why was i sold pscs5 upgrade from pse5 and now im having problems trying to install because pscs5 has no option for pse5. why is that? and can someone help me?

    Photoshop Elements is not in the upgrade path for Photoshop.  If you just purchased Photoshop CS5 it was not done thru Adobe... they do not sell older versions of their software.

    I purchased my software from Adobe. My problem is I wanna install it back on my computer but I don't wanna have to keep calling Adobe.
