I've been trying to update my apps and download AfterEffects, but when I click "install," a message pops up saying to "check for an OS prompt and follow the instructions. We will need your system administrator password to continue." I am the owner of my computer, and I have checked that I am admin in my computer system preferences, but no OS prompt appears. If anyone can help, please let me know!

So included in my tuition for my university is free Adobe CC access. I started at my school this spring, and I had the free access last semester. (At first Adobe wouldn't recognize my student account, but after re-logging in a couple more times, it did.)But this semester, Adobe is refusing to recognize my student account. I'm still enrolled in the same school, paid this semester's technology fee as part of my tuition, am logging in with the same email as last semester, every time I log in I click "Company or School Account" and have tried this on multiple internet browsers...but for some reason Adobe treats my account as a personal account and won't let me access anything other than 7-day free trials! (And unless my school refunds the technology fee, I do not want to buy a new subscription, why should I have to pay again for something I've already paid for?)I've contacted my school's IT department multiple times and they keep telling me the same login tutorial which I have followed to

I recently paid for my licensing updates for Illustrator CC (2017), but I keep getting messages saying that my membership with Adobe has expired (which it was renewed) and that I can't access Illustrator.  I need it to run for the business that I work at.  Is there any way to access Illustrator?  Given the issues that I am facing.

Hello,I am about to purchase a new computer and am required to use creative cloud as part of my degree. As I have creative cloud currently active on two old computers I need to deactivate creative cloud on one to these devices in order to put it on my new computer. I've tried to find tutorials but none have been helpful. What steps do I need to take to deactivate CC on my old HP laptop? thanks. 

Hi I'm a student that was wondering what they need to do in order to contact their administrator for support in setting up their creative cloud?

We currently have applications deployed with the old Device License method, and we are going to be looking to upgrade to the new Shared Device License strucutre soon.  I know once we do that, we'll have ~30 days of grace for old installs, but my question is this: Do we need to completely reinstall all applications once migration has happened?  Or can we just create a new License file install for existing installs to work until we get around to upgrading everything?  

Hi All, Can someone help me, I can't seem to reach Adobe contact us and my account plan has disappeared although, I'm still being charged and I have no access to my apps. I am also unable to uninstall or cancel my plan since I apparently have no plan, despite being charged a week ago. I am outraged and extremely upset as I can't contact anyone or figure out how to get access to my apps. Would grealty appreciate a link, an email or any sort of advice.  Cheers,Kris

Hi everyone! I have an Adobe Teams license and I'm using it in 2 different computers. Does anyone know if I can (by logging out from one of them) use my license in an hypothetical 3rd computer and switch from a computer to another whenever I want without upgrading my plan.Thanks in advance!G.

Its the start of a new school year, which means deleting graduated students and adding new enrolments.Most of my software consists of "make a user, add them to a group, or put them into an OU and the SSo is smart enough to work out the licensing."with adobe it is entirely manual.is there an API i can call with powershell or something or even just a sync that picks up users and OUs from google? exporting a list of users out of AD and into a CSV to then import into the Adobe admin panel is enough of a workflow that complaining about it while I'm doing it is a worthwhile use of time.  

I am getting the error that I cannot access the admin panel and that I should contact my administrator, but I am the administrator. Please help.

I have an Adobe Enterprise account through my university that should give me access to many of the Adobe applications such as In Design, Photoshop, etc (see attached photo).  However, I am currently only being shown ~trials~ of the programs when I log in to my university account on Creative Cloud (also see attached). I have renewed my subscription with the university so this should not be an issue. I have already tried Solutions 1-6 here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html. I have also tried completely uninstalling via Adobe cleaner and reinstalling Creative Clould.

Hello.   2 end users in Bergen municipality report: "Could not start Adobe Acrobat DC Pro due to lack of Internet access."   This has been working OK until recently. I have checked with the end user that the Internet proxy is OK configured. I recently updated Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to the 2020 version. However, when I try to export a video from Premiere to Encoder I get an error message that says, "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature."Since receiving the error, I uninstalled and reinstalled both programs several times and am still encountering the issue.

I know this has been discussed before. I can't find the threads.  I've searched for a few years, and have even called tech support, posted, and done chat with adobe.  There has never been an answer - other than NO. I know I'm not the only one - I'm on a campus of many people and there are at least 30 of us with the same issue. SO - in the entire Adobe world, this HAS to be a thing!!I have a work computer. I do work at home as well. I like to save my files in my CC folder, which I pay for. I have the CC photography plan and upgraded my CC storage because now Lightroom sync counts against me ;(  My employer pays for the Adobe suite of products - Including LIghtroom and Photoshop. I also pay for them. So all licenses are PAID and VALID. I would like to be able to sign into my personal CC storage, and sync it. I would like to use Lightroom on my work PC under MY license. I would then like to use Acrobat and other Adobe programs under the enterprise license my employer pays f
