I need help in deployment. I made a device deployment jump drive easily and installed one computer easily and now I keep having errors. I even tried to make another jump drive and I'm having errors. Help.

Hello,I am trying to use the Adobe CC packager to create packages of just application updates, for example going from Illustrator 2015 to 2015.3. Since we are not allowed to use the Adobe CC updater desktop app, I'm thinking this is my only way. My original plan was to create a new package of only the newest updates, then roll it out to five or six machines quarterly. The issue I'm having, is that when you install the updates on each machine, it doesn't install over the older version. It just installs an additional copy of the CC application, and then you have multiple versions of it installed (for example the machine will then have Adobe Animate CC 2015, and Adobe Animate CC 2015.2). I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, or if this is just the way Adobe CC works. If so, I would have to not only install the updates, but then uninstall the older version of the application. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Team,We were already having Adobe Acrobat ProXI  license version installed in our system, after updating it to Adobe Acrobat version 11.0.13. When we are trying to open any file its asking for new license. Please find the below screen shot. Can anyone please let me know what could be the possible reason behind this issue and how it can be solved. Any help is deeply appreciated. Adobe Reader DC over took Adobe Acrobat .pdf association on machines with acrobat 10.x on them.  is there a script that I can deploy to re-associate the .pdf with Acrobat?Message was edited by: Steve Chramosta

Hi,I'm trying to find a way to differentiate Acrobat DC STD from Acrobat DC Pro either at the file system or registry level.The reason for it is we have a software deployment platform that also inventories the software (Dell Kace K1000), based on criteria we give it. Criteria can be either that a specific file, directory or registry value exists (there are others, but those are the more important).But for some reason, I can't seem to find a single different between Acrobat DC STD and Acrobat DC Pro that would give the software a way to properly inventory which computers have STD and which computers have Pro. Me first guess was to look at the GUID, but apparently since DC the GUID has been the same for both.Is there a specific file or registry key that is only present in either STD or Pro, but not both ? I'd like to have a way to say "if this exists, this is STD" and " if this exists, this is Pro"....but if I can just have at least something for any one of the version, it would be alrig

some laptops are having a problem to convert pdf to doc offline, its asking for internet connection to convert, the licenses are full version and works good with rest of the laptops ,if anyone can help me with this issue it will be great

When I try and install local versions of CC products that have been supplied to me under license by the company I work for, I am getting an error:An error occured while running the installationCheck tool for "indesign_install"Screenshot is below. We are considering a purchase of VIP subscription licenses for Acrobat Pro DC, but we do not want 200+ users to have to create adobe ID.Is it possible to manage our deployment with serial numbers?

Hello,we are trying to install Adobe Acrobat DC on a provisioned Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 Farm.Installation has been customized using the customization wizard. As described here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/citrix.htmlThe Installation is working on the Server where the installation originally has been made. User don't get any Online Dialoges Product is activated correctly.Since this farm is provisioned as described here:New Server with different Hostnames start from the same Disk. If users log on to this new Server and start Adobe Acrobat they are presented with a Dialog to Log In as if the application has not been customized or activated.How can this Problem be resolved? I have 32 device Licenses that I need to get installed.  These Mac are not managed so we don't have a way to install via package.  What are some other options.

When I resend invitations from the portal for any product I receive an error message. I have validated that the emails are correct.

I am a high school Digital Media teacher who also helps as a Net Tech on the side. We have a district license for Adobe CC which is easy enough to create and distribute a package for district owned machines. However, we just started a pilot hybrid on-line program this year and will have some Media Arts students accessing Adobe from home. We purchased some licenses for this. However, my district IT department is not sure how to distribute to students securely. They are suggesting having students bring their computer to school and have the teacher install. That sounds ridiculous to me. I figure there has to be a more efficient way to distribute to students at home. Suggestions?[Moved from regular install forum to specialized deployment forum... Mod]

Im strugling with this issue all day.Im running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I already have CS2 and After Effects 5.5 on my disk.Yesterday I downloaded Creative Cloud app and installed it, logged in to it and downloaded some apps. All these without any issue. Unfortunately ive noticed that my space on C: partition is almost full. So i decided that i will unistall all and reinstal program on 😧 . I uninstalled apps first without a problem and did the same with ACC app, this time i get some error message that it wasnt fully succesfull. On my add/remove programs list there was still ACC program but without its own red icon but with some generic. Once again i uninstalled it (icon just dissapeared instantly without any further actions). This is the moment when nightmare begins.When i try to run exe file it asks admin permission, i agree and nothing else happens. Tried to download second installation file (wasnt sure if they are onetime use) but still the same.  Tried all steps from this

This is my first foray into CC.  Currently have CS6 installed on the target machines.Standard Windows 7 Pro machines, fully patched and ready to go.Logged into my admin console on adobe.com, downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager.I want the software licensed to a device, not a user.I think I've selected all the relevant tick boxes within the Packager.I select the software I'd like to install, click go, and away it goes until 81%.I've tried it twice, letting the program run for 3+hours each time.  Each time it stops at 81%.  The app is marked as running in TaskManager.Am I impatient or is this normal?

I am looking for options around deploying CC on a terminal server or citrix environment.Essentially I would like to have 20 licenses for 25 users but obviously have it set up so only 20 can access it at any one time. I doubt this is possible any more so 25 licenses for 25 users will be fine. I just need to know if it is possible?I would also be open to the remote app option.Thanks

Is it possible to deploy a package created by Creative Cloud Packager by GPO without requiring admin rights or is SCCM the only option?I can't get it to work so it would be nice to know if it is even possible.

My Creative Cloud Packager does not have the option for device license even though it says I have 1 available device license. When I select create package, the only options I have are named license or serial number license. But NO device license like it says in the video.

Hi,any issues known about installing adobe products on a virtual machine using app volumes? Packages created with ccp works fine on physical machines and vrtual machines without using appvolumes. After creating an appstack and start provisioning on a virtual machine no package works anymore. Using up to date 6.2 versions of horizon and vsphere. And up to date win8.1 as OS on client.TIAem

We purchased one license for Adobe Acrobat Pro a few months ago (monthly). Now we have more users that need it and are ready to purchase more. But when I purchased it previously, I just purchased it as an individual with my corporate email address and my name as the owner of the license. I want to add more licenses but want to manage it in the enterprise portal. How do I convert my existing Adobe online logon and license into a enterprise logon with the license management features?

Hi,     We have created packages before with CCP and it has worked ok.The problem we have with the latest version: V1.9.6 Build 56 - is that the packages have trouble completing.For instance - usually we build 2 x packages with the most commonly used Adobe apps but this time I have only been able to get it to work by making the packageswith less apps.So - no probs - except I'm building the last smaller package with:Adobe IndesignAndDreamweaverand we can never get it to finish.It gets to around 75% and then stops - You get a "!" next to one of the apps with the "Oops something has gone wrong".We have looked for Firewall exceptions and added all we can find including those listed in the "Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints" document.But to no avail...>We have tried this on a different workstation, Flushing the cache but nothing helps...The only log I can find that might help is PDapplog in the user\appdata\local\temp: 08/22/16 14:14:49:236 | [INFO] |  | ASU
