Bonjour,Je rencontre un problème avec la suite Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop...).J'ai installé une multitude de typographies pour des travaux professionnels et personnels. De temps en temps, mes typographies se désactivent, et je dois retourner sur Creative Cloud pour les réactiver. Depuis peu, le problème est devenu quotidien : dès que j'ouvre un document sur lequel j'ai travaillé, toutes mes typographies ne sont plus détectées.Même lorsque je les réactive, si je veux compléter un mot (par exemple, rajouter un "s" quelque part ou simplement changer un terme), le texte ne se détecte toujours pas. Je suis alors obligé de sélectionner la lettre ou le mot que je viens de taper pour appliquer la typographie manuellement.Je précise que toutes mes typographies sont installées sur mon ordinateur et activées dans le cloud. Hello, Given that the Adobe Creative Cloud is used heavily by the print community/graphic designers, I am struggling with output sizes on my canvas'. As expected we utilize bleed to facility full color prints. In doing so, we set our canvas' up either at the bleed size (photoshop) or with bleed (illustrator/indesign) to be exported with. For example, a flyer with bleed is 8.625"x11.125" for a final product at 8.5"x11". However, when we input that size, while it is capable of inputing to the thousandth, it save at the hundredth affect our bleed/trim lines. Is there a way I can setup the canvas output to save to the thousandths?

Hi all,Just a question that has thrown me into a quick panic.When using the RGB values for a Pantone color listed on the website, why is the color so vastly different than when using the RGB values?  When prepping something for print and sending to client for final check, the difference is actually quite noticeable, and for somebody not familiar with the process, they might be asking why the color now looks so different.I'm attaching an example of what I'm talking about.  The "Web Color" is the swatch directly from the Pantone website.  The "RGB Pantone" is the color when using the RGB values from the Pantone website (identical to the Pantone swatch).  The "208 C Color Book" color is what Illustrator shows the color to be when selecting the 208C color swatch in Illustrator.Is this something that has some specific purpose, or is it just the way Pantones are represented in digital space?  Thanks.

Why does this come in black? I tried with rebooting the system but the result is same.

Hi, I’m facing a really strange issue with Adobe Illustrator. The shadow option is missing from the lighting section under the 3D and Materials effect. It was working fine one day, but it suddenly disappeared and hasn’t shown up since.I’ve tried several solutions, but nothing seems to work. Previously, I was at least able to copy the same 3D appearance from the Appearance panel in Illustrator, but now even that isn’t working.Can someone help me out? Thanks!

Hello everyone,I have a font problem between several computers. When I use the font sent by the client on my computer with Illustrator up to date, I get the same layout as the client.However, on several other computers, still with Illustrator up to date, and with the same font file installed: the approach is different and the body seems to be lighter.I end up with paragraphs where the hyphenation is no longer in the right place...Do you have any idea why?The only difference between the machines is the operating system, Windows 10 (for the OK) and Windows 11 (for the light).Many thanks in advance

The design file has thin gray lines that show as squares. When I export they are on all file types. How can I disable this? They are on the artboards. 

Bought a Roland BN-20.  Using Illustrator for my graphics.  I have downloaded and installed the Roland VersaWorks Swatch from their website.  When I save as either a PDF OR EPS, the file will not load into the queue and says the file is corrupt.  When I load a JPEG file that has ZERO cut/contour lines, the image loads perfectly fine and will print.  This tells me there is an illustrator issue, NOT a printer cutter issue.  Seems like this is the spot to ask for help.  I've had a number of "experts" help with this and nobody seems to have a solution.  All help is welcomed.  I am using Illustrator 2021 from our Creative Cloud Desktop.

Got my mac for 1 day and i have and issue with Illustrator running on M1     I dont know whats wrong, they can be fix just by restarting the mac. can someone help me? using 25.41 before, and when i got this problem, i start downgrading to 25.31. Hi,I need to export the selection as an SVG using ExtendScript, just like the manual 'Export Selection' functionality. var svgexportOptions = new ExportOptionsSVG();svgexportOptions.embedRasterImages = true;svgexportOptions.coordinatePrecision = 3; It is working fine, but there is some empty space at the top compared to the manual 'Export Selection'.  

I am trying to automatically fill corners, how us this possible?  I saw an artist named Martin Sati do this with his artwork, but am unable to figure out how to fill corners in my illustration.

I would like to Reset the recent items in the "new document window". I have tried resetting my preferences, but that does not work. I am using the 2025 version. Thanks!

I can open the PDF in Acrobat. I get a preview in my explorer window.But when I try to open in Illustrator, the Open PDF dialog shows blank thumbnails and the file is blank.Using Windows 10 and Illustrator 2017

I have a very basic jsx script for illustrator that shows a window. It has two buttons, when you press one of them the window closes. But for some reason it runs the script again that creates the window, if I run the same script from within the Extended Script editor toolkit linked to illustrator it runs the same script to build the UI once.I have tried running the jsx script from the main menu and also as an action and both ways will appear ti run the script again once the UI is closed.

Hola, tengo problemas con la nueva actualización, cuando abro el plugin Silhouette Connect el illustrator se friza, tengo actualmente el softfware macOS Sequoia, Illustrator 2025 y el plugin V2.0.058 que es compatible con las versiones mencionadas anteriormente. Si alguien sabe solucionar el problema se lo agradecere!

Starting roughly the beginning of this year all my Illustrator files change while they're closed! The most common thing is images are moved all around or effects like dropshadows will have changed settings. It's so annoying, I just want my file to stay the way I designed it. It's causeing a lot of rework to be done. Has anyone else been having this issue? I've tested the files by packaging them and even zipping them and even the zip files shift while closed. I've tried files that are on my desktop and ones stored in a cloud storage. It's not my computer, it's perfectly up-to-date. Any solutions out there or can we get this bug fixed soon please?Thank you!

Trying to rotate multiple objects all on their own central axis at the same time,a big time saver would be to be able to select them all, then choose rotate tool and option to rotate on own axis, so instead of all the objects rotating around one central point, they all rotate on their own central axis... big time saver for me if this is possible,, its very useful for me with things like,twigs, leaves, grass, many other shapes where I want to angel  them all in another direction but only swivel on their axis not around one pivot axis...

Hi all- Everytime I open illustrator I am now facing a new issue. I get a dialgot box with a JavaSCript Alrt. It states: Error: aborted.  I can click OK but it will keep popping up forever. There is no way to get rid of it, even after a restart.  Not sure what has caused this, anyone else?  

Hi, Does anyone have seen this issue on this ilustrator version?Whenever I try to print something form Illustrator it crashes whether it's .ai .pdf or .eps. It get's stuck at 0% and doesnt comunicate with the printer, then just crashes. Attached is a screenrecording of the issue. 

Is it possible to have "use artboards" automatically selected as a default when exporting files from Illustrator? I keep forgetting to select it and it's frustrating! Thanks in advance!

Hey y'all. so whenever i use the zoooom tool on illustrator it drags a box then whenevr i let go it zooms in to the area it dragged around. Will I want it so whenever i hold down the button it zooms in depending on if i drag left or right but i do not know how to do this. help would be much appreciated thanks.

Hello!I don't know how I ended up with this tiny little arrow appearing when I select my Shape Tool, but it's messing up all my shapes (ellipse, rectangle, etc.).This arrow normally appears when adding text to a path, which I did earlier, but now it just won't go away.I've already tried closing and reopening Illustrator, but the issue persists.Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks in advance!

I've been creating art on Procreate, sending myself the PDF and trying to save into Ai but when I embed the image, Ai inverts the color. What's going on and how to correct this?
