Is it possible to create the digital signature (creation & appearance) with a script or soemthing liked that for a Company? Every User have his own Appearance.

I have the following config installed:Citrix Xenapp 6.5Adobe InDesign / InCopy CC 2015We do not have a enterprise license. For every user the license needs to be assigned. Now every user, that needs InDesign or InCopy needs to create a Adobe ID and sign in, so the product will be activated.Now my problem:The license information are stored in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore.Every time, a user signs in to Citrix, he must sign in, so the product is activated. The reason is, that the folder C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore is on a user independent location.I would like to redirect C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore to a user dependent location like %appdata% or the userhome folder.I have not found a solution.Can anyone tell me, how to configure Adobe InDesign or InCopy CC 2015, to store SLStore on a different location?Thank you.Regards,Patrick

Have a client that downloaded 2017 version and he should not have. I need to roll him back to Premiere Pro 2015.3. I have already rolled him back to Premiere Pro 2015.2, but remote management is not going to the next version. Does anyone know where I can get this version?

Using Registry entries how can I suppress the "Online Support" option under the Help Menu in Acrobat DC?

Greetings:I am responsible for weekly updates of the computers in our journalism department. We are pretty much a Mac shop running El Cap, and we are using CC 2015 across all of our iMacs.I am finding that RemoteUpdateManager is kinda like chasing one's tail. In the summer, I have gotten a number of updates that failed, only to have to dig until I've found on the Internet that there was a RemoteUpdateManager update. It would be very handy to know just how I can be informed of such updates so that I don't have to wait until putting in time and effort with updates not working before learning of a new update. If there's a way that I can be notified, please let me know.I am using the current version, which is 1.10.0.6. When I run the update, the results are mixed in that some applications are updated, but others aren't, and the updates end with "Return Code (2)." I would then try repeating the RUM command in an attempt to complete the updates that did not take, but again I ended up with th

Hello,I'm a Systems Administrator for a managed environment.  My predecessor deployed Acrobat Reader DC without using the Customization Tool and thus we get prompted for updates and file associations are not correct.  I have downloaded the latest version and used the Customization Wizard to set those items correctly and tested the deployment but it does not revert those settings, it just updates the version.Is there any way to fully update or reinstall with the new settings?Thanks!

I am using CC Enterprise and the Package Creator to install Premiere Pro 15.2. The lab of computers I am working with are all the same and have Premiere Pro 14 already installed. According to Installation of CC 2015 applications uninstall CC 2014 applications by default this should be removing Premiere Pro 2014 unless I specify not to. I want it to remove 14, so that the computers are only running 15.2. It doesnt remove 14, and in fact there is no option for me to tell it to remove or not to remove previous versions. Under Advanced Configuration there are the following options: "If conflicting processes are running during installation: abort installation or Ignore conflicts and continue installation" (Ignore is checked). Adobe update manager behavior: Adobe update manager is disabled (checked), Admin users update via Adobe Update Manager, or User internal update server. I've seen a lot of unanswered questions in this forum. That is disappointing. My question is similar to some other's and they all have no answers. I have a tech trying to install the package but she says she gets Scripts Running for a long time (hang) and then it quits and nothing is installed.

Hi all. I wanted to package the new Photoshop Elements 15 / Premiere Elements 15 with our serial number with CCP 10.0.0.49. When entering the serial number, it correctly identifies as Photoshop Elements but does not show any products to package. I can only package the previous version 14 with updates. Tried that, but the Enterprise Dashboard tells me this package is already outdated and there should be a newer version.  Any insight here? Is the serial number perhaps limited to one version? yours Serge

My enterprise uses a proxy to filter internet access, that can run only by typing a login and password in a popup of our web browser.So, when I click on the installation package, the Adobe CCDA cannot finish the installation because it needs a direct web connection without proxy.We need a real complete installation package that doesn't need an internet connection.Thank you for your help.

I have added another admin to Creative Cloud for Teams, and need to change that user to primary admin, and then remove my Adobe account (the original primary admin) from the Teams group.  Is it possible to do this?

I have been the primary administrator of my team's Creative Cloud account, however I am transitioning from the company and need to make my supervisor the primary administrator. I cannot find an option to do so - I am able to delete him as an administrator, but I am not able to change his status.  Could someone please assist?Thank you!

Hello.  I work for a public library, and have been trying to install CS6 Design and Web premium on one of the Macs in our media lab.  We previously had this installed with no issues.  I was asked to reinstall everything from scratch on the machine and get it back to working order.  I have updated to the most recent version of OSX.  When I try to install CS6, I get the "We have encountered the following issues: Installer failed to initialize.  This could be due to a missing file.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.  If I follow the link for Support Advisor, I am taken to a web page that says Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued.  Per this thread: Re: CS6 will not install “The Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued” error  I have already downloaded and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  When it runs, the only installation found is "Fix Host File" but when I select it and run it, I get "A

Hello,We recently purchased 11 Creative Cloud licenses and whenever we need to install the apps on a computer we need to download them from the Cloud and we don't have alot of Internet Bandwidth. It is taking forever for us. Is there any way we can get offline versions or offline installation disks for the apps? Thanks.

I have been trying numorous times to install cloud apps on our virtual server, but none has been succesfull. I allready know that Adobe issued that cloud apps are not supported on VDI enviroments, but for our school there is no other way to distibute apps otherwise. I use the licensed package method, no use of desktop cloud and no automatic updates. When I make a package (which have to be done on a local disk: another weird issue), the transfer it to the virtaul server, then installing it. It allways gives errois, despite all the many solutions I've tried.Is there anyone who succesfully installed a cloud app on a virtual enviroment (VMWare)?Thnanx for any help![Moved to deployment forum... We have Acrobat Pro distributed, (site license).  Today We started receiving messages asking for serial numbers or requiring users to 'log in'.  It's been sporadic as to who is prompted for what.    All machines are Windows 7,SP1 , x64.Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.Daren

Hello,I have been beating my head against a wall for the past few days trying to resolve this issue. We have Adobe Acrobat DC classic and a volume license key. I used the customization tool to create a transformation and put in the serial number and clicked grant offline exception. I also suppressed the  EULA. I installed acrobat using the setup file (which is pointed at the transformation, I confirmed by looking at the .ini file), but several seconds after opening the app, the sign appears. I then edited the transformation to disable all services and reinstalled. The sign in button doesn't appear in the upper right anymore, but the sign in popup still appears. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a HKLM reg key that can block it?
