Hi Folks,We have users who recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and mysteriously, the Adobe "Create and Share Adobe PDF" button has disappeared. Screenshot below. We have tried everything under the sun to try and resolve this problem. At first after the Windows 10 upgrade we couldn't even get the Adobe PDF tab to appear in Word. But with the help of the other posts on Adobe discussions, we at least got that back.Does anyone know how we can regain the use of the "Create and Share Adobe PDF" button? It's one less click users have to initiate.Our environment versions are Adobe DC (continuous) 2019. Windows 10 Enterprise 1803. Microsoft Word 1808 (deferred channel). And yes, this was all working as expected before the Windows 10 upgrade.

I have spent a WEEK now trying to get support on a CRITICAL issue, every attempt results in failed promises. Our issue is that although Adobe can confirm payment has been made for our enterprise annual subscriptions this not reflected in the Teams portal (users are seeing a message indicating an issue with payment) and I've had users refused access to the apps we have paid for.Since last week this has been ESCALATED (with a failed promise top respond within THREE DAYS!!!!), and today the promise of a (requested) call from a supervisor has (yes, you guessed it) failed to materialize.The frustrating part for me is that there is no way of working around the roadblocks - you get to tier 1 support, they make promises to get it resolved and then - NOTHING!!!!In my 25 years of IT I have NEVER come across a company that shows so little respect for the customer, and such a failing to take action on issues.Has anyone out there found a way to get adequate support - is there an extra you can pay t

Hello,My name is Tony Wright.  I teach in Warren, Michigan at Cousino High School.  We bought our licenses for adobe to be machine specific so each of the kids throughout the day in each of my classes could use the computer to learn to write code.  We have been progressing through Dreamweaver and Photoshop with ease.  We tried to use lightroom recently and it asked for a login code from students.  We have also noticed that Animate is asking for login information as well.  Please advise.Tony Wrightwrighta@wcskids.net

Hi,I need print several documents and I use the "Print" option of Win Explorer to do it. But the size of some documents are A3 and I need print them fitted to A4.I've tried to set to in Regedit (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\AVGeneral) the key "iprintScaling" to DWORD=2 and bprintExpandToFit to DWORD=0 (according to Adobe Reader DC. Predeterminar impresión "Tamaño real"​). But doesn't work. The option in Acrobat Reader is keep in as "Actual size".Any ideas? I use Windows 7 and Acrobat Reader DC 2019.010.20099Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,I am trying to setup a AUSST and use RUM to do remote update to Adobe Products and I am having alot of unsuccessful attempts.Scenario:1. Installed Server 20122. initiated and downloaded all Adobe Updates using the -fresh3. I'm in the point of doing a test on how to link a computer that current has Adobe Reader DC installed..I'm hoping to find a user friendly guide (something that has everything on it, like samples). Hi,We are trying to provision Adobe Reader on an RDS Server.Every time we run any form of Adobe Reader installer during this provision it fails with "The system cannot open the device or file spedified."Has anyone had this issue or know how to get it to work.Thanks

For security reasons we prefer not to have our NLEs/Content Creation systems connected to the Internet.  Historically we have used the CCDA/Offline versions of Creative Cloud, however our purchaser is telling me that he has been informed that this is no longer a option, and for us to upgrade to 2019, we have to be connected to the internet and have a active internet connection to use CC.  Is this true?  I cannot seem to find a straightforward answer?  This certainly would be problematic to our security.  Thanks for your ear.

Foldersc:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCDataandc:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeGCDataare created at point of deployment of Adobe Pro DC.  they are given full control to the everyone group.  I am pretty sure this is not something we are doing as part of our deployment but if it is please let us know and how we could change this.If this is standard, what will break if we amend these permissions? This to us is a massive security hole and we need to remove these permissions.  I am looking for some advice / reassurance as to whether this will break anything in terms of functionality of the main application?thanks in advance,Ed

Here goes Adobe again with a pathetic decision to NOT include Lightroom CC in the Creative Cloud for Teams ALL APPS plan. Why? We pay more for this plan vs the individual Creative Cloud plan. We pay more and get hosed on not getting Lightroom CC? This is one of the most pathetic decisions I've heard of this century. Adobe is hosing us on the cost already of Lightroom CC as oposed to buying it outright. Now they purposely exclude it from the Team All Apps plan and told me they are writing an article to explain this. Hi allWe have a business account for CC. Everytime we open any of the CC applications we need to confirm the account, see below. This is quite annoying and also superfluous as there is no need to switch accounts.Is it possible to always accept the account and not to have it confirm every time a CC application is opened?

Hi all,Currently setting up a local server with IIS.Have been following the instructions here: Use the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST)However I found that when I put the web.config files in the respective folders as per instruction, my clients are unable to connect and get Download Error in the Creative Cloud apps tab.As soon as I remove both web.config files, they are able to see the apps to download.Can anyone explain why? Am I doing something wrong?Also the whole creative cloud suite are able to be downloaded and installed except for Indesign. Using Wireshark, I can see it tries to get a file from the validation folder however file is missing. Does this mean I need to do an incremental sync to get the missing files?Any clarification would be appreciated.

I work for a corporation where multiple users use variations of CC on a subscription basis, I use Photoshop only, but am an infrequent user. Recently, trying to open PS, I received an error message my membership expired. Does this happen if you don't use at least so many months? I contacted our IT Vendor Mgt team who removed and readded me to the company team license or whatever it's called. I received the "you're invited to join..." email and thought that was enough but still get the membership expired. I don't have to have our service desk re-download and install the local exe for PS again do I? When I call our service desk, they never know what to do since there aren't many users company wide of PS or CC generally...

I have an enterprise CC account through my university. I have been using lightroom for around 3 months and I have now received a notice that "the trial has ended". Lightroom is now locked. When I click on "Buy now" a window opens with the message "You subscribed"; Lightroom CC is ready for you to use. But as soon as I close the window the application locks and says that my trial has ended. Any suggestions for how I can resolve this would be appreciated.

I have adobe acrobat reader version 2019.010.20099 installed on one of the citrix servers. I want to make a  change in Edit - > Preferences - > Security(Advanced) The change is to uncheck the "Enable protected mode at startup". I am able to do this change from my account and this change reflects when I open Acrobat reader via citrix. But this change is not reflecting for other users. Other users have to manually do this change by opening acrobat reader and then saving the settings. Unfotunatly this is not a feasible solution as the userbase is more than 500. Is there any way that I can do this setting on the citrix server and it reflects for all users? The other way to ask same question is" Where this setting is stored for all users on the same server?"

I am looking to get a team license to allow 5 users to access acrobat Pro.   I have two questions really.Is Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe DC Pro, then same product?  I couldn't find a team license for Acrobat Pro only individual licenses.Is it OK to install the team licence on multiple terminal servers?  There are five terminal servers in the farm so it has to go on all of them.

Hello, I need some help with Adobe Acrobat 2017. We purchased 5 license and the program is working OK on 4 PCs but one of them is having an issue where it will prompt the user to Sing In. We try skipping it and sign in but the same window keeps coming back. It looks to be in a loop. I tried so many things to try to fix the issue that I already track of what I have done. I have spent more than 4 hours on this PC and it is driving me crazy.  Is there a way to start Acrobat in a safe mode or a way to start Acrobat and bypass the Sign in required window?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you unable to see the older versions of the applications when you choose "Show Previous Versions" on the online packager when creating SDL packages? However, It showed the CC 2018 and CC 2017 versions when you build named user licensing packages?This is because Shared Device Licensing (SDL) is only available for the latest 2019 versions of Creative Cloud apps.
