Hey I am a DET IT Administrator for EQ. I have a site licence for Adobe CC and currently the department allows us to deploy Adobe through SCCM. This however has some major draw backs. The size of the entire package means its failure rate is over 80%. I recently requested DET to cut the install package up into its individual programs so i can install exactly what i need rather then the entire package. They denied my request stating that this request fell under the purview of  Adobe. They were unable to provide me with a contact who could help me also. For this reason I have come straight to the source. I don't expect this forum to be able to help me but my hope is that an admin on here might be able to direct me to someone who can. We have our Adobe 2017 products all installed from packages that do NOT have "Elevated Privileges" on. We have a weekly routine that runs "RemoteUpdateManager" that updates all installations on Macs, and we've always performed major upgrades with new packages when we are ready. This was required for our production workflow that goes across multiple departments with shared files, and some of them have third party plug-ins.However we have one "Video Production" group that are not part of this workflow, and so they are asking to keep up with the latest video apps at all times. So right now they are ready to upgrade to 2018 versions.Is it possible to send a command to their systems to change their permissions so they can upgrade them themselves with their existing installation (which includes many plugins)?Is the ONLY way to get elevated privileges is thru a package with that option set on?

I work for a school district where we have some 14 licenses purchased for our users.  The executable was created using the current active license in Adobe Indesign to deploy.  The install completes but when opening up indesign, I get the below message.  Checking the Adobe Adminconsole, it shows the license was given to the user but the program doesn't open at all.  Please help

user account disabled and production time was lost due to CC unable detect there was no other instance of this account being used anywhere. Adobe support gave no option to contact call center and had to hold on chat queue. Unable to unlock account from Admin portal. Any thoughts on the opportunity to address this or are you just flushing the toilet with the shower running until there's no more hot water left?Seriously who is the ringmaster at this circus of incompetence?

I noticed recently so I'm not exactly sure when this happened that regardless of whether you have Standard DC or Pro DC installed when viewing add/remove of windows the machines simply display Adobe Acrobat DC.I'm curious to know the logic behind that decision that make it somewhat challenging to quickly identify what's installed on machines since our inventory product looks at the control panel entries to generate its report

I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional along with 10 licences. However I am unable to install the product. The installer fails to download the required e-licence because the site https://www.adobeereg.com/ is no longer active. How can I install this? Thanks.

Hi,I need to create a Creative Cloud Package for colleagues who use Macs, but I only have a Windows machine at hand.As far as I can see, in the Windows version of the Creative Cloud Packager, I can only create Windows packages.So, how can I create a package for use on macOS under Windows?Thanks in advance!Christian

Hi, I am trying to uninstall the creative cloud suite from my mac as my licence has expired. It seems that I have to update to the latest version of every app I have installed before I'm able to uninstall them. This seems insanely self defeating. I just want to get rid of the entire thing.It seems insane to waste all this bandwidth and time.

I created an administrative installation point and patched it to version 15.6.3055 and deployed it successfully.When I go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader 2015\Reader\AcroRd32.exe and look at Properties\Details\File Version shows 15.6.3055.240876 which is expected, but when I open Adobe Reader and go to Help\About Adobe Reader, it displays Version 2015.006.30033.  It also displays 15.006.30033 in Programs and Features.Adobe Reader Plug-Ins display Version 15.6.30352.237999.This is causing confusion. How can this be fixed?

Assigned Dreamweaver and photoshop license to new user via teams admin console.  He created Adobe ID and downloaded creative cloud on pc......installed photoshop - works fine!  Installed Dreamweaver, but when you open it asks for sign in information, which you put in but it is then stuck in an infinite loop of asking for sign in info!?!?!? Tried uninstalling/installing but get same result!Any ideas?Simon

Hey,i have a small problem, i just recently set up an AUSST update server to manage my 120 user. it's working pretty well so far but i encounter a small problem.For exemple my user are on CC2015, i want them to upgrade to CC2015.3, when upgrading it keep the older CC2015 installed instead of erasing it. so my user have two version installed on their computer and that is not what i want.Do i missed something ?thanks for your help

If the contract is changed from cct to cce, will users have to reinstall the program? If there is a way for users to use the product without reinstalling the product, please respond.Is it possible to download the csv file of the existing cct users and upload it to the cce console?If possible, please let me know how.Thanks.

I work in a government environment where we have to networks, one unclass and the other classified.  I need Adobe Reader installed on a computer on the classified network, but I am unable to use IE to do it. I want to be able to download Adobe Reader on my own computer, burn it to a CD and install it on the classified network machine, which process has already been blessed by my IAO/ISSO.  How can I do this without the downloader wanting me to install it on this computer?

I work for a company as a commercial photographer on staff & naturally we have network servers. Since I've been here, installing & updating any software contained in the Creative Suite ( and I have the full suite access) has never been a problem; until now.  Apparently your company decided to change the coding that makes Lightroom (and only Lightroom)  decide to require access to a file in my documents folder that is actually stored on our company's secure server. So it is being denied. Does Adobe have an install for adobe pro that doesn't have the subscription? We need to use adobe distiller in a production mode and don't need troubles with expiring subscriptions and that sort of difficulty.
