ADOBE IS CHARGING ME 13.50 POUNDS A MONTH FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY SAY IS SUSPENDED SO THEY WON'T ALLOW ME TO LOG IN TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION< THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE THEY JUST HAVE USELESS PAGES WHERE THEY MAKE YOU SURF FOR HOURS IN A LOOP OF A PAGE TO ANOTHER

We follow the following article to update our Acrobat installations. However when comparing the hashes for the .cab file and the .xml file they do not match. This has been working up until 2/13/23. It looks like the cab file certificate was signed on 2/23/23 but the .xml was published on 01/21/2023. So I'm thinking the xml file was never updated with the hashes for the latest version. If not is there a different way to go about verifying the cab file?

A team member tried downloading a free asset from substance. It immediately says "Access denied! You don't have permission for this action! Please contact your account administrator". There are no settings in the admin console to enable users to download free assets from substance. However, you can create a new free account and download the free assets without problem. Why is this an issue? And why does Adobe go out of its way to make life as difficult as humanly possible for its paid users?

Hello,We have had a user report an issue where DC is not rendering at all unless using the top menu bar the user select full screen mode. Otherwise no windows will appear, this includes opening it using a PDF, opening it from the applications folder and creating from screenshot.We have tried updating to the latest version of OSX and reinstalling the Acrobat DC, As we are using Creative Cloud it wont let us predate the versionThanks

I have been in contact with an Adobe representative via email. She wants to check our licenses and run a script on our network to find the data that are needed. I'm suspicious and would like to be 100% certain that this person is an Adobe representative. The email address is with @license.adobe.com. Any idea of what I should do ? (I tried the chatbot and the hot line) 

Hello,Scenario:Let's say I create a Shared Device package today (2/16/23) and install it on one computer. Per the selection I made when I created the package (see attachment), it tells me that our contract expires on March 3, 2023. Let's say that the license for that shared device was renewed, and the contract will expire on March 3, 2024. What will happen to the device on March 3, 2023? Will it update the license automatically? If not, how do I update the shared license to reflect the new contract expiration of March 3, 2024?Thanks!

We're migrating our users to consolidate our console(s) into one.  We have Federated IDs on both using the same iDP.  When I assign a "Sign" license in the new console and remove the license from the old login to sign stops working.  The users match all details.  Doing a SAML Trace we get provisioning_code: MOVING_BETWEEN_ORGS_NOT_ALLOWEDI can add the license back on the old console and it works again.  I've tried deleting the user from the old console so the account is only in the new but get the same error.

Since a couple of days it appears licenses I'm assigning through the admin console are no longer actually being received by users. On the admin console end everything looks fine. I can add a user, assign a product to them, it will show the user as a member of that product group, and my available licenses decrease by one. But the users never receive any email from adobe telling them they've received the license, and when they log in to their creative cloud page it still appears like they have no active subscriptions. It only shows the free apps as available.   I've tried it on my own account. Added a license, removed a license, added the license again, and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any idea what's going on and how I can troubleshoot this?

Hi Everyone, I've been trying to download Adobe CC on my new Machone with Win 21H2 for some days now with no success. I enabled Javascript still not working. After signing in with my user account it doesnt take me to the right page. Is anyone having similar issues or know of any poxxible fixes?  Thanks

Ich nutze "Arobat DC Pro für Teams" ; installiert habe ich Acrobat und Creative Cloud ; in der CC ist jedoch keine Applikation vorhanden, Acrobat ist darin nicht sichtbar, somit auch keine Update Funktion, in CC steht "kein Zugriff auf die Applikationsverwaltung"Was ist hierbei das Problem, ich selbst bin Benutzer und Administrator in der Admin-Console. Danke 

Please help!! I paid for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for one year on the 20th of March 2017. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and am logged into my account and it is still telling me I have a trial version and I need to put in a serial number only I do not have one. On the Manage Your Teams Page it says my status is Active, but on my products page it says I have no products. I don't seem to have a serial number. I tried to call yesterday and waited on hold for 2 hours then left my phone number. Someone called after 6:00 pm last night when our office was closed and told us to call back, but did not leave a number. Please call me? Out Enterprise VIP is missing.  We have reached out to Adobe and our reseller with no success nor answers. All of our users don't have access to their Adobe IDs created in the Admin Console and files are also unaccessible. Did anyone else experience this issue? 

I recently deployed Adobe Acrobat 22 on top of multiple computers that had Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed. Some of the deployments were successful, but others failed. For the failed installations, I attempted to resolve the issue by first uninstalling the old version of Acrobat and then running the setup.exe file to install the new version. However, this resulted in an error that stated "no instance was found." Can you inform me of the default location of the installation log and whether it's possible to specify a command to save the log in a specific location using the setup.exe file?

I have Acrobat Pro from work and LR classic privately and I cannot log into either, not open either. What ever I try by switching between the orange realm of work apps and the blue private apps, I cannot use either since my passwords do not match my accounts. I had success after 1 1/2 hours with Tech support last night, but  now wanting to use LRc I wasagain  dead in the water (and when I tried to log into Reader Pro at 20 $ per months ...) and could buy a second version of LR and use it  ...H E L P, please.I talked with our systems admins today for a good hour and they could nor sort it out either. HELP please.

Please add extended audio licenses as an option to Teams accounts! Please add extended audio licenses as an option to Teams accounts! Having to buy Enterprise just to upgrade from a standard audio license just doesn't make sense for smaller teams and one person on that team producing broadcast materials.  Thank you.
