Meu PC é um VivoBook X512FBC que adquiri em 2021 onde eu já utilizava o Photoshop e o Illustrator, ambas as suas versões do ano de 2021. Após uma atualização no Creative Cloud, adquiri a versão 30.0 do Illustrator que seria do ano de 2026, porém eu reparei que ele não era compatível com as configurações da minha máquina, precisando então voltar à versão de 2021. O problema é que esta versão não está mais disponível no Creative Cloud, a versão mais antiga é a 29.0 (2025), mas ao utilizar, meu PC apresentou uma certa instabilidade devido ao processamento do programa. Fui aconselhado à entrar em contato com o suporte da Adobe, mas nenhum dos agentes estava disponível quando eu precisei. Como eu adquiro novamente a versão antiga para que eu possa continuar usando o Illustrator?

Hello all! I've recently updated to 29.7.1 in Illustrator yet when opening, it freezes when reaching the gray hub screen (right after the package splash art popup). No options appear, just a blank screen and a spinning loading mouse wheel. What's worse is now going back to my older version (28.7.9) yield the same results. A frozen gray hub screen. The main Adobe software I use (Photoshop and InDesign) do not experience this issue with their most recent update and Illustrator used to work on my system as of a few weeks ago, so I'm unsure how this occured... System Specs: Macbook Pro 2021 w/ M1 MAX chip I've look around on the discussion boards here and tried these methods to no success:- Restarted computer (tried and true)- Reinstalling app through Creative Cloud- Tried older versions (28.4.1 & 28)- Used the Creative Cloud Cleaner on Illustrator, then on all Adobe Software- Manually removed Illustrator Preferences- Repaired and reinstalled Creative Cloud thr

I am using Illustrator version  28.7.10, provided through my employer. The most recent update is not available. I am on Mac OS Tahoe.I have noticed that there are no Smart Guides for me. Even with them turned on, resetting preferences, downloading previous generations of illustrator, nothing works. I can sometimes get them to appear, but it is very situational. WIthout Smart Guides, my workflow is totally ruined.However, I didn’t always have this problem. When I first started, I had the Smart Guides like normal, but I was using a Magic Mouse at the time. I have loads of issues with that mouse, so I switched to a mouse that better suits my comfortability and mindset. But now, I’ve lost the guides. If I reconect the Magic Mouse, I can get the guides to appear as normal, but only when using that mouse.Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? The ergonomics of the Magic Mouse are really hard on my hand and wrist, and the gestures get me every time. Right clicking is also a chore.Th

I’m trying to make my text into my shape. Just trying to remove all extra variables, I am now trying this with a simple ellipse and the text “Test”.  I followed a tutorial to use envelope distort, and made the shape to be the front layer.When highlighting both and pressing Object → Envelope Distort, none of the functions are available. Why is this / How do I solve this? Thanks!Eugen

Hey,I have the same issue in every Adobe programm I use - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.The issue has come up in the past week and occures on multiple machines if I try.Newest version is installed and still has the issue.Whenever I go to create a new file and try to type in the sizes, it keeps resetting back to the last used numbers for 3-4 times until it finally gives up wanting to change it.This is immensly annoying and I can't find any info about this. Any idea what that might be?Best regards

Looking into this again. I cannot possibly be the only one on the planet experiencing this.Anyone have any issues with their document window opening in a narrow strip? Always narrow width full height.Every document. Hello, when I review the printout, the outlined version of the text is thicker than the live text version. I did some research, and people were saying it's because the text loses its hinting information when its outlined. Is there any possible way to look as the same after outlining? Thank you.

I make business cards from Publisher. It has the ability to make multiple copies per sheet: The file is 3.5x2 inches with one business card. When printing, I select “multiple copies per sheet” and “10 copies.” It looks like this: Can it be done in Illustrator? to find a way to make 10 copies on a sheet from one 3.5x2 inch file. I keep hearing that the only way to do it is to start with an 8.5x11 document, make one 3.5x2 inch business card and duplicate it 9 more times. We need an easy way to do it, like Publisher. Any suggestions?

