Hi everyone, I recently bought a DELL XPS 15 mainly to work on projects and 3D modeling. One of the major programs I'll be using are Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, but it seems like I'm having some issues with the suite.Fans are always very high (especially when I'm plugged) and graphic acceleration doesn't seem to be working properly: InDesign is very slow even moving simple text in the frame, compared to my old iMac (2010) that is still rocking quite well.What could it be? Computer SpecsNVidia GTX 1650 4GBIntel i7-9750H16GB RAM Few other details:This is my InDesign version: 15.0.1 x64 I've also discovered that InDesign can't run GPU Acceleration (on Mac it's enabled by deafault) which means that I won't be able to use my dedicated graphic card while running the program. Greetings. Vitals: I'm running macOS Catalina v10.15.2; using federated licenses at a university I'm getting consistent error 4 when trying to install a previously good and working Self-Service Creative Cloud Desktop App package from the Admin Console using munki. Using admin privs to repair the installation does not solve the issue. I did get one install to finish, and got to authenticate, but upon trying to install Acrobat Pro, I was presented with an error 304, telling me to download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop App again. Actually doing that, outside of our munki environment, also did not provide satisfaction. It led to more error 4s. Additionally, when I checked the Admin Console, the previously good self-service package was listed as "up to date," but it had expired. I decided, for the sake of troubleshooting, to download a new self service package. THAT package gives a never-ending error 81 upon installation attempt. I understand maintenance was don

Since this morning a few asset groups seem to be missing in my shared Creative Cloud Library. Right now I only see the type graphics, motion templates etc. All colours, XD components, Typography styles ar MIA. I already checked the archive and deleted files but they're not located in there either.  Are there any copies on my local device where I can check if they're still there?  I also asked the members I shared the library with if they have the missing files in their deleted files (although I do not think it works that way) which wasn't the case. Any ideas?

Hi All, My users keep encountering a wide range issues with Adobe, primarily Acrobat- One of my users has had an ongoing issue with Adobe Acrobat DC not recognizing his license after he signs in, JUST in his virtual desktop (VDI). His license on his physical desktop appears to be OK, but we’ve had to give him a couple of different VDIs now, and they will say that his trial has expired. The user is licensed, so we are quite lost. We’ve tried reinstalling the program several different times, updating it, and signing him out and back in, but we’re not getting very far. In addition to that issue, I am trying to create a package to deploy users and after a simple install, we are getting the attached error- We have been in contact with Adobe support chat, but that has proven useless. There has also been a case submitted with Adobe but we can never seem to find a valuable solution to the problems we're encountering. Thank you!

Hi all, I keep getting this error message when i am trying to convert a microsoft word doc to a PDF. The message is saying your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe acrobat. Please help!!  

Hi, im having troubles trying to install earlier vesion of photoshop, illustrator, indesign & acrobat pro. I use to work with CC 2017 (I work with El Capitan in an early 2009 iMac). I've uninstalled these apps to change the languaje and now when im trying to reinstall them there is no installer in the creative cloud app.Those apps i've downloaded two months ago.  

Good morning - we recently moved to the K-12 Education licence from a 'Teams' licence.  However, having purchased this new licence, I discover that we are only able to use cc2018 and it cannot be upgraded to 2019 or cc2020 - something I was not made aware of!  We have Indesign docs created in both 2019/2020, which we now cannot access as my understanding is they are not backward compatible.We bought the K12 licence to ease the IT budget at our school - but it now looks like we are going to have to pay the extra and have the 'Teams' re-instated.Could someone tell me if my post is correct (apologies if I'm wrong!) but if so, do Adobe have plans to change this so we can upgrade to cc2020.BestGary

Hello,we use the online version of Acrobat with the Federated ID.Runs cleanly when the computer is connected to the Internet.But as soon as the computer is offline, you cannot use Acrobat.Acrobat requires an internet connection.Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Trying to assign users in Acrobat Pro DC teams. 16 users are the legal number I can assign. 14 are assigned, nr. 15 give me an error report: ERROR: The action can not be completed. Please try again later.  Have tried again - same result.  What's wrong?

 Has anyone had this Error message before? ("Java Script is deactivated, activate and try again")I cant get any further when trying to log into my Applications. I dont have the Error, when I log into the CC Application Overview. For Premiere Pro it only shows a white screen, that closes the App when clicked away.

I'm close friends with the person that is in charge of managing IT related things in the school district and I wanted to go out of my way to seek help for adobe problems We've been having since the 2020 suite of apps need creative cloud to use now.   The first problem I watnt to bring up in this post thread is Adobe Suite Applications. So When they add students within a team they can only apply Spark K through 12 and not the rest of the adobe suite of apps not sure why but we can only give that to the students though they can open other adobe creative cloud applications without any problem.   Adding to this Adobe Enterprise Problem is they paid for 100 accounts slots for their adobe enterprise but when you register a student as a user it counts as a free account and not sure why the case is that since they bought ent

We would like o know whether an Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional license can be installed on a Remote Desktop Server, and whether we can apply software access restrictions to manage the number of licenses we require.  For example, if we apply Software Access Restriction to a group of 5 users, can we purchase 5 licenses even though 10 users operate on the server.  Access Restrictions means the user cannot see or open the application. There are different license types also, from Retail to Volume License.  Would be good to confirm what license is required for Remote Desktop / Terminal Services.

We upgraded from Adobe XI to Adobe Acrobat DC.  Now the Print to PDF is missing in Office 2016.  All the add-ins are there.  They have been removed, reinstalled.  Registry settings are correct as well.

In the AUSST installation video, Karl mentions that AUSST can be installed on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Does anyone have any idea of how this is done? I have pulled the python scripts from the Mac package and attempted to run them, but have had no luck in doing so.

Let’s say we have 5 team licences.1) Each of this 100GBs are separated per seat (licence), or as an administrator can I manage 500GB storage?2) Can active users (seats) access and use the whole 500GB storage or only their 100GB and shared folders of others seats?3) Is the 100GB storage quota bounded with concrete team licence or with the Adobe ID of assigned user?4) Can active user access shared folders and files of the team users that has their licences unassigned? Hi, Within our organisation I am responsible for the monthly patching. I am looking to understand better if our current method is correct. We have SCCM Current Branch 1910 and SCUP 5.00. Monthly I:Import from the SCUP catalogue and publish full content the latest Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC and Flash updates.These are then Syncronised with SCCM and added to the monthly deployment package.At the end of the month we have a Master Patch package for Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader DC. the patches are then mandatory installs. However I have been seeing a number of failures recently, around older versions being an issue and not installing. What I would like to know is if the monthly Adobe updates are cumulative, so I can simply update the deployed update monthly, rather than having each version having to install in order, which seems to be causing us an issue at present. Thanks for any advice.

Hi i am rolling out adobe CC app and named accounts in our environment in next few months. I have noticed even if i dont assign a user any products, all creative cloud apps shows "Included in your subscription"Please see attached example - Mark has no app access assigned to his IDIt deceives the customer as they can install it and then prompted for trial. I think it would be helpfull if the product app defines them as "NOT included in your subscription" as i am logging in with Adobe ID anyways
