My laptop was deactivated by mistake. I have contacted Adobe many times about this but still with no solution.I have reinstalled the CC package, but still it states that the device was deactivated. Multiple Adobe support personnel have completed these same steps using remote desktop software, and still no luck. I have even gone as far as to reinstall the operating system on my computer to factory issue, and still I receive the same message.   How can we reactivate CC software on a device that has been deactivated?

I would like to deploy After effects CC 2017 to a few PC's that were missed during initial deployment. I would like to use the same version that's installed throughout the rest of the lab, but it doesn't show up under archived versions. I can create a package with Current version (15.0), 2015, 2014, etc. but 2017(14.2) is not listed.

Is Acrobat DC2015 or other previous versions available to creative cloud team members?

Environment: K12 education, Windows 10, Azure AD, inTune MDMI applied for and received the link for Adobe® Acrobat Reader® DC Software distribution, but it downloads an .exe. We are distributing across our network using inTune which does not deploy .exe and requires an .msi. Is there an option to get this in an msi format?

How similar are Acrobat Pro DC 2017 and Acrobat Pro 2017 (boxed) under the hood, and what are the differences? Would the .admx and .adml GPO templates for Acrobat Pro DC work with Acrobat Pro 2017?

Had problems with a computer in a lab and the machine was re-imaged and the license was de-activated in the Adobe CC Admin Console.  The machine name is still listed in the De-activated License area, but we have all available licenses available that should be available.When SCCM installs the CC Package onto the client it installs successfully.  If you try and run Photoshop CC or another app it errors with the following:License DeniedThe license for Creative Cloud on this device has been denied.Please contact your administrator to re-serialize this device and add it back to the Complete pool.  If the administrator has already taken this step, please wait 15 minutes and try again.Not sure why we are getting this error?  Anyone know why?  The license is available, don't see why its not letting it activate.  Is it because the computer has the same name and is still in the de-activated section on the Adobe CC Admin Console?  It doesn't seem to be using a l

When logged into the local admin account on Windows 7 x64 where Acrobat Standard 2015 was installed, Acrobat opens PDFs in the browser in Protected View as I have configured it.  But when I logon to a domain account (accounts both with and without admin rights), the browser does not open the documents in Protected View as Reader does. Hi all,I am unable to connect to the CC Libraries through my CC Apps window panel in softwares e.g. photoshop. I encounter the error 'Unable to connect to server.'I suspect its due to a company network restriction as I am able to connect with my home network but I will require more details such as the port/server ip address the CC library window uses 'under the hood' so my IT colleagues can help to unblock it and create exceptions for.Where can I find this information?

Greetings:I am looking for a way, via GUI or command-line, to uninstall all instances of Adobe CC/CS at once, and not having to do so via individual uninstall packages. We are running MacOS Sierra presently, and we have a mixture of CC/CS products going back to 2015, all the way to 2017. We have about 120 workstations that we reimage yearly, and what I want to do is to have a single command/application to uninstall before we install CC 2018. The plan is to use Apple Remote Desktop as a way to uninstall en-masse. I searched around via Google and from within Adobe communities, and so far I don’t see a single command to uninstall all installed Adobe CC applications on the Mac side, though I do see it on the Windows side.I’d appreciate any assistance that can move me forward on this; thank you.V.

Hello,we're deploying Adobe Reader DC though GPO (MSI form AIP).Until now updates was disabled, now I want to enable continouus updates.I set the necessary registry keys to enable it but updates fail stating Error 100600 "updates have been disabled by your system policy".How ever, this occur even on a manual installation without any mst or other restrictions. Just double clicking the MSI and go through the installation.Updates are successfull if I install from exe.Is it possible to do an initial installation through GPO and then continue with automatic updates?Regards,Hermann

We are having trouble deciphering how to upgrade our machines to the latest adobe cc software. we deployed by device 2 years ago and now we want to get the latest versions. when we used the creative cloud app, it installed a trial version of the newest software piece that we chose to update.

Our client has a Terminal Server environment with Microsoft Windows 2008 Operating system and they use Adobe Pro XI product on their server. For some reason, the Adobe will ask them to sign in/register every day. I tried to uninstall and re-install the product by downloading it from the login portal, but it gave me some errors which said: "ERROR 1911. Could not register". I have the screenshots if you need them.After I install when the users are trying to open any .pdf files the document will be closed and adobe registry screen will pop-up

We recently noticed our Adobe Acrobat product is not automatically updating, although Adobe Reader updates are coming through without issue.I tried utilizing an Adobe .admx without our Group Policy Management to see if that would help, but products still are not updating.We have about 25 users with Adobe Acrobat licensing, and Creative Cloud is saying Adobe is up-to-date, but it is not and keeps coming back as a vulnerability on our monthly vuln scans because it is not up to date.To fix this issue, currently, we are having to uninstall/reinstall Adobe completely for every single end user with a license. A process that takes about one hour for each user... and will have to be repeated for future updates.I have already tried the suggested troubleshooting to get Creative Cloud to recognize the updates and it is still saying Ado

Hello Everyone,I have decided to setup an Adobe Update Server for our micro college. We have about 125 Macs and 25 Windows. They are all managed with Serial licenses because any Faculty student can walk up and use them without signing in. (There is no manager application, I run RUM by Terminal). Currently we have to utilize the RemoteUpdateManager program to got out to the internet to each pull their updates, thus the appeal of setting up the server to point these computers to pull the data intra-wise. Anyway, we were planning to setup a Apache web server with a few hundred gigs but I have two generally quick questions. Does the update Server OS have to match the Client OS? If I make an OS X Server will it also be able to facilitate the Window 10 machines? Basically a server that will be pointed and updates pulled by both machines, or do we need to make two servers?Is the OS a Desktop varient or can we use a server variant OS like windows 2012 or 2016?Thank you all very much for you as

Hey ALl, Just wanting to know if you can specify only some adobe products for downloading update from an updates server.  My Adobe update server, seems to be grabbing all packages and versions taking quite some time to download.Is it possible to specify only some apps and languages? I have two Acrobat DC licenses associated with a single Acrobat account. One of the licenses is used by three users, that is, one is disconnected so that two can work. The second license is not used by anyone. I think the solution is to associate the second Acrobat DC license to another Acrobat account. But I can not contact Acrobat staff to advise me on this.
