My agency has 24 CC for teams licenses for three distinct groups requiring different software within CC. How do I deploy so that users do not see what else is available in CC? They are not authorized to use anything but what we provide their group, but the CC console that pops up on their desktop temps them to install everything. The confirmation email sent to users when they're registered doesn't help as it re-iterates that they have an ALL APPS license. Install is performed by admin only, but users see that there are more apps available, download them and then contact their local admin to install. Thanks.
Hi,We have federated access set up for users to download Adobe CC on to home devices. I have a user who has downloaded the products onto a PC which had to be rebuilt. Now she cant download the product again and only gets offered the trial versions. How can I get round this? Is there something I can do on the Adobe Dashboard to reset her account? Thanks
Hi,I have asked other techies in TechNet but they haven't had much luck - I need to deploy both Exceptions and CC Enterprise through SCCM for my staff.Initially I used the package build another techie gave me of CC Enterprise.I had the Exceptions Deployer, and CC Enterprise set up as applications, not packages, in SCCM.The notes I can find to assist me in the Adobe site are outdated, as it refers to SCCM 2007, NOT 2012 R2.As the installation would hang on components I removed the dependence on installing Exceptions Deployer first.I then created a package instead of an application, as Adobe notes say that it has to run as administrator. This downloaded and appeared to run, but then I had this error log -then despite it saying it has failed, it has appeared to install CC Exceptions (it is in C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe) and there are icons on the desktop for Acrobat DC, Scout CC and also the Creative Cloud log in.I have the package for Adobe Exceptions Deployer set to the following parame

I am trying to use the Adobe Customization Wizard to add a setting into the HKCU part of the registry. However, I have done exactly as I have read but it does not work. The key appears pink and the name and data are in the wizard, but it does not change the install. Has anyone successfully change the HKCU part of the registry using the Customization wizard? Thank you.
We are installing acrobat pro with GP on XP systems. The install goes fine but on some users machines when they launch the program it comes back with"Cannot use this product under a guest account". The users are admins on the system. If I uninstall acrobat pro 10 and reinstall in manually the same error happens. (note these systems had acrobat pro 9 installed, but was un-installed with the acrobat pro 10 MST)
I'm trying to build an Adobe Acrobat package following the instructions from http://tv.adobe.com/watch/acrobat-it-tips-tricks-tutorials/customization-wizard-xi-for-mac-os-x/. When I try to create the final package the Wizard errors out showing a code 14. I looked that up and got this: The APTEE tool called from within returned an error. See /tmp/oobelib.log for details. I'm attaching the logs because I cannot figure out why the package is not being created. I can't figure out why the serial number is not being validated.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hello, Is it possible to deploy a certificate chain, with the Wizard tool or otherwise, during an install of Acrobat DC or Reader DC for Mac? In the Windows counterpart, there is an option to enable certificates already in the system trusted root to be used for signing, however there is no similar option I can see for Mac.I need to have a particular certificate chain "baked-in" the install in order to allow our users to digitally sign documents properly. The setting in question that I am referring to is found here in Preferences > Signatures > Identities & Trusted Certificates:Is it possible perform this import either via bash/shell script or during deployment somehow?Thank you very much!
I have a situation where I am trying to deploy Reader DC across our enterprise using Microsoft Configuration Manager 2012. Per our contract with Adobe we are contractually bond to deploy the latest version on all of our Desktops. The installation, when run on certain systems, wants to install Reader as per-user rather than per-machine. I have run the installation with verbose logging and can see in the installer log where the issue occurs. At this point I have tried all I can to resolve the issue and find the source of the problem. The issue does not occur on all systems, only specific ones. SCCM 2012 uses the local SYSTEM account to install the application when it is deployed to an endpoint. This account has full access to the system and should be able to complete the installation as a per-machine installation without issue. Below is the information from the installer log when the installation runs per-user. I have tried setting the MSIIN

Hi,I am looking to utilize 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' via a Terminal Server (Multiple users via 'Dumb' Terminals). My questions are as follows:1. Will each 'User/Machine' accessing the Terminal Server require a dedicate Adobe License? - If so what licensing (Product Code/Number) will I need to purchase?or2. Will a single 'Adobe Acrobat Pro DC' license cover all Users accessing the software via a Terminal Server?Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.
We have an enterprise license for Creative Cloud. When some of our users login to our enterprise Adobe portal and use their enterprise IDs to download the product, they only get trial versions offered. We have had them manually uninstall other older Adobe products first, we have confirmed that the correct E-mail is being used, and we have tried creating new Adobe IDs. We can't install the full product even though our licenses are paid for. Any ideas why this is happening?
I have created Creative Cloud packages on MAC with os x el capitan. However I can not copy those packages to a network share. I get Error-36 messages. Hello - I have the Creative Cloud Packager installed. I have created many CC apps successfully. After packaging Lightroom CC 2015 64bit Windows, we run the .msi to install to the desktop. But the install quits almost immediately. The blue bar starts to move forward, then retracts and the screen closes. I have tried repackaging Lightroom several times now, all with the same result. Anyone else having issues with getting the Lightroom CC 2015 package to install? Thanks!
I've used the creative cloud packager a few times. I was trying to build a package yesterday but could not because I got a "There is a problem, please retry" message. It does it over and over again. The only difference I can tell is I recently upgraded my OS to El Capitan. Will there be an adobe update that fixes this issue? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. No luck though. Ultimately had had to try and build the package on a system running 10.9.5 instead.
I am trying to setup Adobe Update Server - In House. I have my AUSST file and my root folder named Adobe. It is on the desktop and in the inetpub\wwwroot folders. However, no matter where I specify in CMD it always gives me the Could not access the specified path error code 3. How can I fix this?
