You can use the Adobe Licensing command-line utility to deactivate the SDL license. For more information, see Enterprise Help | Recover shared device licenses. Once deactivated, users can sign in using their school provided ID. In the Admin Console, you'll need to ensure that the user has been added to the appropriate Product Profiles. To know more about licensing please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/licensing.html
If you are the administrator of your team, assigning seats is one of your primary tasks. A user occupies a single seat of your Team subscription. Assigning a seat, entitles the user with access to Adobe's Creative Cloud apps and services. In the Admin Console, you assign a seat by adding the user to a product. To learn more, visit Assign a seat to Teams user.

Does anyone know how to create a segment by Canadian provinces so I can filter for activity from those provinces much like what is already supported for US states?
The Azure AD Connector syncs all the Federated ID users including the ones which already have an Adobe ID. Any users with an existing Adobe ID will have both Adobe ID and Federated ID in the Adobe Admin Console till the Adobe ID accounts and are migrated to a respective Federated ID account. The system administrator needs to migrate these users with Adobe ID to Federated ID accounts. To ensure a single account exists for each user after migration, the admin needs to match the following details while filling the CSV:Match Username and Email fields with Username (UserPrincipalName) fields in Azure AD.Match FirstName and LastName with the corresponding fields in Azure AD. When the users try to sign in with the new Federated ID, they are prompted with an option to automatically migrate cloud-stored assets to the new account. To know more about the Azure AD Connector and sync, see Set up
We came accross this issue on our Windows 10 machines with student logins (non-admin rights and limited access to local drive).I've found this solution on Redit posted by Wicket01.I thought post it here as Adobe seems to be ignorant about this issue. The command is as follows:icacls "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox\AdobeIPCBroker.exe" /setintegritylevel medium
You spoke; we listened! We’ve made a small, yet important experience update for our Shared Device License customers. The “annoying” Account Confirmation that popped up every 90 minutes is now gone. The “Account Confirmation” dialog had two issues. It would pop-up for every Adobe app separately, and background tasks such as rendering in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder would stop and didn’t continue automatically. Now, enjoy working on your Adobe apps, uninterrupted. Again, we want to thank you for your candid feedback. Keep the suggestions coming!
Thanks to your feedback, Adobe has improved the “Continue with Google” sign-in experience. Google Enterprise and education customers (teachers and students) can now click on the "Continue with Google" button on the Adobe sign-in/sign-up screen and be signed into their Adobe enterprise account or school/district education account. If a user is signed into their Adobe account via Google in another tab and clicks on “Continue with Google,” the user will not need to sign in again and will be routed to their Adobe enterprise or education account. This login experience is consistent across all Creative Cloud apps, including Adobe Spark. Learn how to sign in to your company or school account.
When I attempt to create or convert a PDF in Acrobat DC I get the error "Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat DC license has either expired or not been activated." This occurs even though Acrobat has been installed via a Customization Wizard produced package which should take care of the activation and the license is far from expired. What could be causing the issue?
I received this email today and I would like help in identifing if this is a legitimate email? Thanl you! Name of Adobe employee: Siddharth V The email it was sent from is: [redacted]@adobe.com

I also tried to remove all Adobe apps. 4. I also tried to copy AAMUpdaterInventory and AAMUpdater folder from my another Mac.Anyone from Adobe can help me? It's killing...
This will happen randomly and intermittantly to non-admin users in all of our Mac labs about 10% of the time when attempting to log in using the Adobe CC App from the menu bar. The Quit / Repair error box will show, and the blue progress indicator will constantly spin in the Adobe CC App menu drop down window. The user's only option is to restart the computer which works most of the time but not always. It seems as if Windows version users might be having similar problem and that Adobe is aware of it and working on a fix... https://www.reddit.com/r/k12sysadmin/comments/d3dbxv/adobe_cc_causing_a_repairquit_error_and_not/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf Is there a fix now for the macOS version of the CC app?

In docs it says to use the EXE and not the MSI because of prequisites. So I use the EXE, and guess what? If fails because of mfc120x.dll (I forget the exact name now. I put it in a previous thread that I can't find. So I install Visuall C++ 2013 before Acrobat DC and then it installs fine. Second issue. I created and MST file and put in the Acrobat folder as mentioned in the docs. However, it doesn't appear to use the MST. Updates are left enabled and it doesn't uninstall Acrobat X which it is supposed to do during the install, also. Windows 10 1809/1903 Installing through ZENworks as Dynamic Administrator It installs fine, but I have to install prereqs manually and doesn't uninstall previous versions.

Dear anyone doing this in 2019 or recently, I am performing a fresh sync following the instructions on Adobe helpx for AUSST setup -- https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/update-server-setup-tool.html#SetupAUSSTserver Folder path after the <serverroot> is not created like it is shown in the documentation example. IS created "serverroot\updates\oobe\aam10" AND "serverroot\updates\oobe\aam20" Is NOT created "serverroot\updates\Adobe\CC" Performing an incremental sync after manually creating the "serverroot\updates\Adobe\CC" folder structure, the sync just starts recreating the same folder structures like in "serverroot\ACC" AND "serverroot\updates" AND "serverroot\webfeed" one level down in the manual folder structure. What is the correct folder structure and why does the "serverroot\updates\Adobe\CC" not exist when the --fresh syn is started? (also, does

We are running SCCM (1902) and some time in the past month (last available updates show as 6/11) we seem to have lost the ability to receive third party updates. Adobe no longer shows up as an option under the "Products" tab of the Software Update Point Component Properties window. I have unsubscribed and removed the catalog entries, turned third party update support off and back on, re-added and re-subscribed to the catalogs, synced them and synced Software Updates, and the situation is unchanged. I have been checking online and have seen references to unblocking the Adobe Certs, but they already are. And I've seen the reference to Adobe's name change and to select the new one in "products," but there IS no Adobe listed.Tried all of this a few times. When I subscribe to the catalog and it syncs, I do get this error: Catalog "Acrobat Continuous Track" does not include content signing certificates, attempts to publish update content for updates from this catalog
We have bought licenses via a CLP agreement and received one serial for Acrobat Standard 2017.I customized the installer with the Customization Wizard to include the serial number and granted offline exception.I've disabled product updates and all adobe services, online features and third-party connections. When I install above, it all seems to be fine but I still receive a popup everytime I open Acrobat to login with an AdobeID.How do I disable this? Thanks,
When I'm working in any Adobe CC 2019 app I am frequently interrupted by an "Account Confirmation" dialog box asking whether I am still the user. This doesn't appear to be based on any action on my part, but I cannot continue working in my project or document until I click in the affirmative. It's frankly infuriating. Can this be disabled? I'm not seeing any relevant options in the security settings.
