Quiero recuperar licencias de mi producto, pero en el perfil del producto no aparece la opción "Recuperar licencias", solo aparece la opción "Crear informe". Donde encuentro la opción de recuperación?

Buen dia, qusiera saber como puedo hacer para recuperar archivos de la nuve, de un oerfil que no me permite, hace uno mes tube problemas y cambie de perfil, pero en el perfil donde trabajaba no me deja buscar mis archivos en la nube

Several of us in our company have been receiving this error for the past 3-4 weeks when trying to update Photoshop. Other updates have been able to download and install in the meantime. We are all running Windows 10 Pro and have approx 800GB free on the HD. Hi all, I want to buy more adobe licences but I cant do it. a bar on the site says : 'You can no longer place a request for additional licenses here. Please reach out to your account manager for additional licenses.' Any ideas ? thanks Jorge

Hej there,does anyone know, if I can change Admin right? I am Admin of some Folders on the Cloud, but want to give my rights to a colleague (have to take myself out).1. Where can I see which folders I have the Admin rights for?2. How can I change these rights and make someone else Admin oder these Folders?Thanks for the help!/Joe

I recently adjusted my Creative Cloud subsctipton count because our renewal came up today.  I wanted to right-size and pare down our subscriptions.  We had too many Creative Cloud subscriptons.  I removed licenses from old employees and deleted their user accounts.  Everyone else was assigned the appropriate subscriptions (Acrobat, Indesign, Photoshop, Creative Cloud). Today, I get calls saying their Creative Cloud Expired.  I go into the Admin Console and find that 5 people lost their subscriptions?  I was able to re-add those people back to Creative Cloud, but this has to be a glitch/bug.  Has anyone else had people lose their subscrptions on their Annual Renewal date after subscription reductions.

I had been keeping all of my adobe products on my external hard drive for a while but recently it hasn't been connecting and I think it's broken. Creative cloud won't let me download the products back onto my laptop(where I originally downloaded them and then uninstalled them to add to my drive). Is there some way to get them back? I'm working to restore my external drive but I would like to have these products if I cannot restore my data.  When I try to download I get Error Code 176 but I've triple-checked and it's not a network drive it's just the original drive on my computer set in my preferences.

Hi All, I just recently set up a team that will mostly utilize adobe acrobat dc for our company. I've set up a couple of users and just purchased 5 licenses. How will go about buying additional licenses? I looked at the guide and it says there should be a "buy more" option in the overview page of the admin console. I do not see this option nor could I find an option to buy more licenses anywhere. 

I have tried 1000 times to cancel this stupid fing app...I DONT WANT IT! But adobe has made it impossibe to cancel a subscribtion!I cancelled my bank card 2 months ago and i thought that would sort it out, NOPE!some how without my permission adobe go hold of my new banks card and has resumed charges..i dont know how the f they did this but it is super fing fraudulent and the final straw.I now have to go through the ombudsman, mastercard and my fing bank to cancel a service when it should just be a button on the website. I litterally have no option to cancel an have been in an f'ing loop for 12 months while they charge me money for nothing.  the product simply isnt worth the cost let alone the on going cost when u decide to leave, what a joke... this company is an abomination and it is blatently making it impossible to cancel subscribtions. f'ing thieves.

Still looking for an Adobe Reader DC enterprise download for x64.  Need to be able to modify using the Customization Wizard to remove teh desktop shortcut.  Otherwise, there is going to be a LOT of confusion with people thinking they have the full Acrobat x64 when they only have the Reader.

Good day, I have an issue where i as the new admin cannot access our Adobe admin account, i have the email linked to the admin account and tried sending the code to the email but once i input the code it still requires a code that was sent to the previous admins cell number which is no longer in exsistence, it seems they had turned on 2FA, i tried all the generic support links people keep sending for customer care , i either get automated responses or it tells me i need to login to the admin account  with an active subscription to speak to an agent. So i am basically stuck, is there anyway to resolve this?

 I have a user with Jamf-managed, Mac Studio Pro M1 Ultra, and have installed our "enterprise" licensed Creative Cloud app. Then, after install and user authenticates, he would choose Acrobat DC and then Lightroom to install.When done installations, launching any of these, results in Quit Unexpectanly. Have tried user logging out and back in to CC account. Same error on app launch.Have done the CC tool removal of all Adobe CC and such. Re-installed CC. Installed Acrobat DC... launch and same error.No one seems to have any answer. Frustation now as the user will need me to wipe the Mac Studio and reinstall the OS and everything he has.Any help is appreciated!

