How can you check if the version of software installed is activated or if it is still on the trial version?I work in a college and we have Adobe CCE.I have created a Windows 7 image (deployed using SCCM) with Photoshop and Acrobat DC on it - installed using the Adobe Creative Cloud.I created an adobe serialisation file using the packager and tested this on a pc - I think it worked.  The problem is how to definitely tell?Ultimately we would like to deploy this image with the serialisation as part of the task sequence to limit the number of steps that need carrying out after image deployment.Thanks.

We've packaged Acrobat 11.0.09 for deployment with the Customization Wizard and the install goes fine.  We are having issues when try to view linked PDF files in Internet Explorer 11 (Enhanced Security is on) on Win7 64-bit PCs.  We are receiving prompts asking us to allow opening of these files.  I was under the impression that starting with Acrobat 11.0.07 IE11 Enhanced Security was fully supported?  One thing I did notice is while viewing the IE11 add-ons, the "Adobe PDF Reader" add-on shows as 32-bit, any way to load the 64-bit version of this?  Thank you.    

1. Need to understand how to do an unattended install with team accounts so users are setup when they log in.With this I need to be able to either assign the license to the users thru the MSI/MST or bypass the initial license screen CANNOT DO /QUIET2. Need to understand how to setup SharePoint connections so they appear in the left hand nav for the users when they log in. Have tried the customization wizard dc and copied the registry items down. Then saved it and ran the MSIEXEC with the TRANSFORM=The interface for this is pretty terrible. Why would you have the option to disable SharePoint connector but not have the ability to choose SharePoint links for users to get.

I work at a High School and we just purchased some Adobe CC device licenses that include all apps. This is our first time deploying CC on a major scale using device licenses and have run into a few concerns.Right now I've created a package using the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager that has all the software I want and installing said package works fine. The issue lies in the licensing. Right now when I install the programs in the build folder via the "setup" .exe or the packagename.msi, it automatically registers in my Admin console, taking up a license. This is fine for single installations, but I need to create a master image for a few labs we plan to install in. I've looked this article: Deploy Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise to imaged workstations It mentions installing the contents of the "Build" and "Exceptions" folder, but not launching them to create a master image without the license registering, but every time I use the installers, it automatically registers. I'm working on installing Acrobat DC Pro 17 using setup.exe v17.8.30051.28269. It's configured through the Customization Wizard to remove all versions of Reader during the install, but this isn't happening. I saw another forum post for DC 15 with the same problem, and the OP stated he downloaded a new version of the installer. I downloaded the installer from the licensing site on 6/29 (file version 1.0.8.1). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am kind of new to the whole package installer deal. We have 100 device licenses and obviously each device gets its on license. However is there a faster way to install cloud applications than going to each machine and downloading the applications again and again? I was wondering if there was a way to have the application files already on a flash drive (because they are all the same) and have the package installer pull locally while it also pulls a new device license from the server. It will make installs a heck of a lot faster then downloading every single application once more.

Hi Community,we try to setup a Macintosh workstation (10.12) in an Internet restricted department with some Adobe CC applications and in Acrobat Pro DC  (and all other version before) we have to disable the automatic updates to prevent application hang ups because no update server could be reached. In Acrobat Pro DC the necessary setting in the application preferences should be the last point 'Updater' with a checkbox to enable installing updates automatically. But each time I try to disable this checkbox the system consistently enabled it again. Is there a possibility to disable the automatic updates in the operating system preferences? CC has been installed on my machine for over a year. One day,  it reverted to a trial version. I try to link to my account with no success. When I download to reinstall, I received a "failed" error message. I am trying to uninstall to reinstall again, however, the progress  bar hasn't moved in an hour. Any ideas?

I have multiple Adobe Apps already installed on my PC but when I recently tried to install a new App when I can't do it.In the Adobe Creative Cloud App > Home section, it says "Your Home Feed is empty", and if I click "Install Adobe Apps" button absolutely nothing happens, no events triggered - nothing!. No, there is no spinning loader animation. No, the App screen is not blank. And, No, there are no error messages. Everything just stays exactly the same. I have deleted and re-installed the latest version of the ACC App (and restarted the PC of course). Trying to install Adobe Pro DC on our workstations but we use AppLocker for security.Has anyone been able to successfully add the correct .dll and .exe files into AppLocker Allow so that standard users can run Adobe Pro DC.Cheers.

Hello, I have a team that was under one licensing agreement for Creative Cloud. The company was acquired under another company and they want all of the users to use their licensing. Company A will be using Company B licensing.Couple of questions:Can a user change Creative Cloud licensing to from Company A to Company B? I was thinking I would just send an invite to the current user from Company A however I am worried that they will lose all of their work. I don't want them to start all over. Is there a way to migrate accounts across licensing groups to retain data? Move user from Company A to an account on Company B?What is the best way to do this or is this a non-issue. Hello.. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.20.When I am on a PDF that has bookmarks that goes to other PDF's.. I click on the bookmark and it takes me to the other pdf. Now when I click the "pervious view button (alt - left arrow).. it takes me back to the original view as it should. My issue is that the bookmarks pane is then closed and I have to click on the bookmarks again to get it open. Is there a way to have this stay opened all of the time?*note* that when I first open the document.. the bookmarks pane is opened automatically.Thanks!

We have 40 edit bays using Adobe CC Premiere 2017, and some of our Editors have found that whenever they create a project that they can't send that project to another editor in another bay (who’s logged in using different credentials) as the project won’t open.Initially they thought the project was corrupted somehow, but it seems that they can’t create a project and then hand it off to another editor to finalize it.If the first editor logs into the other editors computer using the login that was being used when the project was created, it will then open.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Community,we are working in an Internet restricted department and we have to setup our firewall for the minimal requirements to work with Adobe CC without any licensing issues. It is not allowed for us to use external cloud storage and so on. We found a list with some FQDNs and ports[1] but we are unsure what is necessary and what we can ignore. Can anyone filter out the absolutely necessary FQDNs to avoid an application lock down caused by a licence check issue?
