Hi, I am missing the feature which was available in previous Dreamweaver versions: once I see the results of a "Find + Replace" in the panel, there is no way to export/save the results. In the past there was a "Save" icon at the panel top to export query results as xml files. Does anybody know if this function still exists and can be enabled in DW CC 2017.0.1 or more recent versions?

I have a Creative Cloud subscription and have for years. I have never gotten Dreamweaver 2018 to work well on my computer. I have a Windows 10 computer that has all the updates. When I first updated to 2018, it worked kinda. It would open and take forever to load all the panels. I used it a few times and it was so slow and buggy that I went back to 2017. Every time I notice that there is a new version I give it a try and sure enough, it doesn't work either.Here is my latest experience. I updated to 18.2 build 10165 today. Upon first run it took over 25 minutes before it fully loaded all the panels and I could pull down any menus. I tried to open a file and that took a while. Simply minimizing or maximizing was hit and miss. DW is not using a lot of resources, but it isn't working either.Two times ago, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still no good.What can I try next?

I have Dreamweaver CS3, which I bought 10 years ago. It has been running on my old Windows XP computer that has now broken down. I have moved it to my Windows 10 laptop, but I cannot activate it. The activation function obviously do not work. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection or firewall settings. Can you please help me? With regards HS.

I had an apprentice a year ago; update all my old html pages for mobile, they are now mobile friendly.But I noticed something today. All the main image alt tags are gone.Something between the css style sheet and the html file.. it does not seem the file has that image info on it anymore.How does this work? I'm mostly ignorant of CSS.  The html file now points to an image in the assets folder, so the image (unlike before when I manually dragged image onto the html page), the alt tag is not there?

Hi,My main navbar for my site is a library item. When I update it locally, it asks if I want to update all files, and if I say "yes" then it does seem to update them. However, that still requires me to then have to update all of the pages on the site itself (in other words, the remote files).It seems to me, that if I edit a library file and update that file on the remote site, then the pages pointing to that now edited file should also reflect the new information. But they do not. Am I doing something wrong, or are my expectations unrealistic, or...?I am using DW CS6.Thanks in advance,DebbieP.S. The library file is in my Library folder, which is in the root directory. The file suffix is lbi.

Hello, everyone!My client from way back has approached me with a question as to why the home page of his site is no longer responsive (for me, both FF and Chrome show it to work fine in their responsive display). Well, I haven't touched this site in some time as the owner has been able to make his own changes, but now when I look at the page source I see lots of strange stuff.For example, when I open any page from this domain in the browser's web developer tool, I can see that all pages are embedded in a frameset. WHAAAAT? Is this some new technique I have missed in the intervening two years? I'm wondering if that could be part of the responsive problem.Anyone have a clue?

Hi Guys,I am trying to create a website that will display certain products, vis SQL based the selection from the menu.  So far this works fine.  What I am after, and really haven't found any good tutorials on it, is how to list them in a google  map.  I am not looking at just location a certain business around a persons location but rather a specific product that that business cars.  An example might be a person whats to see what store near him carries a specific type of banana, so when he click on the product banana it would show up on google maps with all the businesses that carry the specific banana.  I am pretty sure that this would be SQL driven and the name, addresses, city, etc of these businesses would have to be in a database. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I know that this question had been asked before.The extract panel is not loading. Error message as advise is "Sign out, reset dreamweaver and sign in again".But this is not working. I try it for a few times but the same error will keep popping out.I tried all the methods that was advised but none seems to work. Could someone kind please advise what should I do??

Hello all,Working on a website trying to get an image to be a certain percentage width of its container float right (or left) of text, allowing the text to wrap around on wider screens and tablets, and then slide under the text on phone screens.I know I can control this by responsive columns but then the text in the adjacent column (obviously) won't wrap.Is there a way to set an image in the same container as the text so that it will be a percentage of that column?Thanks for any info or help.Dave

In the first field I get no link to this site found. Yet there are 1500 links to what I want to change from so, I'm stumped to why this happens.I solved it once by doing reboot of the software, but still  happening again.

It appeared during the design of behaviors, I deleted it, but it keeps appearing when I preview the site. Does anyone know how to fix it?thank's!

We have (had) a site we need to flip, but need to show the site as it was. The only way I can see it is via my computer files.  Surely there's a way to view it without having Muse software?

I'd like to make all email address clickable. I can search for the email and 142 come up. How do I make them all clickable at once, ie assign a link with a mailto: parameter at once?

HiSo just now Ive gained massive exposure for my website in just the right place - to just the right people, and I just have one little problem with my website on computers the website seems to work fine - but when you go on a mobile, and go into a project, for some reason the close button at the end doesn't work, which really sucks because it means lots of people would probably just give up after that.for some reason, it does work if you scroll all the way up on a project, then scroll down without scrolling all the way down (if that makes sense).
