Salve, come posso trasferire un file vettoriale da Illustrator per IPad a Fresco?

Hello everyone, An image agency has rejected my vector graphics on the grounds that I used the AI tools there. The vector graphics are actually all elements that I created back in 2016 and only saved in Eps format using the latest Adobe Illustrator software. In other words, I didn't use any AI tools. However, the picture agency wrote me the following: "According to the information provided by Adobe embedded in the file, an AI tool was used in the creation of the file.Please check your processes when creating the file to ensure you are not using AI tools. " Now, of course, I am unsure whether this might affect other files. How can I read the file information to see whether the AI tools have been used?

Ive been designing on Illustrator for a little over a year, and just yesterday I noticed I couldnt open some of my older files, the fault comes up "Cant Open File, The account youve signed in with does not have access to this file, contact the owner for more info". Problem is, Im the owner obviously, I have signed in on my mums laptop while away to catch up only once, but this was when I very started designing. Designs I have created only recently, I have lost access to. I have tried logging in and out, and it hasn't worked. I know you can download them through creative cloud, But ill like to regain access. Is there any answers?

Hello guys, I have a new strange situation in Illustrator when I'm saving file into PDF.  I recorded a video https://capture.dropbox.com/dVf8f2p7buyxJiGF  as you can see the stroke that I selected are coloured by spot colour (CutContour), but after saving it into PDF format the same object it duplicate itself into another object with CMYK color stroke.... you can see that in the Acrobat window. It's something without any logic to me.... Do you any idea? BestFrancesco

Drop Shadow in Illustrator is sudden huge on the lowest settings. I'm working on a Macbook pro M2, Apple studio display. I've made drop shadow in Illustrator thousands of times and I've never seen this. Image is around 10 x 10 inches. System and Creative Suite all up to date. 

I've never had this happen before. I pasted an object in Illustrator, decided I didn't want it, and Ctrl + Z'd. This somehow sent the "close" window command to all of my open CC apps, and they began asking me if I'd like to save each file before closing. No crashing. No option to cancel. No option to save as. Just save/don't save, and then the apps closed. I ended up overwriting several files I didn't want to overwrite just because I didn't want to lose the work I had been doing. Has anyone else ever had this happen? It was like a ghost came by X'd out all of my apps without me knowing it. I'd like to know what caused it so it doesn't happen again.

MMy document was being all buggy (would move an object and it would appear in the new position but also in the original position) so I saved and reopened my project to see everything was white? All my images, shapes and text are white but in the layer panel everything is showing normal and when I click on text for example, it shows its the colour it's supposed to be in the properties (NOT WHITE). I've tried pixel preview, show/hide edges I don't know what's going on

Hi there, I am trying to create a 3D rounded cornered square that looks like a keyboard button. I have tried creating a rounded square, duplicating it, layering it under the first square and then drawing the corners to connect the two like this:  However, I'm not sure if it looks right. Should the corners have a straight join from the top of the square and then going into a rounded part. Not sure how to explain that, but something like this:(Obviously this is just rough and not merged with the underneath layer etc) Can anyone recommend a way of creating such a button? I have also tried the 3D extrude option in Illustrator, but need the button to be solid colour/shapes. Also, just out of interest, should the button have a straight edge or is the first image with the rounded corners correct? Thanks!

Hi there, I am trying to add some text into a elongated triangle/pennant shape.  i have tried using the Envelope Distort option which kind of works, but doesn't look perfect. I am trying to use the Bulge option like this:  This looks ok, but the "L" in the text/last letter becomes very long/squashed. I guess this will have to happen in order for it to fit the shape. However, I wondered if there are any other ways of creating text/objects in a shape? Any advice or suggestions would be great, thanks!

Suddenly when I try to copy anything from Illustrator to Photoshop (doesn't matter if I choose smart object, pixel or whatever) I get 3 minutes of spinning beach ball and a crash saying something like "can't complete paste command because the transfered area is empty or contains invalid data". I tried restarting my computer, it worked for a couple of times and then again, spinning beach ball. Very very annoying. I'm on a Mac OS Big Sur running on a Macbook Pro M1 chip. Don't know if it has anything to with that. Help!

Hi y'all I may be stupid but I do not understand how to hide tooltips off the botom bar… Already did hiding TT with the settings but I cannot get rid of these nasty little texts anyhow Solution  may be obvious but this is not an idiotproof UI… Thanks

In other words: I did not use AI tools on these files. However, the stock photo agency wrote me the following: “Thank you for your reply. According to the information provided by Adobe embedded in the file, an AI tool was used in the creation of the file. Please check your processes when creating the file to ensure you are not using AI tools. ” Now I have tried Adobe Content Authenticity and uploaded the two files there. And as a result, it shows me that I seem to have used Adobe Firefly when creating the file. Yet not a single element in this file was created with Adobe Firefly. Hi im just making everone aware there is a bug with the latest update of adobe illistrator 29.21 you cannot print, it gets stuck at 0% and adobe will not comunicate with the printer, to fix this issue simple install the previous version 29.2 and everythign works again. hope this issue is fixed soon.

