Questions

Hi, I'm going to buy a Lenovo Tab M11 tablet. I was wondering if it could download the Adobe Fresco app or if there's a tablet that can download. Please introduce me.

i've just noticed this, is it movement of layers?, i've copied entire folder of the original drawing onto a new project page, selected the folder only containing its whole contents layers, and reduced the drawing in size. looks like layers have moved even though all i've done is reduce a whole folder, not single layers?, seems to have only done it on certain Pixel layers too. i'm stumped, what has the app done?, cheers  screenshots below of the orig drawing & copied folder reduced in size, copied folder from original drawing.showing the layer looks like it has moved, but if i move it back, it still doesnt line up as per the original.  ios Version 6.1.3.

I was working on a file the last week, stopping and starting and always able to find my artwork file in the recent documents on my ipad. Suddenly, within the minute of completing the whole artwork, adobe seemed to glitch and deleted the entire thing. i had tried to export to desktop, to which it responded with an error code. I had previously intentionally saved the file, but after the error code it gave a notification that there was an issue with my account and kicked me out of the app. I re-logged in but the entire file was missing. I would've been happy to have the file left over from last days save, but there's no file at all. Is there some way to recover my artwork? Heartbroken to lose the hand drawing and today is my last day of work before going on maternity leave.

I was used to open my Fresco artwork at my desktop in Illustrator with a big bunch of single paths instead of one compound path. In order to animate details instead of the whole illustration I really need all details! Somehow the output in Illustrator Hans charges because before this was No issue...does anyone know What to do?

I've noticed that the timelapse for the drawings that completed a month or more are no longer there in fresco when trying to export my drawings. Only the timelapse for the recent ones (that are still not over a month) exist. Does Adobe Fresco regularly do this or there is something wrong?

Does anyone know why the symmetry tool doesn't show up in the Grid>Precision>Symmetry? There's only "snaping", "grids" and "create perspective grid".I have windows 11 and 5.5.5 Fresco

This has been going on ever since I used Fresco I've been silently just filling a drawing with color by adding it under the layer instead of using the full tool. But this is getting tiring since I'm doing harder drawings from now on. I want to fix this and try and solve it but when I click on the painting bucket there is no options to adjustify it. Can someone help me fix this I want to be able to use the fill tool.

I can't install Adobe Fresco because I am getting the information that my operating system is outdated and it is from Windows 10 v.1809. Which is not possible because yesterday I updated Windows to version 20H2 (the latest version of Windows). Minimum requirement Fresco is Windows 10 version 1903 or later, so...Can help me someone?

Hi everyone here's a little info since I know some one will ask.newest iPad with newest osnewest version of fresco, illustrator and capture. any time I try to send anything from fresco it's says sent but never does. If I try the "capture pattern" button in the the export section it just closes the window and nothing happens. Go to capture and nothing is there? new to adobe so I could be doing something wrong but I'm pretty savvy with this kind of thing and at this point I'm starting to regret my purchase...

Ciao come posso misurare un centimetri un disegno su Adobefresco?la pagina son riuscito a impostarla della grandezza che voglio,ma non riesco a misurare i disegni

Hi, today I spent hours on an illustration which I was really happy with. I then closed Fresco to take a break before re-opening the program a few hours later to make some final edits, only to find that my file was a blank canvas. I've done nothing different from the usual - the 'saving' progress bar was there and it was completed before the window closed.  I've tried looking on my cloud and restarting both Fresco and my laptop; nothing worked. My drawing just for some reason did not save, and I am devastated and extremely upset.  Is there any way to recover my file please? I've used Fresco for half a year now and this has never happened before. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.   I am using a Microsoft Surface Book 2, and my Adobe Fresco is version 1.91, the most updated one.

Over the last year, I have noticed detailed projects keep crashing, to a point when you then send the crash report and reopen Adobe Fresco app on the iPad, the file says. "This is a PSD File and cannot be opened in Fresco" Ithis has happened with 2 projects of mine, both very detailed work, I cannot think of the amount of hours I have lost. This not good for business, clients are not happy, neither am I. I never had this problem with your previous apps like Adobe Draw and Sketch, until Fresco came along. small video attached. I use iPad Pro with latest gen pencil.

