Hi All!We have ourselves a mixed mac and windows environment, with adobe products on both.So, to make updates easier, i set up AUSST on our windows based deployment server, publishing the content via IIS, but i'm now a little confused when it comes to setting the internal update server in the preferences section of admin console. It looks like you're restricted to using the contents of one override file, which are OS specific.Am i right in assuming that if i copy the windows override file to this then mac packages made via the admin console will not use the internal update server?

Hi Group,We are trying to apply a list of updates to our Creative Cloud Enterprise installs for CC 2017 and of the 7 or 8 updates available, 3 of them fail with a error of:"The version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app installed on your system is not compatible with the installer. Download the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and try again." Photoshop, Animate and Camera Raw CC are the ones so far on this list that won't install.Unfortunately, we do not use the ACC desktop app because we are enterprise. We use the check for updates option under the Help menu of the application(s).Screenshot provided. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Now I need to add the PKCS#11 Module.Is there a way to implement the PKCS#11 module with mst or to run a commandline? I want to publish this additional feature with a software deployment tool. 40 computer throughout the state and we would like to install it remotely to these sites.  I am using PSExec to install the MSI but can't get it to install.  I keep getting an error.  I would like the switch information in order to complete our installation.

I have a couple conference rooms and shared computers throughout my organization. We recently transitioned to the Enterprise Named License Adobe Acrobat DC Pro subscription. Does the shared computers in the conference rooms and other areas need a named license associated to in order to active and register the product?

Our firm is having an Adobe Acrobat "missing redaction capability" via Citrix Session only issue.Most of the firm uses Adobe Acrobat X (PRO), some users use Adobe Acrobat Standard (which does NOT have redaction capability).When Acrobat PRO users remotely access the network via Citrix they don't have redaction capabilities.  My engineer re-installed Acrobat Pro on the Citrix server yesterday and it seemed to work.  He checked many things including Group Policies.  Today I tested it and it worked fine Citrixed in as myself, but failed Citrixed in as another Acrobat Pro user.This is a maddening problem.Any suggestions?Thanks so much for your input.  It is greatly appreciated.citrix​Acrobat​Knowledge Base​

I work for a company where we can't download from the web onto PC's and install.  We download software onto a separate PC, scan it before allowing it onto the network.  Therefore, I need to find out where I can download the full version of Photoshop.

Hi All,I've now spent two days trying to make some 2018 packages that will successfully install. They all seem to fail with the following logs. As a note, these are made in the latest CCP. OS of the machine is 10.12.6. Machine has 2017 installed already, and then a new Creative Cloud installed on top of that so that it has 2.2.0.2 of RUM. I have NO idea why this is failing. It's giving an error saying it can't register, but I don't know why. We have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled Acrobat Pro many times on different PCs.  Sometimes we take a workstation that has Acrobat Pro installed, format the hard drive, reinstall Windows without reinstalling Acrobat since the new user doesn't need Acrobat and then reassign the computer to another user.  So, it may look to Adobe as if we are still using this license since Acrobat was never uninstalled and deactivated.How can we see how many licences Adobe thinks we are using and compare it to how many are really still installed on active computers and remove any extras to make the licenses available again?I signed into the Adobe License portal and see serial numbers and download links, but I don't see where it says how many licenses Adobe says are used out of available licences.

how many users do I get when I pay for Creative Cloud for Team (how many people can work on it)?

Our work environment uses authenticating proxies for Internet connectivity - how do I configure Creatvive Cloud applications to work with that? For example, the Adobe Application Manager doesn't recognize the proxy (nor ask for its password) and hence fails to work.

So I have been working on new deployment packages and one of the ones needed is Acrobat Pro DC which our university has a license for. I have downloaded and used the Acrobat Customization wizard to create my mst file with the settings I want and the license key included. The problem is that it will not run as a quiet install. Command line is as followsmsiexec.exe /i AcroPro.msi Transforms="AcroPro.mst" /qnWhen attempting to do this with MDT I get an error 1602.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you

Acrobat Standard XI exist in a 64bit version ?I use MS Office Standard 2013 64BIT on Win 7 64BIT and when I use Winword and I want to insert an object (PDF file) the program return me an error.In Italian compare "L'oggetto è stato creato con il programma Acrobat. Hello, we need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC licenses for three employees: for two we bought it as individual accounts. Now we want to buy a third license as an enterprise license. And I would like to transfer two licenses (previously purchased) to a company account. We started Adobe Software Distribution Request. And has been approved. Is it good? If so, what are the next steps?

Looking at upgrading my plan from individual to team as I now need another person to access photoshop/lightroom, as we both use several computers was thinking the team plan would be best. However I only see the option to purchase photoshop as a single app and not Lightroom? Do they not offer Lightroom or does it include it? Am I missing something. Help!

Hi,     Does anybody know if there is an SCCM 2012 deployment guide for Adobe CC products?I checked this guide Creative Cloud Help | Deploying Adobe packages with SCCM , but it is the old package method, prefer SCCM 2012 applications. If no guide for SCCM 2012, is there maybe a list of detection methods for each adobe app.  (I've tried the MSI detection method, but it appears the adobe ones are wrappers, so don't work.  The only way I've found so far is to install the app, then locate the appropriate reg key under HKLM....Uninstall and use that.  It's a bit of a pain to go through and install each one just to get the reg key though.  I will have to do this for all the new deployments ( Creative Cloud) , I'll be able to use the current installs for Creative Suite, so they aren't so bad. Hi!We have a license presumably allowing offline activation (~ exception) of Acrobat 2017. We have made a setup (Customization Wizard and mst etc.) and testing (on Windows 7 Pro) and … everything went ok, but … on target device (also Windows 7 Pro) we see that Acrobat asking about registration and not allowing user to use available options, obviously. We had same with Acrobat DC 2015 – on some devices it did setup ok (meaning about offline activation) on some not. Only difference I see right now is that it does activate ok on en-US version of Windows, but not on et-EE, but I don’t think and can’t be sure it’s the culprit, though.Any ideas on that?More thanks, Alar.

We just bought 45 licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 - CLP. I have installed the version on my computer with the key sent by Adobe but I'm jammed on the "Adobe ID" account. What we should use ? Do we have to manage 45 new Adobe ID ?

I built the package including all apps and installed it on one windows 10 PC with no issue. But when am installing it in a windows 7 64-bit PC it starts installing all the applications and at the end it fails and points me the PDApp.log location. How many participants can I have with the 30 day trial.  It says up to 24 on the e-mail I was sent but when I am in adobe it says 10????
