Hello,

the test version will not start. A message is shown that the license function is not running.

Can somebody help me?

I already installed the program a few times.

    namely to ask Adobe, through a chat (just click the Still need help button straight away),

    Dominicl54507236 what Adobe application, and version are you attempting to install on macOS 10.13?  Do you receive any specific error messages?

    I want to try the test version of Illustrator.

    First I click on `start test version´ then I receive the message that it is possible to license Illustrator.

    Dominicl54507236 are you referring to Illustrator CC 2017?  What operating system are you attempting to test Illustrator on?  Finally what other Adobe software titles, and versions, are installed on the computer?

    What OS version are you on?

    Is the Adobe cloud app up and running?

    Have you ever run the trial versions before on this computer?

    I have High Sierra on my Mac.

    Yes.

    Yes, on an older one.
