Loss of the Learn button on the home page of all my applications

Hi,
new Dell XPS 13 Win 10 Home laptop and new purchase all Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Immediately after installing programs like Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign, After Effects and Illustrator their home page is perfect, but at the first reboot of the PC in all the home pages the button with the word "learn" very useful for a beginner like me, disappears. Yesterday I spent many hours with a customer service representative, but the problem was not solved and my ticket is still open.
I think it is a software problem related to the ACC application and I would like Adobe to solve it because as a perfectionist I am a little disappointed.