I would like to have a feature in Adobe Illustrator that proofs my artwork is 100% non ai-generated. I used Illustrator for 30 years(!) now and I want my clients to know that my artwork is done by my hands.I’m not against ai-generated content but my clients pay me for my skills and style.

Hi! I've messaged on several forums before elsewhere hoping someone has a work around for this but haven't had any luck. Here is the problem I have: 1. Design a file in Illustrator, save it as an SVG and then open it in my laser cutting software (Lightburn). and the size is different. 2. I've checked off responsiveness so that's not the problem. 3. I've purchased SVG files from other places and can open their files in both Lightburn and Illustrator and the file object size is the same. 4. I know it's not off by a lot but I need it to be the exact same size as these files I'm creating will be for selling. 5. I've also designed it in my lightburn program FIRST, exported it to Illustrator and the size still changes.  I'd appreciate any help at all as to what I'm doing wrong before I scratch my eyeballs out - I've been at this for over two weeks trying to find a solution. The Lightburn program has import settings at 72 DPI and the settings I usually

We get the error and illustrator still "packages". But every time is different - sometimes the folder will have all links, sometimes it will only have one link. It is not consistent and it never saves the illustrator file into the folder. I can package the same file over and over and every time is different. This is not just my computer, it's all designers I work with having the same problem.* I have tried working from our server and also working off my desktop.* OS and Adobe updates are current.* Not using a Wacom (this was the only conversation I found related to illustrator / Tahoe issues.Our IT team has tried going through the process with adobe, but no one can figure out why this is happening. Hi - I have a filled path that I need to divide into even segments: The end result should look like a dotted line, similar to this image: I have found tutorials on how to divide shapes but nothing for a filled path or curve like in my situation. Also, the path cannot change shape or be distorted in any way since it represents data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have not had luck at all lately with my work IT solving this issue. I'm just going to take this matter into my own hands. I get the, 'Verifying access to '__________'' and apparently it is a drive that is no longer existing within the company i work for. All of my assests for my file are on my internal E drive, and any time i click stop. it just goes to save it like normal. this pop up occasionally freezes my Ai.  I just want this fixed. Below are just screenshots of what has happened

Hi, I prepared in Illustrator a file to go live on email only, however then I decided to prepare for print. I added the bleed points however there is now showing a gray space between my document and the bleed points. Please advise how I could get this fixed quickly, as I have a lot of pages on this document.

I have a MacBook Pro M4 Pro, and since version 29.8.2, Illustrator always crashes when I open it. Only Illustrator crashes—nothing else. I thought the problem might be the popup/modal that displays the latest product features, but it seems that's not the issue.I don't know what to do since it seems I'm not the only one having this problem, and yet Adobe isn't doing their job to update the program without bugs and crashes.

For a while now, I've been experiencing some issues with Illustrator's customizations that I wasn't used to, but which are now completely unusable.For example, if I want to create a square, the grid alignment process restricts me to certain locations on the grid, making it incredibly difficult to position it where I want. Even once the square is created, I can't adjust it by dragging, for example; I have to manually adjust the width and length. These kinds of issues are incredibly annoying, but I don't understand how they were changed or how I can reverse them.Hopefully, someone understands my problem and will help me!

I have just opened Illustrator 30.2.0 to get this home page:You can see that the LH side is missing several objects.The Recent grid view is filled with errors (while the list view seems to work).I then clicked on Open, opened a PDF file and, after briefly seeing the main interface with the single-page PDF in it, Illustrator crashed.I relaunched Illustrator but there was no crash reporting dialogue.I tried to open the PDF again and managed to perform a couple of edits (edit artboard > A3 > resize image to fit the artboard). Illustrator asked if I wanted to Save changes before quitting (but I had not asked it to quit). I pressed Save and Illustrator quit. What can I do?macOS 26.2.1 on Apple Silicon M3 Max.

I can’t place Illustrator files into Indesign – the artwork appears distorted with elements overlaying and ghosting that isn’t there in the Illustrator file itself.The same distorted image appears when previewing the Illustrator file in finder – so the fault is with Illustrator not Indesign.It can happen with a large document or with one artboard with one object. Sometimes you can resolve by deleting and pasting the items back, other times you have to give up on that file completely. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve had this work killing bug for months across multiple versions and it’s impacting my job.