Hello,I often receive CorelDraw files for work that I convert over to AI files to work on them. I have been doing this for years with no problems at all. But since the last update (29.2.1) any time I try to open a file I have converted, or even one that I converted months ago, I get a pop up that says "Illustrator could partially read this file. We recovered as much of the file as possible, but some content might be missing. Open to view the recovered file". when I open it, it's just a blank file. I'm the only one at my company that uses AI, so I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, nor do I have anyone here to ask for help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 

Hello -  Yes, is “Separations Preview” buggy?It sure looks like it to me (and it doesn't matter if you're working with the latest version of Illustrator or not, I've gone all the way back to version 2023). Context:I have a dynamic symbol, in which I have the yellow part in “yellow (CYMK).One of the advantages of a dynamic symbol is that you can change its appearance without changing the symbol itself. In this case, I'm changing its color to a Pantone color (outside the symbol, ie. once it's been placed on an artboard).It works. However, when I check the color separations, it doesn't show the Pantone (applied outside the symbol), but the basic CMYK yellow included in the symbol.Strangely enough, when I draw a shape (eg. a rectangle) on the artboard, Pantone is shown in the separations! Strange, isn't it?Is it a visualization bug or am I missing something here?Thx, enjoy your day. Cfr. the uploaded screenshots.   - Dimitri 

Hi everyone!I am dealing with an issue that is starting to drive me crazy. I am working on creating an email signature (400px x 200px) for a client and it includes a logo that is made up of text. No matter how I create the image itself, it always comes out blurry when I save it for the web even if I use the Save for Web (Legacy) tool. The image needs to be saved as a PNG file for the client, so that is what I've been using. I use the preview button on that tool constantly to see what it would look like on the web, and it still shows up blurry: This is what the email signature looks like at 1200px x 600px at 300dpi as a plain vector image in Illustrator: Nice and clear and crisp. Now, here is my issue. When I take the size of the artboard down to the desired size of 400px x 200px, it becomes intensely blurry: I have tried truly everything:-Created a 400px x 200px artboard in Illustrator in RGB format at 72ppi-->comes out with the same, very blurry results.-Cr

Seems as if this has changed in the newer version. How do you add a stroke to an already created mask? In this case, I've used text and images for the mask. I'm using Windows 10 64. Thanks

I have an Illustrator document with placed 3 color images (CMY) that is showing black info when I view it using separations preview. The placed photoshop file is a CMYK file and does not have anything in the black channel. Im using Illustrator version 29.2.1. Kinda making me crazy.

I keep getting this message when trying to export an SVG. I even made a single square shape and tried to export. Nada. I have no idea what to do. I've tried all kinds of tips online, but I can't find anything like this. NO explanation. Just can't do it.

For technical CAD drawings, the stroke of an object is dotted when it is placed behind or inside a mass.  Is there a feature or plugin that will adaptively change the appearance of lines from solid to dotted depending on it's arrangement (forward/backwards).  Manually changing the appearance to a dotted line is very tedius when the drawing is complicated and the subject is only partially hidden. Example: imagine changing the position of 2 circles of a ven diagram and repeatedly cutting and joining the lines accordingly. I am looking for a solution that will allow the red circle to remain joined as 1 connected path. 

i can't change 3d color materials in illustrator, I've done the update of May 2022. Can anyone solve this problem?

Hoping someone has run into this before and figured out a workaround — I'm almost ready to install an older version of Illustrator just to avoid these thorns in my workflow. I've noticed (after totally destroying a couple of designs) that Illustrator 2020's SVG saving behavior does not respect prior settings upon first launch. Specifically, the SVG "Decimal Places" setting. In prior versions, as far back as I can recall, once the precision was set to, for example, 5 decimal places, that value was used by default, and it only required fixing if you had to save with a different value for one particular file. The new behavior in Illustrator 2020 seems to be that it resets to a value of 1 each time the app is launched. If I open an existing SVG file that I created in Illustrator, I cannot just use the normal Save function, otherwise every element's decimal precision drops down to 1.Once I change it, the new value remains for subsequent saves, as long as I don't quit Illustrator.

I have never had to ungroup objects to get the eye dropper tool to apply selected attributes to an object.This no longer works without ungrouping objects.I have never had to ungroup objects to change the color of an object selecting a color from swatches.This no longer works without ungrouping objects.These issues have started this past week and it's driving me crazy. I have not changed anything to my knowledge. Ideas?

Hi, I have the latest version of Adobe Illustrator (28.4.1) but the Text to Vector feature does not show up for me. Is there any way to activate it/find it?
