Questions

I'd like to put a group of files I created into a folder, usually I can do so in the "your files" section, however they are not there. I logged into my account and they are not there either. I can see the files when I open photoshop. Are my files not syncing?

I am animating this bird for a school project and I have drawn the wings flaping up and down, but when I play the animation it goes up, halfway down, up, and all the way down. My frames are in the correct order. Has anyone encountered this before? 

"I am designing an illustrated book in the Adobe Fresco iPad application. I spent a long time on it and saved it in the cloud storage, but it suddenly disappeared and appears as an old version. I worked on the drawing for a long time and completed the project. It is also showing as saved in the cloud documents. I can't understand why it suddenly disappeared. What should I do?"

Hi Fresco people! Is it possible to select and transform a single line? I feel like I'm getting close with the magic wand tool but can't get it to do what I want. 

How can I get a grid on my canvas in an old (1.8.1) version of Fresco?

Hi All! I'm experiencing an issue where brushes that I am importing to Fresco disappear after I close the app. This didn't use to happen before. I suspect it might be something to do with the OS 17 update. Has anyone experienced anything like this happening to them? I am using iPad 8th gen model and I am on iPadOS 17.0.2.

Hi. I'm having an issue where I create an animation in Adobe Fresco on the iPad, but when I go to my computer to export my animation sequence, all my motion layers turn into Photoshop layers and I lose all of my animation frames.  Is there something I could do to prevent this from happening? Thank you.

How can I switch my animation layer back to the vector layer it was before ?

I can add a new text layer to a project and I can select text layers on existing projects, but I cannot edit them. When I click on the keyboard icon, nothing happens, not even the minimized circle icon. I try double clicking the textbox to edit, and that does nothing as well. Am I missing something? I never had issues with this before. Is it a bug?

For some reason, I can run Photoshop no matter what on earth I happen to be doing on the same computer, but if I open Fresco and, as an example, livestreaming software, at the same time?Suddenly, I can't draw because Fresco chugs and lags. The problem clearly isn't the hardware, as I can run far more "challenging" software while streaming, such as The Sims 4 or (as I've mentioned) Photoshop.Is there a fix for this?

I just recently started using Adobe Fresco on my laptop and it's been great apart from how much it crashes. It happens maybe every ten minutes when I'm just drawing normally but it gets worse with copying and pasting. The worst offender is trying to use colouring inside lines. Pretty much an immediate crash every time, especially with the eraser. I've already tried updating/restarting/repairing the app as well as clearing up a bunch of storage on my laptop but nothing has helped and at this point, I'm losing my mind. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Hi,When I try to open Fresco from the Creative cloud app, it won´t start. It takes me to the wellcome screen, then I select a format and after that it closes and takes me to the Desktop.Any idea?Thanks

I cant seem to figure out how to color pick in Fresco when on desktop windows 10. In photoshop when on brush tool you press alt, and its a modifier but in Fresco nothing happens. It's the one of main reasons Im not using it because I cant pick colors unless I manuelly select eye dropper tool every few brush strokes.

Hi there,I lost my files from Adobe Sketch. They were on my iPad, but since last week, I have no access to the app, so I cannot see my files. In Adobe Fresco, I can see my last project, but the others are gone. Are they lost forever, or can I recover them somehow? I don't find them on the Creative Cloud nor on iCloud. I've tried everything-- Updating to ios17--reinstalling the Creative Cloud app--reinstalling Fresco--restarting the iPad several timesNothing works concerning adding new pixel brushes or retaining them in the library. Annnnnnnd....once you do get them to load, they often lock up, causing you to have to restart the program..... losing all the imported brush libraries, and to make things more confusing, sometimes they all show up, then they don't when reopening againUsing an imported brush will also sometimes cause it to lock up.It seems that when I'm not connected to the internet, the app shows all the libraries fine, except a lot of the brushes are not downloaded. WTF? It's just a library filled with gray, not downloadable brushes.I load brushes from import files, and they show up, but once the app is shut down and reopened, ALL the brush libraries are gone except the ones included with the app.It's a complete mess when comes to brushes. Hi, I have a vector layer with some drawing, and I want to create a bottom layer so that I can fill inside the top layer itself. However, the fill tool fills the entire screen from the bottom layer, which I do not want at all. How can I only fill inside the drawing from the top layer?

My device uses a pen, but not touch. You can turn off the touch shortcut icon, but I feel like I'm missing a lot of the functionality of Fresco by not being able to use touch on my screen (Like zooming in and dragging my visible space, if that's even a thing with this program), which makes doing anything somewhat detailed a pain.  Am I missing something?

I remembered the touch shortcut showing up in my left bottom corner, but it's gone now for some reason.I looked around settings I didn't find any way to bring it back. Anyone can help? Thanks in advance!

I am a video editor and primarily use Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.I am interested in utilizing hand-drawn lines from Fresco in my video creations.  If I want to create a video that captures the actual process of drawing with a pen in Fresco, what methods are available?I'm not interested in time-lapse as it's too fast; I want to record in real-time as I draw. Ideally, I'd like to create videos in 1920x1080 Full HD resolution.Currently, I'm unable to record in full screen due to toolbars appearing on the sides. I own an 11-inch iPad Pro. For instance, I want to record the actual process of writing a name with a line, or the spreading effect of a watercolor brush, and use these as video materials.Sometimes I might use the original colors, or I might want to change it to green screen or black and white for further editing during post-production. Would appreciate any help, thanks!

Hello,I want to use vector brushes and vector fill but i always get a white edge if I fill in the same color as my vector line.In more detail: I create a closed object using the vector brush.  I then create another layer and make the layer with the object a reference layer. I take the paint bucket and fill in the same color on another layer. As you can see in the images there is a white margin on the edge. And there is no option to fix the margin like with pixels. How can i get rid of the margin? Thank you!
