Hoe kan ik een svg logo plaatsen op een afbeelding in de Hero section?

Everything was working great using Bootstrap 4. I had left my project for one week and when I returned, the navigation bar had reverted back to a simple text format. I tried to troubleshoot what happened and decided to delete the entire 'Navbar' (fixed to top) and start over. When I added the new 'Navbar' the following error came up: "The component is not fully compatible with the current Bootstrap CSS/JS file (lower than v3.0). A new Bootstrap CSS/JS file will be created and linked from the document."I was still unable to add a 'Navbar' with the styling it is supposed to have. I moved on to add a 'Grid Row With Column' and again the same error came up. I was also unable to see the Div unless I added text within it. Before I was at least able to see a blue border around the div with the ability to scale the columns in or out. After the error began this was also affected.I have screenshots, if needed.Please help!

I have a bunch of footnotes that appear in the the text and source code as and [iv] and [xxiii], etc.   I don't need them to link anywhere.But I do want to superscript them.So I need a way to search the source code for [anything] and replace it with <sup>[anything]</sup>.   So any time my code contains left-bracket, any character(s), right bracket...that code stays the same except for <sup> before it and </sup> after it.I am getting confusing with my syntax involving the brackets.   thanks !

My dreamweaverMX2004 will not open. It shows a panel, suggesting to open by phone,  While showing the correct DWD product number. Then click on next and I get a phone number in the US (+1 418 832 7060). The number is supposed to provide a number to be entered, but the provided number turns out not to be registered. Is there someone in ?? who can assist me so I can use the dreamweaver product which I have been using for may years? Hello, all,I've got a weird issue with a jQuery .on('click') call.  It won't even trigger an alert.  The following is part of a Bootstrap v4 modal.<button class="btn btn-primary" id="submitBtn" name="submitBtn">Submit</button><button class="btn btn-secondary" id="closeBtn" name="closeBtn">Close</button><!-- Here is where I'm loading jQuery, Bootstrap, and popper.js --><script type="text/javascript">     $('#submitBtn').on('click',function(){          alert("I have been clicked.");          });</script>When I open the modal and click the submit button, I get no alert.  jQuery is loading properly.  Nothing is appearing in the error console.  Any thoughts?V/r,^ _ ^

So to be clear, I have been a loyal supporter of DW since before Adobe acquired it from Macromedia, I owned GoLive and used it for many years, but I have to say I am very disappointed in the support we have today for CSS Grid and Variables - two things that are destined to make design for the web a shit ton easier... Adobe is way behind the curve on these... since Oct of 2017 this, put simply, has been the only way to design for the web. Nothing else makes sense. I believe I am moving to MS VS Code, because it is even better than Brackets in responding to the evolution of the web. But I want the powers that be at Adobe to know why they have lost my loyalty and my money... and to those struggling designers out there that wish to keep up. We use Adobe Create Suite 5.5 Web Premium.  I would like to create a PDF file of an html file created in CS5.5.  I don't see the option for  PDF when I do a save as.  Would I need a later version of software?  This is a standalone package so I'm not looking to go into paying a monthly fee.  Would anyone know if Dreamweaver 6 allows you to create PDF files?

I try to add a link via Live-View to a bootstrap button by clicking the "link" sign (chain). Then add the page the link should lead to.By doing that I get the message: "the changes in the live view can not be accepted. Refresh the live view and try editing again."Original message in German: die Änderungen in der live-Ansicht können nicht übernommen werden. Hello, all,I am using Bootstrap v4, and I tried to isolate a user alias to make it bold text using a <span> tag.  This places the user alias on its own line, sandwiched between the text prior and the text after.  Was this intentional?  I tried applying "display: inline-block;"  and "display: inline;" to it, and it didn't help.Any suggestions?V/r,^ _ ^

I have been trying to add a favicon to my website, but I can't seem to figure out the correct code. I've tried probably a dozen different codes for favicon that I found online but I think dreamweaver might have something different for it. Also, I have my logo, but when I put it in a favicon converter to make it an .ico file, it gets very pixelated is that normal?I have tried putting this code in the <head> of my code <link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/favicon.ico" />Do I need to save the favicon file in the root file for my website or can I keep it in the images file?Thanks for any advice you have!

Having a hard time just altering an html tag, such as an image tag, in code view of Dreamweaver CC. For instance, take an image tag. The entire tag is highlighted in orange and it won't let me make any changes to the tag. Nothing happens when I try to type. It's very frustrating. Please help.

Hello. I've been trying this for a while now, following a few different tutorials and and forum threads. It seems like a simple but i just cannot get the any data from textarea. Before you jump on me for the stupidness of this question, I have already done it two ways so far as follows:1. created a new blank html page and then copied the code over. 2. did a "save as" (I guess that's quick enough)It just seems strange there is no quick "create duplicate page" function, like there is in most other web design software I've used.Am I missing something obvious?At my stage of DW newbie-ness it's a no-brainer to always work on a copy to avoid destroying the good work of the day before.When I typed the question above into the DW help, I got presented with all sorts of long-winded suggestions  that looked irrelevant and far more complicated than simply duplicating a page.

Hi Everyone,I'm very much a beginner so bear with me.Someone did my site in DW and for years I've been updating it myself via trial and error.  I know very little about html. I have DreamweaverCC and it seems like it's always updating making it hard for me to keep up.  I only update site every 6 months or so, so it's hard to follow the changes.Basically put...my images aren't showing up in the site.  They'll be there in the "live" preview, but not when I go to the published site.  I'm adding the images like I always have but none of them show up.This is what I'm doing.  I add the image and save.  I go to the Local Server and "put" it to the Remote Server.  Then I "put" it from the Remote Server.  Then I "put" the web page with the pics on it.I'm sorry this sounds so basic, but this is what I've always done and it works.  Now, the changes to the page are there, but the pictures aren't.I'd be grateful for ANY help with this.  Let me know

It's been a few weeks now since Adobe anounced the EOL of Muse and BC, and whilst most Muse users are annoyed with Adobes decission, a few interesting items have been highlighted in the discussions about the EOL.Muse was not being used by many as was first intended.There was no creativity being shown by most Muse users.Adobe is moving away from the small site creator.The Adobe experiance cloud in partnership with Microsoft is Adobes priority.The first two items are self explanitory, and when mentioned in discussions mainly ignored.Now for the last two, and how they may affect web developers.Everything major over the last few years regarding the web has moved away from small sites. Small personal sites are now in the main 'social media' sites, with facebook taking the largest share. I am unable to get Dreamweaver live view to match my posted websites on either Safari or Firefox.  Why?  The design looks great in Dreamweaver in the Live and Split views but text boxes, menu bars and content boxes shift when posted.Also, I can not get my pages to work using the Preview setting.  Can anyone help?This is on a Mac Pro if that makes a difference.Thank you all.