After an e-mail notifying me that the monthly subscription fee will rise and that I am allowed to cancel my plan, along with several links and explanations, I find myself UNABLE to actually CANCEL. All it does is send me round and round and round again to various pages and other links and admin consols, and help with more links and referrals but nothing actually DOES WHAT IS NEEDS TO DO WHICH IS CANCEL. At the one page where I can actually grey out my subscription I am not allowed to continue any further and I get a message about contacting support to cancel, but when clicking the provided link I get an error not found page. HILARIOUS.Even getting in touch with someone seems not possible? None of the links work for me, I can't get to chat, I can't seem to find some dedicated mail or contact form. I am at a college where we need the students to share ongoing projects. They need an open lab where they don't have to log into an individual Adobe account, but can sit down and use the software on a video project that another student is working on as well. What license allows a team to all work on the same project, a shared Adobe login?

Adobe recently had an update mid-day on Monday, August 15, 2022, that cause many of our team to lose access to our shared files including many XD files. The update creates multiple profiles under our Adobe account that uses our work email. The update itself does not make any sense, to begin with, and we were not aware that such a change was coming.  We have a few open tickets for various accounts with the same issue, and there has been no acknowledgment of the issue they have caused our entire team nor ETA as to when we will gain access to our files. I really hope that if Adobe makes such an update, it should have been tested thoroughly, communicated well in advance, and ensured that we, the customers, do not suffer from lost access to files. We are still waiting for a resolution with no solution in sight.  Still waiting for a rollback, a solution, or someone to explain to us what happened.

I have an extra Photoshop licence I want to cancel. How do I do that? Chatbot at support died out and couldn't respond to this question. From UI point of view a suggestion: add a button into Admin console "Cancel subscription".

Our company is officially registered in Ukraine and we purchase Adobe products through VIP program.  Some of our employees working remotely from Poland. Are they allowed to use licenses in Poland, that were purchased in Ukraine? In addition, our company has branches in Poland, Bulgaria, Brazil. Should we purchase licenses separately in each country or in one of these countries?I found information that there are territorial restrictions:VIP Program guide: «VIP Members must purchase for the country where their team members reside»FAQ «Use of licenses outside of the identified deployment region is acceptable in the case of occasional travel. However, we expect that primary usage will be in the deployment region identified at the time of purchase»Please provide us with the exact link to the official documents regarding territorial restrictions. This information is required by my legal department.

Hello,We have an AEM instance in AWS on EC2 with the datastore on S3 as specified in the white paper. We want to simplify our DR strategy by leveraging the relatively recent feature of AWS S3 multi-region access point to access the datastore. Among other things, this would enable an automatic recovery of the application in case of a failure of the S3 service. However, 2 critical questions remain:Would this architecture be supported by Adobe ?Is this architecture functional ? We have not had the chance to test it yet (soon) but if the S3 connector is not compatible, there is no need to go further for now. A few weeks ago I received my belated new MacBook Pro and promptly migrated all my data across from my old 2015 MBP (everything worked fine on it). All the Adobe CC software came across. I soon noticed that I was unable to update any of the software. After looking around for a solution I have uninstalled All Adobe software with the Creative Cloud Uninstaller & then also used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  I then tried re-installing Creative Cloud, which was succesfull but can not install any of the individual software. When I click Install button I get "Waiting" which goes on indefinitely. When I click on Cloud activity on the top right I can see that – Updating Creative Cloud 0%, which never changes (I assume that Creative Cloud needs updating before any software can be loaded, but it never advances beyond 0%). A few more things that may complicate the issue, I am a School Teacher (I teach secondary Technology) and I've been informed that I have access to A

So I have a student account and it has been awesome for getting some of my work done but I will be returning my school laptop for the next few weeks and won't have access to the email I used, I know when I have gone to update stuff, etc - it has asked me to log into my email for security but I was wondering if I changed the primary email address to my personal email account would this affect the student discount I am receiving??

I don't want to be charged for a membership but I can't figure out how to cancel my trial.
