Hello there,is there a script to batch convert a folder full of SVGs to PNGs of a certain size?I need to upscale 1000+ SVGs icons to 50x50px and convert them to PNG. I've tried to frankenstein together some scripts but they of course didn't work because i suck.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I just re-installing my laptop. I want to install my previous Adobe software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Everything's ok with my photoshop, but there's some bug with my Illustrator and InDesign. The welcome page is only dark grey without any button. I've tried many ways in solved posts but didn't work. How to solve this problem?  

Hello We have been implementing Illustrator plugins since past 7 years. This is the first time we are phasing a problem with the documentation to implement arrowhead for a line! The line is being drawn using sAIShapeConstruction->NewLinePoint (oStart, oEnd, poHandle); and stroke width and other things like colors can be done using AIPathStyles sAIPathStyle->GetPathStyle(oArtHandle, &oPathStyle, &oAdvFill); oPathStyle.stroke.width = 0.1 * kPointsPerMM; sAIPathStyle->SetPathStyle (oArtHandle, &oPathStyle); However, on both sides of the line, I need to implement arrowheads and I could not find any information in the SDK documentation as to how to implement that! Can you please help? Thank youMusten Jiruwala

Hello there, I've had this problem for years on multiple accounts and computers. Whenever I save an illustrator file and return to it later, I find that my text boxes have been split into several boxes that no longer connect. I have to re-type every sentence. I've looked online and have yet to find a solution.

I am having trouble with portions of white background not becoming transparent in Illustrator, I am placing a Photoshop .tif file into Illustrator, performing an image trace, mode color, white ignored.  View / show transparency eliminates most of the white background, but there are several enclosed areas (but not all) where the white remains.  Refer to the center of the letter ”O” in the attached file. Why does this happen? How to remove the remaining white areas in Illustrator?  The areas were all transparent in the original tif file in Photoshop. Thanks,  Joe

I am trying to make and A0 file into many A4 pages. I have done it before many times using the clipping mask but now its saying the object is too complex. Nothing has changed since I did it last time. I have tried making everything into a compound but that too isnt working. In the file are lines for the pattern, my logo which is a vector file and text. I have expanded the text and made it into a compound. The lines are different dot styles to show the different sizes of the garment.Once agian - all of this is the same as the file I used last time and didnt have any issues using the clipping mask to create the A4 pages. Help!

 running Outline Stroke on path creates holes in resulting filled path. I'm having a problem where I've opened up a .ai file I've been working on at school, and it has told me that the font is missing. I have uninstalled and re-installed the font on my computer multiple times to no avail. If I close the missing font warning and go into the file, the letters/words are highlighted pink to say the font can't be found. If I look at the font name in the drop down menu the font has an asterisk next to it. I can only guess that this also implies Illustrator cannot find the font. I've searched the forums and found someone had a simlilar problemback in 2012, apparently this was solved by someone who answered "It means it's not the font originally used and is being substituted for the original font."However, this isn't the case for my problem as it's definitely 100% the exact same font, and it is definitely 100% installed on my system.Can anyone help with this, or knows what the problem might be ?Cheers.

We're developing a CEP extensions which uses some events provided by the AIHostAdapter plugin (found here).We're managing to install the plugin fine on Mac just by dragging the zipped .aip file into the plugins directory. But doing the same on Windows doesn't seem to be working. When I unzip the zipped directory into the plugins directory, the AIHostAdapter.aip file appears as a directory, not as an .aip file like the rest of the plugins in the directory:This does not seem to be recognised by Illustrator when I open it up.I've tried keeping the zipped folder and renaming it back to have the .aip file extension, but that still doesn't seem to work: the structure of the directory obviously isn't right.So, questions: 1. What is the correct installation process for the AIHostAdapter plugin on Windows? 2. Is there any existing documentation on how this can be installed? 3. Is the Github version of the plugin linked above the correct version? 4. Is there any way

How can I get my work area back to be able to be seen instead of just my artboards?

Hi, I am brand new to all of these programmes and have never used anything like it before. I have a project in mind and have the cartoons that I want to trace. I have a drawing tablet but am struggling to use it and also struggling to bend lines and make vectors in animate. Should I be using illustrator? Then exporting it to animate to bring it to life? Any beginner tutorials would be amazing!

i have a popup tells me to accept terms of use but it's unclickable i have a windows 10 pro 8 giga ram can't find a solution for this and can't complete my work plz find a solution as fast as possible trying to restart adobe illustrator and restarting my computer there is nothing happend and still have my problem . Should i delete adobe illustrator on inactivate my account in creative cloud ? .

How do i create a quick line drawing from a photo?

Is it possible to evolve an AI generated vector? After I generate an image, if I add a new text prompt, it deletes my image and creates something completly different. But I want to have a conversation with the AI and evolve the image. 

Hello, community. I was wondering if it's possible to create a script that would handle toggling Trim View on and off when run. I've run across the frequent need to turn Trim View on and off to preview my artboards in a more isolated environment, and I'd like to turn such a script into a button via my Scripts Manager to speed up my workflow. I'd appreciate any guidance on this! When you have the same ID name in an SVG, Illustrator adds a huge string on numbers ...   Is there a way to stop this? Thanks

We’re  facing a bit of a challenge after trying to move our illustrator files from Dropbox to Google Drive. We have 1000s  of Adobe Illustrator documents containing lots of linked images, the beginning of the path always looks similar to this currently : C:\Users\username\Dropbox\Media\Files But after the move, the paths will change  to: C:\Users\username\GoogleDrive\MediaDrive\Filesfixing these links one by one isn't really an option given the sheer number. anyone faced this before and scripted their way out or something like that?Bulk change links seems to be quite a highly reqeusted feature

I have an imageI had to count these shapes, so I added text to the shapes. However, I have now made my image a white screen with the numbers and no image. I have tried toggling my outline GPU/CPU as has been advised. However, I can only see the picture in isolation mode. So I have the image above isolated and then a white screen, like, soPlease help

i'm 99% sure that previously when i have a text object selected, the 'select same' button shows up on the toolbar. But now it's repaced with the ai button.    Is it a bug? or did they do it on purpose?

I was messing around with settings and they're screwed up now.
