Where do I go to find my subscription to download?
Where do I go to find my subscription to download? I had issues on the day I purcahsed it (3rd July 2013) and when I go now to retry my account says no downloads?

Subscriptions are handled via the application manager/ CCApp. Sign in on creative.adobe.com, download the app, let it install the product you paid for based on your credentials, i.e. your Adobe ID.
