mac wacom intuos pro medium PTH651 PEN not working with keyboard shortcuts

OS X 10.13.6 High Sierra.  MAC Pro late 2013

Recently my pen is acting wacky and gets stuck on "move" mode when I use illustrator, indesign, photoshop and picks up and moves desktop folders I don't want moved. I usually have to pull away the pen from the tablet and click somewhere on the desktop to stop the actions. But seldom stops weird actions.

I have the latest driver for my wacom tablet downloaded and installed with Wacom online chat help.

I think it has to do with keyboard shortcuts on my wireless mac keyboard.

I use command, option, shift  alot but sometimes my pen gets stuck in finger move mode or zoom mode and things get crazy where it doesn't cease to select items or move items or select everything on my desktop. I've turned off all functions on my wacom pen and tablet but still get freaky functions going on that doubles my work time trying to get out of something like zoom, select, copy, etc.

Is this an apple problem, wacom problem or Adobe problem?  And where can I read about this from someone else with Wacom pen problems?

I figured out why my wacom tablet pen was going wacky.  The soft flex nib had broken off the end of the tip somehow. I noticed it when I decided to replace the nib.
