My account is temporarily locked.

I canceled my account after joining the Premier a month ago. I got a text message saying that it was paid yesterday. So I e-mailed you to go back to that account, but it was temporarily locked out. I've been looking at all the problem solving in Adobe, but it still doesn't work.
