Questions

2 things.1) my AUSST isn't downloading all the latest updates e.g After Effects 13.8.1. I updated to AUSST 4.0 to yesterday and did a full update refresh but only the 13.7 update is available.2) When checking for updates on PCs installed from my latest CC package the AAM only searches for updates for some of the products installed. When I look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0 there aren't any folders for half my installed products. Is there anyway to get this folder to re-populate itself?

Hi,When any application of adobe update, it's getting disabled and I have to run Adobe Serialization to fix it. The problem is that we have 110 licenses and cant do this process everytime an app update.Could someone help me?

How do the users sign up for the 2 half-hour tutorial sessions? As the admin, do I sign them up? Or, do they do this on thier own?

We built our installer packages to disable updates. We would like to also disable the "Sign In" option. (When you click "about" when in an adobe application)We are Volume Licensed here at the University, the problem starts when a student is in a computer lab and while in any application such as Photoshop, they log into CC with their personal account.  This messes up the Volume license on that computer.  Is there a way to Gray out/Disable the "Sign In" option when clicking on the "About" menu?Trying to google this all I come up with is people getting the Sign in option after Acrobat launches.  This is not our issue, Our License package prevents this.ThanksTim

HiI am trying to disable the Creative Cloud application from starting up on logonThe reg key for this is located at: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Runthe key in there is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe" --showwindow=false =onOSstartup=truelogic would suggest changing the =onOSstartup value to false would stop the application from starting on loginSadly it does not. I cannot find a list of parameters to check if there is any other value's I can use to disable thisdeleting the key entirely prevents the application from starting at login but if it updates it could inject the key in there again and thus un-doing my start up settingI have also tried deleting the =onOSstartup parameter completely but no change as it still starts on login

Been trying to get a new AUSST 4 server set up for the last week and constantly getting errors. Running AUSST on a dedicated machine for AUSST and CC Packager. Hey There, we have major problems with APTEE Tool on a provisioned Citrix 7.8 farm. The prov.xml file was created and serialized successfully on the master server, also it activates successful on the targets most of the time. But sometimes, Activation fails after restarting the target servers. After 2-3 Restarts, activation is successful... I asked Adobe support, they told me that they will not help me with this... I had an employee that used Creative Cloud to create documents.  She is no longer with our agency.  Her license was changed to someone else.  Can her files that were originally saved to her cloud account be retrieved or moved under another user?

Hello,We have recently run into a problem where our users running Adobe CC for Team can't use the CC Desktop Apps without havin admin rights on the PC. That's changed in neartime and the only difference we have in our environment is thar saome Windows updates were installed last week. Doe's anyone have the some issues and possible know what Winmdow Update may have caused this if that should be the reason?

I am trying to permanently remove any and all tools that may allow an end user to alter a document. I have everything almost figured out except the tools that come by default in the quick tool bar. I have not been able to remove the "Sticky Note" or "Highlight Tool". I want to remove the quick tool bar permanently with out the end-user being able to bring it back.

Is there a way to have the setting "output adobe pdf portfolio when creating a new pdf file" in outlook under Acrobat Tab, unchecked, when I install Acrobat XI Pro. To see this setting need to open Outlook, go to Adobe PDF tab on top, click on change conversion settings and you will see the screen below. I would like to have this setting unchecked for everyone instead of doing it manually on everyone's machine.

Which plan would cover this best? Need to edit PDFs and create editable PDFs.

Hi I created a download file for the package to install Creative Cloud on my  iMac, but it does;t take very long for it to bring up a large yellow warning triangle and the message "the installation failed".There is no error code, please can you let me know what I can do to fix this please?

We have recently started using the Dashboard. We Ask for revisión of our domain in order to get an Enterprise ID and we have no answer yet.

I used the Customization wizard to create a custom install which included our serial number and created an Off-line installation.We have acrobat DC running on Citrix 7.8.  It is installed on a Gold Master image server, licensed and works fine on the master server.Once servers are deployed using the image, when acrobat is launched you get the Sign In Required dialogue box and have to go through the licensing process.

We have two licenses for Acrobat Professional, unfortunately one of our server crashed so we restored its image back but after image restore Acrobat Professional is not working  on that server it says your Acrobat license limit exceeded and it is used on other machine.
