most cases. I'm sure you could find some intel based ultrabook or hybrid like a Lenovo Yoga, but these things don't come cheap. In the end it may be simpler to buy a cheap 300 Euro core3i notebook and carry it around. At least that way you won't have to feel bad if it goes defective, but of course it will be a bit heavier to carry around and require more space.
