hello, i am unable to install adobe fresco on my laptop. My laptop is Asus Zenbook Pro Duo 15 Oled (UX582LR). Everything is updated from drivers to windows & its specification is more easily met for running adobe Fresco as per this website ' Adobe Fresco system requirements '. Still i'm getting error 191 - something to do with windows app permisions, that also i have tried to give all permisions & all... & also i followed each & every instructions on this webpage ' Fix error 191 for Creative Cloud apps on Windows (adobe.com) ' , but of no use , restarted windows multiple times, exited ran the creative cloud app & the seperate 'fresco setup' app with administrative privileges, tried to submit adobe log files through Log Collector tool from this website ' How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool (adobe.com) ' but still to no avail....it always give the same following error " Exit Code: 191--------------------------------

Hi there,   am I right, that the transform tool is only able to transform things uniformly? Or is there a way to distort things uneven like in PS (distort/warp/bend/etc.)?   thanks a lot   

Hey guys just as the titla says,  I do indeed need to be able to use an animated layer for the top layer of a clipping mask.  Ive seached around the forum and cant see anyone asking this question whihc suggests maybe there is a work around i dont konw about.What i am trying to do specifally is add noisy animated layers over specific parts of the art work, the way i want to do it is by clipping mask, but when the top layer has animation on it the clipping button is greyed out.Any help appreciated 

in adobe draw, on the iphone you could draw straight lines with a kind of error corrector, obviously in Fresco you can't 🙂 another step back, one more. Don't you see that you can't make a clear drawing if it's all full of errors in the lines? what a garbage company.

I followed all the advice I could find in past posts. I made sure everything on my computer was updated. I cleared off over 30GB of hard drive space. I restarted my computer and ran nothing else before trying to open Fresco. I uninstalled and reinstalled it (more than once). I have been trying to get fresco to work for 2 weeks not and nothing is working. I uninstalled several adobe products too just to clear up space. But every other Adobe product was running great.  What happens when I launch Fresco: it opens, and immediately starts to "loading documents"... after about 30 seconds of this dialog, it just goes away. No crash report, nothing.  My computer: HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-bq2xxProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00GHz, x64-based processorRam: 8.00 GBWindows 10 Home 21H1 I'm so frustrated, please help!

This has been bugging me like crazy. I have a good pc (2070 i7 64gb ram etc) and every 3-4 minutes, fresco will come to a full freeze VISUALLY. But as you can see in the preview, I can play with the zoom/save/settings but it will not affect the drawing itself.  Notice my drawing tool in the middle ( the crosshair  - bottom of the index finger ) whilst my mouse is actually playing with the zoom (which does nothing visually)It's as if Fresco suddently stops updating the visual but still is active behind. Yes, I tried disabling the gefore experience layoverYes, I have a tablet (Wacom pro medium) that works in everything else flawlessly The only way to get it working again is to save, close, reopen. And when I reopen, I can see all the things I've done since my cross hair "locked" in the middle of the app.Please help?   

Hello. I have been using fresco for about a month. Recently everytime I want to draw it crashes. Like when I change brushes it crashes. It won't even load up my artwork I was working on and I spent a lot of time on it. I am very pissed. I have tried everything from reinstalling it to making sure everything is updated. I'm honestly really mad. I would never get this app to draw with if I knew it would crash every single time I want to change a color. I'm on my windows 10 laptop. 

Is there anyway to select multiple files, ie tick each file to manage, for example moving or deleting? I'm currently having to drag each one individually into the specified folder, which also automatically opens- which is very frustrating...

The checkerd pattern interferes with illustration on a white background.It would be great, if i could swich it to white.Many thanks for help.

If Adobe Fresco is supposed to be Sketch + so much more, where am I supposed to find a watercolor brush similar to the one used in sketch?**In photo attached below: middle is Adobe sketch, right and left is Fresco My main concerns:-Where is the texture?-Why does the blending bring up so many undertones of both color, turning the result brown and murky?-Is there a way to have similar soft, realistic edges, as strokes in sketch have? Signed,A very concerned artist that is about to loose a lot of money over this.

