es un desastre esta aplicacion tiene muchos errores, tanto q la protegen que la han vuelto inaccesible, en realidad no provoca comprar estos productos

Germanpares, in addition to the suggestions by Brucgov in post #6 I would also recommend you complete the solutions listed in Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged to resolve the current error.  I would recommend you implement solution one through three using the newly created User account suggested by Brucgov.

I already tried to solve it with the advice that the chat gave me and it did not work for me

He told me to install the adobe cleaner tool and to erase everything that has to do with adobe I did it and it did not work after it made me do a full clean up and tmp worked

For testing purpose , create an new Administrator user account and login to same and check.

the problem is the following I see a sign that says the following adobe creative cloud is needed to solve the problem the program is damaged

Oscard94861393, the discussion you responded to was last updated in 2017.  What current errors are you facing?  What Adobe application are you using and on which operating system?  Finally, what steps have you implemented to resolve the error?
