Hello,My company has taken a CC subscription recently for teams and customers collaboration around XD prototypes. We run only XD and no other Adobe application. Our company network runs some proxies which prevent the upload of the XD files to CC. I know the documentation provides the endpoints (here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html) but :I don't have a way to personaly modify the proxies, so no way to make some testingsMy company proxies work with IP addresses only (and not domain names)Wildcards have little chances to be accepted by our security authority So, I need to get the minimum viable list of IP addresses needed to operate XD and CC properly:Create, upload and share XD filesCreate and share prototypes Once I get it, I'll give it to our security authority, and we'll be able to use the features we've subcribed. Thanks and regards.
I have been trying to install Creative Cloud (Package Created through Package Manager) and it stops with error 1603.I have tried to create new different packages (both 32 and 64bit) but same error.I've been trying to install to many different machines (W10 and W8.1) but same error occurs.I have tried solutions on article Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during Adobe Creative Suite installation also tried Creative Cloud Cleaning tool. We are using PDQ Deploy but I have also tried installing manually from .msi file and also from setup.exe file. Same result.I've been trying to scroll through log files but cannot find a solution. I see a lot of ppl have this issue but no real solution is provided as far as I can tell.Below log file pastes also, could it be that Microsoft Word is causing the issues? Though I have tried installation on machines without office also with same error:PDApp.log04/10/18 11:34:21:974 | [INFO] | | ASU | DeploymentManager | DeploymentManager | | |

Is it possible to change the owner of a shared folder in Creative Cloud Storage and/or the owner of a shared Creative Cloud Library on a Creative Cloud for Teams account? One of our team is leaving next week, and they are currently the owner of a folder and library shared across the whole team. I cannot find a way to transfer the ownership of these to another team member, so we can remove their account from the team without losing access to the assets?
Hi,I've just took over SCUP management in our environment. The first thing I can see is that Adobe Updates are split into two folders: 'Adobe Systems, Inc.' and 'Adobe'. When I go to 'Catalogs' I can see 'Adobe Systems, Inc.' as Publisher for all subscribed catalogs. Attaching screenshot. Do you know how to consolidate them? I have diferrent updates in both folders so I have to publish from both. I would like to have one. Is it possible?BRŁukasz
Hi, I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud on a user's workstation. We've logged into the Adobe website, logged in with the user's account, downloaded the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and when running the installer (it is run using different credentials that have elevated Windows permissions), it comes up with the following text: "Check your browser We've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in. (Once you've been authenticated, you will automatically continue here.)" The browser tab it opens says its logged in, but the desktop application will not progress any further. We cannot get any further than this. I've tried the following: 1) Deleting the OOBE folder in appdata\roaming\Adobe2) Granting the domain user account local administrator rights to the computer3) Restarting between steps Operating system is: Windows 10 Enterprise x64 1809 - computer is joined to a Windows domain. Many thanks

I was using Adobe CC enterprise edition (provided from my university) until recently. Now I have to switch to my individual edition because the latest macOS Catalina doesn't support app installers that contain 32bit components and the university's IT administrator won't seem to provide 64bit installers. (Enterprise apps can only be installed through the installers provided from the IT administrator) When I switch from enterprise account to individual account the Adobe CC manager keeps telling me I need permissions from my IT administrator to install additional apps, which doesn't make any sense because I already signed out once and signed in again to my individual account. Do I have to unsubscribe my enterprise account to use my individual account? I'm fine with unsubscribing the enterprise version but since the IT administrator hesitates to give support on Adobe CC I'm worried I won't be able to use Adobe CC until the license expires next April.
I am trying to get adobe suite through my school and they have to download packages ('build') in sets through an administrator account and then transfer it to my laptop. The package is set up for Windows but downloaded through a mac. The issue is that, when installing, the green bar gets to about 90% before restarting, getting to the same place and then going back to 0 and closing the installer without finishing. I have used an Adobe cleaner and tried restarting my laptop and having the installer be the first programme to run.
Has anyone had success with publishing and setting up the latest Adobe DC updates in SCUP and SCCM? I have been able to publish the updates without errors, but it appears content is not copying into the WSUScontent folder; content is downloading to the UpdateServicesPackages (all of the *.CAB and *.MSP files are showing up) but not the WSUScontent folder. Therefore, when I go to download updates in SCCM (Software Update Group to Software Package) it always fails since it doesn't see the required files in the WSUScontent share. TLDR: Has anyone successfully deployed the October Adobe DC updates via SCCM (SCUP)?Thank you for reading!https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/acrobat/apsb19-49.html

Hello, I had recently incorporated my business and am in the early stages, I was wondering if there were any work done as a service from my company, is there a separate business/enterprise license I must use, separate from the license I am using personally? If so, what is the pricing?I would appreciate a speedy response, thanks so much. All the Best, Jessica
You asked, we listened. With the latest updates to Shared Device Licensing, that shipped in October 2019, we’ve included some goodies. These updates are available to your users right away and reduce admin overheads associated with installing apps and updates. For more details, see What’s New in Shared Device Licenses. Now, when lab users sign in on a device activated with shared device licenses, a prominent banner is displayed, which indicates a shared device. To allow lab users to update and install apps, you can now include the Creative Cloud Desktop app in your initial SDL deployment packages. To create a shared device license package, log in to the Admin Console, navigate to the Packages > Packages, and click Create a Package. For more details on how to create shared device license packages, see Create Shared Device Licensing packages. Is there any email contact we can talk about this? I work for a company with more than 5000 users and need urgently to add Adobe Sign into Okta for security reasons. Any help?
The entire teaching staff that uses CC here is asking why we don't have the latest CC apps. I keep telling them that Adobe is dragging its feet about updating Packager and the device license scenario, and I'm not getting any answers about when CC 2019 versions will be available for our over 500 students and instructional staff.Hello?
Attempting to install the application via MSI was quitting immediately when ran silently. I removed the silent flag to see that the installer was complaining about not detecting VC++ 2013 x64 on my machine.I checked and I have the latest version installed already (12.0.40660). I've attempted to uninstall/reinstall the VC++ 2013 x64 package as well as run the repair portion, but Acrobat still cannot detect it.Any thoughts?

Merci,Anouk
Yesterday I was using Photoshop and I've encountered no problems. Today I noticed that I had to update the Creative Cloud app so I did, after doing so I'm not able to use any of the provided software anymore. After looking at my Adobe profile online it says that I currently don't have any running licenses. I'm pretty sure the license (which I bought February) is valid for one year. I still got my email of purchase. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Can anyone help me?
Hi there,I'm a licensing specialist and I wondered to know if with a license bought under a TLP program of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI , I can cover an installation of a lower version of Adobe Acrobat Standard EditionThanks a lot for the support
I have installed the Acrobat Customization Wizard:CustWiz1900820071_en_US_DC.exe I have downloaded the Adobe reader DC 2019 version MSI:AcroRdrDC1902120047_en_US.exe I then used the customization wizard to use the MSI to generate a .MST to customize the installation, and then attempted an install using the files, however it installs Reader 2015 and not the latest version. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
We recently deployed our Adobe Creative Cloud installation packages to our new Mac lab. The instructions to get our student accounts ready are to go to the CC login page, have the student click the 'Forgot Password' option which should generate an email instructing the student on how to recover their account - which actually starts their subscription. Many students have done this successfully. However, an equal number have not received this email. It's not in the Spam or Trash boxes. I've looked on Adobe's website and haven't found much help at all. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
