I didn't realize my 30 days were up for my school subscription, so I wasn't able to save the files to migrate them to my new account. I mostly just want to try and recover my website on Adobe Portfolio. Is this possible?

Hi everyone, I am a recently graduated student who had an account through my school. Since graduation the payed plan for this account has ended. My school email which is tied to the account, will also dissapear in 6 months, so I am needing to start an entirely new account with a new email. My main issue is my portfolio, which I spent a lot of time on, is still tied to my school account. I have attempted the student asset migration many times. It is a very frustrating process because it requires an email that has not been used for an account before. Everytime I have tried some error occurs and the migration does not happen. Not only does that not work, but I cannot try again with the same email because now there is an account for the email. I have contacted 3 different areas of adobe support, and none have been helpfu;l, they keep pushing me off onto someone else. I have also reached out to my schools IT deopartment to see if they can be of any help because it is an enter

Dear community, please don't judge too harshly. Something went wrong and I want to fix it. Your help will be appreciated. My son worked on a school project. I supported him by providing him with credit card data. After less than ten days the project was finished and the account (Stock, Creative Cloud) has not been used any more. However my credit card started to be charged on a monthly basis. The cancellation lead to more fees. Is there a goodwill way to resolve the issue and refund the fees?

Hi there!I attend a University online, and I pay for Adobe Creative Cloud using that plan that gives you 60% off for all Adobe products. I can confirm that the automatic transaction went through for this month, but, for an unknown reason, all of the products on the Cloud say "Start Trial."I haven't been able to get an answer anywhere online, and I'm unsure what I can do. I also tried using the four methods suggested by this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html but no luck.Any suggestions on what I should do?

Hi,As adobe released unified installer for Acrobat STD / PRO. we are planning to deploy this in our organization. We can deploy Acrobat in Reader only mode with customization tool however the window title still show as Acrobat STD / PRO. is there a way to change the application window title to Reader to show the app is delivered as Reader only mode ThanksAnil

For about the last month I have been unable to edit user names in Admin portal.  Looks like Adobe has carried out some form of data migration, modified a load of my user names during the process and now disabled the ability to change them back to what they were. Anyone know of a way around this? ...or a way to contact Adobe to get them to revert the changes? Thanks in advance.

One of my managed users (CC, university license) is having password level security applied to every PDF they create.  The user claims they never set up password security and is not very techinically capable.  To be clear, whenever this user creates a PDF from any source document, and then shares the PDF, the PDF is not printable or savable by any other user, and has Password security applied.  I have duplicated this on their computer, and have removed Acrobat and CC and reinstalled.  I need to be able to turn off Password security being automatically applied to all PDFs.

I was traveling, so missed a payment, as there has been a slight change in my bank account and services and the auto-debit didn't go through this time. Now, When I try to renew my account, I get errors that "there has been an error in processing my information. Try submitting again or use a different browser." I tried that too about 17 times, but the issue still persists.  There is no issue with my bank, my network, or my system.Yet, the Adobe website is acting up like a scorned girlfriend. Good morning, I teach IT at Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge, and I want our students to use the Aero Desktop app (Beta) to enable them to create augmented reality resources as part of their mandatory coursework. In previous years we have used the Adobe Aero app for mobile phones and have been very pleased with the results. However, not all students have iPhones – and we cannot provide them – and this has caused many problems as there is no comparable software available for Android devices.The Aero Desktop app (Beta) has been recommended by OCR, our exam board, who have tested it and provided some training for it and it will provide much needed equity for our students who will have the same opportunities for success. Entro en los programas y me dice que no tengo ningún plan asociado, entro en “Mi cuenta” y también me pone que no tengo ningún plan.Escribí al servicio técnico y como es virtual, me manda a una web para volver a darme de alta y no tengo la posibilidad de ponerme en contacto con alguien que me solucione el problema.El problema es que he pagado (me habéis cobrado) 19,66 € por el plan y no me deja utilizarlo. Por otro lado no me deja cancelar la subscripción ya que no tengo ningún plan asociado.En definitiva, estoy pagando por un servicio que no puedo utilizar.Agradecería que me solucionéis el problema lo antes posible.Espero noticias vuestras.Gracias y un Saludo.

I need to make the photoshop installation automated. Is there any command for Creative Cloud Services to install specific software (for example photoshop) without GUI? And is there any flag for the installation completion? or where is the installation log file that I can check? Thanks

Hi All, I have a problems with creating package and deploying it with Jamf.I have downloaded from Adobe Admin Console package of Adobe Captivate 2019 (Illustrator, Creative Cloud Desktop App hace the same situation). If i try to run this package on device i see error about "Package cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified". I know, that i can approve it from Security & Privacy. But interested i'm in next. First scenario. If i upload it to the Jamf packages, according to this manual (https://helpx.adobe.com/ua/enterprise/kb/deploy-packages-using-jamf-pro.html), package change format to  "pkgname.pkg.zip". It start to install but always shown error "An error occured while running scripts from the package".  Install.log says that error was occured in preinstall script.  Second scenario. For next try i prepare package with Jamf Composer.  Adobe package was put in Jamf package with script command "/usr/sbin/installer -verboseR -pa

I have a situation during a handover when person was sharing all files via Creative Cloud. When the person left the company, the license has been removed from her and the shared files are no longer available to me. I've contacted the admin, but admin does not have access to the content of those files. The files might be somewhere in the Cloud or not. The result is, files are not available. Not good. What is the solution here? Thanks

Hi. Starting Tuesday, after validation of the password on https://adminconsole.adobe.com, I'm getting only the notification below but not access to managementStorage is being updatedThe storage for your organization is being updated and will be available soon. Your users will not be impacted and will have continuous access to Creative Cloud during the update. Once completed, your storage will be allocated at the organizational level as opposed to the individual level. I currently have a teams licence for Indesign for 2 users. When my licence expires next month, I intend to cancel the Adobe teams licence. Instead, we've concluded it's easier/cheaper/more flexible to purchase  individual licences for indesign (and other products) under personal profiles. Sounds crazy, I know, but the whole workflow has been destroyed in our small non-profit outfit by the changes made in the last year with licencing personal/and business profiles.  I have two questions:1. Is there a quick/easy way to cancel my teams licence?2. How can I migrate my data from the teams creative cloud storage to a single individual creative cloud storage - or is downloading to my device and then uploading again the only option?Thanks in advanceJohn

Hello,I was using After Effects this morning, enabled optane, rebooted, and since then I've been getting this error on my enterprise account.This email has both a personal account, and a enterprise account though my work. I also tried to log in on my laptop, and I get the same error.I can log in under my personal accout, and my wife's account. So I am very confused on what has happened.

Getting livid.    I get my sub through school. They pay for everything. Yet I'm being charged. I've had to change my CC once, and now I'm seeing a brand new charge for Creative Cloud, something that comes with my school's plan. There is NO REASON I should be getting charged. If any kind of CC or bank information is attached to this account, There Shouldn't be, and it needs to be removed. I can't even speak to customer service as it tells me to have my admin do it, but my admin is my school and they do not reach out for billing issues as There Shouldn't Be Any.  Like you all know you have a monopoly so you do whatever you want...  

I am having these exact issues on the M1 Macbook, Have an team or enterprise subscription though but can't find anything else on the web talking about this.
