I need help from Adobe on my specific issue ASAP. I'm a student and my Fresco/Creative Cloud sync is not working. It says "No storage information available" "contact IT administrator for details", but my classmates have no such issue?!
Hi all,I'm trying to use Fresco on my ipad. I have the full subscription for Adobe and when I first installed it on my ipad I was having issues, so I uninstalled, made sure I was signed into my adobe account and reinstalled and everything went great and it was working fine. Now a few days later, I opened it and I'm restricted to the free version again, even though it shows that I'm signed into my account. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. Can someone please help. I have no issues with illustrator or photoshop also installed on this ipad, only Fresco.
Hi, I'm having an issue with some Photoshop brushes I've imported in Fresco, and would like to know if I can get around it. Same brush (it's the popular Marc Brunet Lineart Brush, shoutout to him!). You can notice that in Fresco, the tail end of each stroke gets darker, as if I applied more pressure, but that's not true. If you check out the same strokes in Procreate, the end of each stroke is of the same intensity as the start. I'd like to have that in Fresco, but I can't find the proper settings. Can someone help me get around this dynamic? Thank you in advance. PS. Using an iPad Air 2020 with the Apple Pencil, everything is updated properly.
If I paint an object in Fresco with a pixel or live brush, can I scale the object up using the move scale tool, without the object becoming pixelated? Thanks for answering this very basic question. I couldn't find the answer in others' posts.
I saved my work before closing out the app earlier today and when I opened the file to continue working on it a version from over 24 hours ago opened instead. I've just easily lost six hours of work on a commission that has a deadline fast approaching and there's no helpful information about how to recover this available. Please help.
Are you able to see the brush size in Fresco when your using them? I have a precision type cursor when Im painting. This is difficult when your using a large paint brush size.

Hi all, hoping for solution to the problem stated in Subject Line: For me at least, Library swatches significantly shift colors and RGB numbers in Fresco. I created them in a Fresco painting originally, for a project with at least 8 paintings using the same palette, then in order to save them to reuse in the other paintings and later reuse in other CC desktop apps for same project, had to export and open in Ps, save swatches to new Library folder for project and voila - open them in Fresco access to Library folders. However, in Fresco the swatches have transformed into dramatically different hue and RGB numbers. I confirmed their RGB accuracy online in CC Files' Library so somehow Fresco is changing them. Any explanation for the problem and suggested solution? I also need Fresco to provide the Adobe standard option for reading created swatch names rather than only as swatch colors, since some are similar and thus difficult to identify without names. I created an animation (a simple looping video) with a large, high resolution file (6000 x 7200). When I export this animation to video, I cannot maintain my resolution and Fresco apppears to downscale it. I have tried gif and mp4 options. Both options show on screen that my resolution will be maintained, but the final export is actually smaller (852 x 1024). What can I do to maintain the original resolution? I am trying to export the animation to 4k. Here's something unusual I noticed: When I open and close the export window, I see different resolution outputs. Below are two images that i see when I go to export. I've made no changes other than opening/closing the window. I see different content in the "resolution" element. In either case the video always exports to the smaller resolution of 852px.

Hello, My Fresco app stopped opening cloud files on my phone. I lost access to all my works, because they also do not load for editing at the assets.adobe site. When I open Fresco app on my Iphone, it loads for so long or does not load at all. And later, i am not able to open none of my files ( which all are synced to cloud, as it says) . i tried to reainstall the app, opening it on other devices,changing wifi networks, and other a few of suggestions which seemed useless for me. please, help me to solve this problem
Hello everyone,I' ve been drawing in a Fresco for a year now and I haven' t had a problem yet, but now I have lost the opportunity to look into the libraries of the Creative cloud. It shows me that there are no ones available, but at the same time I have five of them in Creative cloud and before they have always shown me. Does anyone have a similar problem?Or can anyone please help me? Thank you so much.Nina
De un dia para otro mis ultimas ilustraciones de adobe fresco ya no aparecen. Solo aparecen en la app de Creative Cloud pero no se pueden abrir. My last fresh adobe illustrations no longer appear. They only appear in the Creative Cloud app but cannot be opened. Help ;_;
Now on the Ipad, Adobe Fresco is super slow, I draw a line and it takes time to appear, so nothing can be done, this app only takes up time, it takes weeks to do what in Adobe Draw took hours, it's incredible. eternal hatred of adobe fresco
I ran out of space in my creative cloud but for months I've been working with new files that don't fit being stored locally. Today I went to open one and got a message that I didn't own the file. Then all my files kinda blanked out and took forever to load back in, but the ones that didn't fit on the creative cloud are gone. Is there any way to get them back? I have done the quick-save to jpg for most of them but I'd like my layers back.
Hi I was trying to move a drawing to a diffrent file but I can't seem to do that and now I have a file where it's not supposed to be and I can't get rid of it without deleting everything I'm just trying to make like a whole new section/group and I don't know how to do that

I can't zoom in on the parts of the canvas I want. When I try to enlarge the drawing as shown in the Movements section, the canvas grows completely and I cannot operate in different directions. It can be used on laptops as well as on iPads. I'm waiting for you to find a solution to this.
As it says, for the past several months this garbage app has refused to register Apple Pen inputs and strokes with a simple stroke instead resulting in numerous dots popping up everywhere. It is now so bad to the point of being virtually impossible to draw with the Apple Pen entirely since every minor stroke requires 3-10 undos of all the dots. Despite 7 support tickets, detailed explanation of the issue, and several videos showing this, support has not followed up or even acknowledged any issue with only the first support person giving a useless "solution" for something completely unrelated. While scouring here I found many other vector artists having similar issues one of which an Adobe support rep suggested deleting the app and redownloading it so with zero options left, all community "solutions" only helping but not solving the issue, every update to this pathetic excuse for a drawing program making it worse, I did just that and unistalled and reinstalled the app.
This should be a basic feature of this App!!It would be so much easiter to launch it, if there was a start Icon in the start menu or on the desktop. Currently I have to bring up Creative Cloud Desktop just to be able to launch "Fresco". It would be much more efficent if there was a start menu icon for it.
Hi there, I'd like to be able to select anything along an edge of my artboard and copy it to the other edge a specific number of pixels away like I do in illustrator. This way I can be sure to have an accurate repeating edge. I don't see any way to do this today in fresco. Thanks! - Anastasia
The fresco still does not open. (Amd rx 5500xt, amd r5 3600xt, windows11 and all up to date drivers and update). Dxdiag send it few months but new fresco update it's nothing change.