Hi there,as there is no further answer to my previous thread, altough the topic is not resolved, I try to push it by posting it again. Sorry for that, but I desperately need a solution. I am working on a Microsoft Surface 10 and tried to install Fresco. I am able to start Fresco but any further action ends up in a crash, like creating a new document, open an existing document or even just start the introduction, Fresco crashes after a short loading time.In the meantime, I have updated everything, updated all drivers and programs, uninstalled Adobe CC and all programs, run Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Adobe CC. Then I installed Fresco again first. Unfortunately still without success. Fresco crashes as soon as I start any action.I read in the forum that I should install Fresco under a different admin account. Can I still access it with my normal admin or do I have to change the user every time? There's no way to set my graphics chip to high performance. The drivers are all upd

I've been trying to add new brushes with discover new brushes but once i click on add it gets stuck in adding in progress. What can I do?

I've been using Fresco for a while now on my current PC (not on a tablet) and I'm having issues with the program closing itself before it opens. It does not give any error or freeze, it simply closes on the blank white logo screen before the program starts.I've restarted my PC multiple times, I've reinstalled Fresco through the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and no luck.I have not had this issue in the past, I have not had any other common crash issues on desktop that others have. The provided image is just a simple screenshot of the screen I'm referring to that it closes itself on. I was using Fresco flawlessly earlier today.

Edition. Vielen Dank schon mal für eure Hilfe.gruß isa

Apple Pencil Pro squeeze popped up the mini panel but now it won't go away. It just floats on the art board. How do I get rid of it?

This is a terrible program. Thank goodness I didn't have to pay anything for it. It's supposed to be cross-platform and it does work on my PC and my iPad but the features that actually work on each platform are different. For example you can't turn the ruler horizontal on the PC version. That considerably limits its utility. Plus I found that I had to tap twice to get selecions to work. And I couldn't get Vector brushes to work unless I selected a brush and sometimes the size of the brush. Furthermore, there was no ability to select the size of the graph paper grid. While I could turn the ruler horizontal on my iPad, the situation was similar there. But the straw that broke the camel's back was when I drew a curve and it wouldn't straighten out. It either came out as a series of lines or a bumpy curve in it.I highly don't recommend this program.

I have found several posts over the years on this topic, but there seems to be no proper solution. In the past I haven't had any issues opening Fresco file in Illustrator on my desktop. Over the last two months, it has become near impossible. My first work around was to export the files into Illustrator on the iPad, then open them on the desktop. This seems to work 80% of the time, but only with small to medium files. This, I should note, is when I convert layers into objects and not import hidden layers. As soon as I go to do a larger file, it will continue to crash everytime I try to export, UNLESS I flatten my layers, which defeats the purpose of using layers in the first place. The only consolation is that the flattened image is still in vector format. I should also note that up until two moths ago, I had no issues exporting larger files to Illustrator on the desktop. For example, I had one file in particular that I could export no problems every time. Now

Fresco keeps crashing when using selection tools, multiple crash reports sent nothing fixed yet. Please help

As someone who works closely with businesses navigating legal challenges, I’ve noticed that many struggle with managing their legal workflows efficiently. This often leads to wasted time, higher costs, and missed deadlines. Collaboration tools like Fresco seem like a great solution for organizing tasks and managing documents, but I wonder how can these tools be effectively implemented in industries like legal services, where precision and compliance are critical? For instance, as a Texas appeal attorney , I’ve seen how automating repetitive legal processes and using integrated collaboration tools can make a significant difference. Are there specific features or workflows in Fresco that have worked well for others in industries requiring strict accuracy and documentation? I’d love to hear thoughts and experiences from the community.

Help! My animations in Fresco get destroyed once I save the file. They are all collapsed into a big mess and the message says "your Photoshop layers are preserved" - and read-only. I have updated everything and closed/reloaded and whatnot - nothing helps. The files are just rubbish after this happens. What can I do??? Fresco as an app seems to be suddenly broken, breaking my work in the process! Please HELP!!

I am working on animation in Adobe Fresco. I'm creating each animated piece on a new layer. However, when I'm setting the frames per second on one layer, it affects all layers. Is there a way to fix this? The layers are not duplicates of each other. I've watched a few tutorials on animating in Fresco but I haven't seen anyone running into that issue or mentioning it. I'm using an iPad, the tutorials I watched are also on iPads. I'd love any help on solving this please. Thank you.
