Help with Form to email

I have a template that I have been modifying. Navbar as a nav.shtml include and inserting fluid containers underneath where they will stay.

The nav.shtml is in my index file as an include. <!--#include file="nav.shtml"--> It works fine.When I try to insert a fluid container UNDERNEATH the include and put an image in the container, part of the image is underneath the navbar.I know this has something to do with a tag of some sort.  I have tried <header></header> and wrapped it around the include.  It does not work.Any help would be appreciated. CODE BELOWINDEX.SHTML CODE<!DOCTYPE html><html lang="en"><head><meta charset="utf-8"><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"><meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"><title>The Center for Family Development. Connection to MySQL database in Dreamweaver MX 2004

I am trying in Dreamweaver MX 2004 to connect to MySQL database.My Site Definition is as follows: CategoryLocal InfoLocal root folder: C:\xampp\htdocs\smartad\HTTP address: http://localhost/smartad/ Remote InfoAccess: Local/NetworkRemote folder: C:\xampp\htdocs\smartad\ Testing ServerSever Model: PHP MySQLAccess: Local/NetworkTesting Server folder: C:\xampp\htdocs\smartad\URL prefix: http://localhost/smartad/ In MySQL Connection I enterMySQL server: localhostUsername: rootPassword: (no password) When I click "Select" to select database I get message "An unidentified error has occurred." When I click "Test," I get message "Please use only characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and _ in the name."Both Apache and MySQL servers are running and in phpMyAdmin I am able to see my database and tables. Could you help me to solve the problem?Thank you, Dragan

All actions lag with Dreamweaver 21 (Mac) using "local" site in networked location

Every action, including focusing back to the window, stalls for anything from 2-10 minutes. A simple text edit on a page took nearly an hour to complete. This has made Dreamweaver 21.0 unusable. The problem does not occur with Dreamweaver 20.2 (although that's pretty laggy too, it's nowhere near as bad). Note: this is not the typing lag issue mentioned elsewhere. I checked Activity Monitor while Dreamweaver was running (and lagging) but there was no excessive CPU or memory demand. I have just one site, with local folders on a networked location (smb share). The remote server is connected in a similar way but at a different location. I'm running Catalina 10.15.7 on an early 2015 macbook air. There's at least 150GB disk space to spare so it's not that either. Looking at other issues I might hazard a guess that this has something to do with our local site being at a remote location. I haven't tried moving the local site to a real local location – it's a very old s