Hi,  I want to make a speed painting video but I don't want the zoom in and zoom out to show on the video. Does anyone know how to record a speed painting video without zooming in Adobe Fresco?

I'm new to fresco, and having a lot of trouble with layers. I will add a new layer and select a brush/pencil (same or different than I've just used) but the app switches me back to the most recently used layer, even if I lock that recently used layer (and then it tells me I can't draw on a locked layer.) What am I doing wrong?

Hi, anyone else out there having the same problem as me: when I click on app settings (in the app) I don't see "desktop projection" (germ.: Arbeitsflächenprojection)... instead I have the option to choose "time lapse settings" (germ.: Zeitraffereinstellungen)....Does anyone know what happened there?

Hi All! I've seen several posts on this subject but literally not a single resolution. Sketch had the best thick acrylic brush and it is not available in any of the brush add on packages for Fresco. This brush was perfect for so much of my work as a fashion illustrator. It had the perfect amount of shadow and highlight built into the brush and was great for sequins, jewelry, stones, any metal or shiny surface. Not to mention it wasn't translucent like every acrylic brush is in Fresco. (I have the opacity to 100% and it still feels flat and lifeless) Is there ANYone that can help with this? I've noticed people requesting this on the forum since 2020. Has anyone created or found any sort of work around for this look in Fresco? It's just so disappointing and I am on deadline and Sketch is no longer available to use. Really at a loss, thanks for any help.

Whenever I try to grab a color using the eyedropper tool, it becomes a lighter color when I add it onto the drawing, and I don't know why. 

I have a AMD Radeon RX 580, done all the drivers updates, still won't let me donwload and use the app. It's very frustrating and I don't know how to fix it or if one day this compatibility issue will be resolved. Does anyone have been through this and been able to fix it? Or is it just the way it is and will ever be?

Why do you remove the option to add capture objects in the Iphone version? but in Ipad version yes? can you stop laughing at the user? what a company joke, they erase draw to put this garbage and on top of that with countless errors and now you need to use iPhone and Ipad hahaha ridiculous, procreate here we go, no more working with incompetents.

Hello-- I've recently been experiencing some extreme lag after saving a fresco file, leaving my computer for a few hours, and returning/reopening the file. The file will be completely lag-free for the entire time up until I save the file, and then once I return a day or two later, I have permanent substantial lag when drawing, zooming in/out, picking colors, and so on. I have fast internet and my files aren't all that complex; I only use pixel brushes, no vector brushes. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you

I am a new iPad user so I'm not familiar with everything yet, but I don't think there's anything animated how can I fix this issue?

Hi, I've been using Adobe Fresco on my iPad a lot lately for drawing, and I recently found the Motion tool where you can animate which is great! However, because I'm an animator, I would love Adobe to add lip-sync options. Now, that would turn Fresco into an animation app, right? But I would love that. Since CSP on the iPad is frustrating to use, I use Fresco, but the Motion's tools feel really limiting. Either improve Motion or you can launch Animate for the iPad, assuming it doesn't require me; the user to pay a subscription, that would suck. Anyway, that's it. Hope someone at Adobe sees this!

I was extremely excited about the release of Adobe Fresco for Windows for my Surface Pro, especially when my particular model the Surface Pro 4 was listed as a supported device.  I installed the program and when I clicked on the live brushes icon I get "Live Brushes are not supported on this device" as an error.   I'm not understanding how we are asked to pay $10.00/month for one of the most innovative features such as live brushes when no where on the Adobe Fresco for Windows webisite does it say that the live brushes feature is not supported on a Surface Pro 4 when this device is listed as a supported device.  Is this feature going to be supported in the future or is there a workaround for this?  If so what is the workaround?  My Intel graphic drivers are up to date on the Microsoft and Intel website so that is not the problem.  Please warn people before they spend their money on this program for a major feature that in reality is not supported as advert
